Despite Khabib's enormous popularity and the millions of eyes that have watched his UFC career, there are still gaps in the Eagle’s early flight. We have compiled rare footage and all of Nurmagomedov's performances, many of which did not make it into the official record, to find out how one of the most dominant fighters in history was forged.

  • This is probably one of the best videos on Khabib on the internet. Showing the rest of the world his journey that we rarely get to see. Thank you for the amazing footage and more importantly, the CONTENT & EDITING. Now whether he is the GOAT or not, the fact remains, in a sport of blood and broken bones, he has never even suffered a cut and made veteran professionals look like amateurs. Everybody knew his game, everybody knew his moves and yet they still fall victim to it time and time again. The "simpleness" of it all is spectacular in its own right. what a domineering fighter. so lucky to have lived in this timeline.

How can HW move like LW, The Strenght of a punch of a guy that wheights 100kg compared to the one with 70kg is just by logic alot stronger. Just by watching them fight nothing is the same. Some people love to watch one hit knockauts with high dmg output, some to watch longer, faster, bloody fights. Pound for Pound doesnt change anything, HW would demolish Lw as soon as he would catch him cuz thats the only problem he can have. Fedor is the goat of HW no cap. Jones for LHW...But for the Lw u have alot of guys that will put Gsp. And Khabibs shorter Carreer for me cannot put him as the goat and im Khabibs Fan.

No wonder UFC guys, and everyone before them, just couldn't hang with his constant pressure. I heard him say something to the effect that, "Americans are dangerous for the first two rounds..." yeah, after that they are gassed. I like Connor, but I don't think he would have ever recovered from his loss to Khabib, and beat him in a potential future rematch. Khabib works everyone to death. He is a tough dude, that didn't let women, alcohol, drugs, money or other recreational things distract him. Thanks for the memories.

It's literally impossible. This guy was built different with a different mindset, unwavering discipline and pursuit for constant self-improvement and learning. How the heck would anyone stop this guy at his weight class? It's impossible. This guy isn't just the GOAT but he is also a legend that will be remembered for years to come (like Muhammed Ali). Could Khabib have defended the title 10 or more times? Maybe, but we won't ever know. It's like declaring Adesanya the GOAT if he had retired in 2021 with his 3rd title defense against Vettori. At that point Adesanya was undefeated in MMA, other than one loss at a higher weight class against Jan at 205. Khabib never moved up a weight class, so if we focus on just on Adesanya's MW fights, he would have been in a similar spot record-wise to Khabib.

Calling his a savage still doesn’t explain how dominant he was. He always had full control of every opponent he’s ever had. Never been in trouble. He was always minutes ahead of his opponents. It’s like he traveled back in time and knew exactly how to play the game. His fight IQ is best over ever seen. His confidence is highest in the sport. Islam is also amazing, but he’s no Khabib.

I'm positive that prime Bagov would be top3 UFC, his grappling was crazy.

Before he got into the ufc with a record of 16-0, he has absolutely NO SIGNIFICANT WINS. He only fought cans outside the UFC, with records like 41-38, 8-4, or even 3-6. He padded his record with fast food workers, tony is Khabib's nightmare bro, he wants to engage in the ground game with Tony, since they get elbowed from the bottom, or submitted. Instead of trying to get up like all of Khabib's opponents, Tony would actually engage in Khabib's grappling. What would happen is very debatable, but it is Khabib who left it up for debate. He retired after pulling out of the Tony fight 3 TIMES. This should make it clear that Khabib doesn't want to risk his record for Tony. The only person you can compare Khabib's record to, is Israel Adesanya. Both have 2-3 title defenses, both undefeated, both demolished their opponents as they climbed up the rankings. I don't see why Khabib should be rated above Israel Adesanya. Only difference is Adesanya didn't pad his record with cans before joining the UFC.
