Well the Bradley Cooper example is pretty much all I needed to realise it's not a big deal 👍 thanks doc 😂
🤣🤣🤣 fucking oath if you can look that good, looking that clapped. it is what it issss
lol!!
Also Ryan Gosling and Paul Walker have noticeably assymetrical faces. Yeah, not a big deal. The characteristics and overall harmony of the face are probably more meaningful than the symmetry up to a certain point.
That's what I'm saying. I'm over thinking there's no hope for me then I see all these celebrities used as examples.

I've seen CST help facial asymmetry in horses. I'm scheduling a session for myself with a human focused practitioner. Really glad you made this video, a lot of people think symmetry is only genetics, when in reality certain therapies & modalities can help!

You really know your stuff. You point out things I've never heard of in any other videos. My body is such a mess. I will try to fix it as best I can using your videos. I wish you all the best in the future.
Been watching your videos for over 1 year and they are really educational. I wish you could add a visual that stays on the screen as you talk about certain parts. Maybe I'm slow but its hard to keep up with the specific part you are talking about
You and Neal Hallinan are the BEST!!!❤
Conor, thank you so my much for your work! It’s invaluable. I would love to know your understanding of atlant dislocation in general but also in terms of its influence on face asymmetries and other compensations through the body. Please make a video about it next!
Oh my god. I‘m in shock. Finally somebody understands how my body works. I’ve been treated so many years and i always felt like everybody was just confused
more, i’ve been searching for answers to this for so long and you are finally unraveling the mysteries thanks🎉
is it fr?? fixable
The conversation should starts from question; Wich factors of asymmetry we have? Mechanical? Psychological? What else we have? What we can do with it - realisticly
This is a very good question.

Looking forward to the map you mentioned. I know AIA is working hard to train people to understand this work and be able to competently apply strategies. This may take longer; well I know for sure much longer than I would like as it includes several highly trained disciplines.
In my childhood pic my face have perfect shape
Thx man, really good inf Cпасибо от всей души!
I hate those comments where people are like "Wow, I did the exercise and it worked and my life is better, and I feel better, and I reversed 20 years of damage, etc", because how can you trust that? BUT. Lately I've been having ear pain from my jaw, and my jaw/bite has been feeling mal-occluded. No idea why. I just did the isometric chin push exercise very gently and my jaw and ear actually feel better. Thank you very much for your videos.
You can solve, mitigate, or lessen most symptoms today world have if you do exercise and do it consistently
the human body is an amazing instrument, tested over millennia
Did you push your chin to the side where that the jaw is the tilting or the other side?
You could create an entire business around helping people get symetrical faces. I hope you do and succeed in it because its such a useful information that is not well researched. ❤
Mate, you have opened a door here I never knew existed! I had only been familiar with the term "sphenoid" in the context of sinuses - due to my life-long problems there. When you mentioned the bone, and the tilting thereof, my face started making sense. The entire left hemisphere of my skull, and my face, is smaller than the right. Left jaw slants outward from the ear to the corner of the jaw, but is more tapered and higher than the right, from the corner, down to the chin. Left eye is slightly higher than the right. Nose has a septal deviation to the right. Right jaw is fuller and lower. Back of the head is fuller than the left. Left/back is flat at the base of the skull. Left nostril appears larger than the right. Your video instantly put so much in place that I could never put my finger on, and has given way to a whole bunch of research for me to dive into! Massive thanks and appreciation!!
we have the same skull then
Now which side of your face would you push on for the exercise show in this specific case
Great video! It makes so much sense now… 🙏 I should definitely seek an expert’s assistance
Connor great content, would love to see more, I thought I was crazy when I would hold my head, tongue and jaw posture properly suddenly my body would be more aligned, turns out there is science
you're so handsome, thank you for making this video
This looks a lot like what the Postural Restoration Institute/Neal Hallinan does! Excited to see more people doing it.
That's where he learned it
the audio is all over the place but underrated content tbh
It is the posture that causes face asymmetry. I changed my posture, and my face asymmetry disappeared. My case was easy because I knew what caused posture asymmetry in the first place. I practiced the Yoga Lotus pose (Padmasana) one-sidedly for some time. My pelvis became asymmetrical, and my face started losing symmetry, jaw, eyes etc. As soon as I realized what the problem was and started practicing the Yoga Lotus pose with another leg below, my facial asymmetry disappeared in only two days (!) after several years of suffering. I should thank Neal Hallinan for this realization and healing. The main realization is that the jaw and pelvis are linked and can influence each other.
What do you mean “with another leg below” ? I don’t do yoga but I would if I knew…ty!
probably means the opposite leg of the side of their face symmetry
What about assymetry in the eyes. My scleral show and canthus is slightly different. When I was a kid i did not have this problem but now I have this problem. I also have shit posture. Will fixing my posture fix assymetrical eyes aswell???
why are u lying this is impossible

Bro me also, i did get confused
@@Adarshnotforyou yeah I understood by myself we just need to activate muscles of weak side. So tell me which of your eye is up and low, and in which direction your jaw seems like tilted. If you are facing same asymmetry like me take any of your hand and lay down facing towards the ciel then touch your left jaw and push it towards the right direction and try to pull jaw to left direction not by hand but with jaw muscles then your muscles will get activated your face will be symmetrical, hope you got it, my eyebrows are also assymetrical like up and down do you have the same problem too?
@@Gojofansigmamale-zd1ze yeah i do have the same problem but it's not that severe, you'll only realise it when you look at it for a long period of time

I don't even care at this point man
that’s where it’s at bro. caring about what actually matters. in the video he gives examples of celebrities that have asymmetry, and i bet they don’t wrack their brains about it. to busy living life
it's over

please more of this
IQ vs EQ most of us are trained to us right hand so the most of us have our right side of the face have higher growth compared to left side. You can relate this with men's abs too
Btw, your eye disposition is EXACTLY like Emily Deschanel (from the TV show Bones). Your left eye is the higher placed one but your right eye has more mobile lid space. In the vast majority of cases, the higher is also the bigger and more spaceful.😊
That makes sense. I think this is why my face is asymmetrical. My left upper palate is higher than the right due to asymmetrical tongue posture (I've been putting more pressure on my left than right). So, since the right is lower, my sphenoid tilts more to the right side and is making everything on my right side lower.
What steps are you taking to overcome these??
Me aswell

Thanks for the video and information, when is the practitioner map going to be released?
Really interesting video with good depth and no bs!
Craniosacral therapy (CST) manipulates the bones of the skull and I believe can affect the positioning of the sphenoid bone. Also, some chiropractors can do a cranial facial release where they use a balloon to adjust your sphenoid bone into the right position. Dr. Mew recently posted about it on his KZhead channel.
such good content. and for free too? blessed.
I want to know more about the device you mentioned!
Reaaaalll i can relate, my forehead and jaw are not the same length and size
If you dont already have perfect teeth and a wide smile here is a GREAT advice; Use a palatal expander. I had some crowding and needed to expand the palate (which was steep) and now after more than 10 month its crazy what difference it made on the symmetry, somehting that was just a bonus although I was familiar with the effect expanders would have before starting. Some differences, eye brows are now way more similar and have more symmetrical angle, nose more straight, eye symmetry has greatly improved and are more sharp, cheek bones are wider and whole face looks healthier.
I have crowded teeth but got braces will that help
thanks which palate expander did you use? was it MSE ?
also how many mm expansion did you do? who was your practitioner that did the expansion?
I’m getting one very soon 😅

@@conorharrisenjoyed it and learned a great deal of valuable information from it for myself and my clients.
In my case, one eye orbital is slightly larger than the other. Amazing how that tiny bone, which is like a gyroscope? Effects that. Also in collapsed posture, its also the flexors have to do the work of holding up the chest while the extensors are not engaging.

Would love to hear your thoughts on Botox use in the face in the context of TMJ and pain relief and also just reducing size of masseters for aesthetic reasons
YESS ive been curious about that too
@@smilylaugh3725 I hope he replies. I have had success with Neuromodulating medicine (Botox and xeomin) in the masseter and temporalis muscles which has over 9 months led to a big reduction in the size of my masseters and the visibility pf the temporalis’. Jaw clenching has been a huge issue and caused significant teeth damage and loss before a dentist recommended relaxing the masseters in addition to the use of a night time occlusal splint. Unfortunately that medical solution is extraordinarily expensive and must be unkept with expensive high dose treatment to continue to alleviate the issues. When I have gone for over a year without the medication in my masseters they have returned to strong clenching pressure and the masseters size grew back to pre-treatment size . Again causing jaw and teeth pain wear/tear. I do like the aesthetic outcome of reducing my angular jawline also but wonder about people that are doing the treatment for pure aesthetic reasons to make their jawline heart shaped and whether they are causing any negative flow on effects from ‘unnecessary’ muscle manipulation. It’s just an area of interest for me as Counsellor that guides mostly women that are caught up getting injectable medicines and start to lose their ability to see their own features with any objectivity (body and facial image disturbances or dysmorphia in the extreme)
Nice. What about TMJ APPLIANCES to re-symmetry the TMJ kondoyle areas by dropping the jaw on the heightened side, and moving the jaw slightly forward? I'm using that now. My TMJ joints weren't symmetric, one side ( i think the right side) was slightly higher...so I've been given a TMJ mouth appliance to wear (looks like invisalign but with a splint), and I have to wear it for FOUR MONTHS. The improvement in my body's symmetric function was actually INSTANT the moment I put it on! Can you make a video on THIS specific topic as well!?
This is something I am invested in as well
@@clampowder9061 it's been 8 days, hopefully he'll respond to us now
Interesting. I'm curious about why legs always get bent like that on the first example on the back: what are the benefits for the exercises in general?
I wonder if people with more symmetrical faces have better balance, and inversely if training balance will restore symmetry to one’s face 🤔
Is it possible that shin splits can be caused by hips, knee or foot mechanics? I feel a lot of pain on my shins while running. I wonder what PRI saus about this problem.
I heard fixing it will help you prevent workout injuries

@@Gojofansigmamale-zd1ze um...you said your RIGHT eye is slightly low and your RIGHT eye is slightly up. What about your left eye?
@@FakhrurrazieJaffarwhich direction should i push my jaw if my right eye is the lower one? Thx
@@simulatingme at 5:02 from what I understand, if your right eye is lower, means that your jaw is likely to tip more to the left side of the face. But seeing the exercise he demonstrated, it doesn't matter which side of the eye is lower, you just need to do the realignment of the jaw so that it will be more centred, and then the eye position will follow. Have you ever tried mewing?
Hope, and pray and believe i do right sleep.
Or maybe listen to subliminal that could work too yk i think practicing mewing and posture while always sleeping on the back and chewing on both side can improve the jaw

I want to take the time to mentions tons of male models, female models, actors and people that are considered very attractive have Asymmetry problems as well. Obviously they arn't that severe and most models/attractive people do have good Symmetry but it isn't a "death sentence". I've seen some photos of Sean o and chico (famous models) without any editing, makeup, bad lighting and my god they kind of just like normal dudes on the street. Everything you see on TV/internet is photoshopped and covered up, creates awful standards.
That's how they sell you faces 😅

Hey Connor, great stuff as always! Do you know how much he paid for his ALF treatment? I’m considering it but it does look to be pretty costly. I have pretty severe malocclusion thanks to a childhood jaw injury+childhood orthodontics. My current bite causes my jaw to deviate severely to the right, resulting in lots of over-activation, restriction and internal rotation throughout the entire right side of my body. I’m considering Invisalign but am worried about their ability to determine where my ideal bite should be. What are your thoughts? Thank you for all of your help.
I have a very similar experience. I’m also worried that they won’t be able to find my correct bite
in the procress of invisaling and i am also worried about the overbite and how it will change my fuck´ng jaw
Do you have any recommendations of practitioners who can help with a dental piece?
Please can you do a video on what things to NOT let your orthodontist do. I have an occlusal cant. My ortho says he can use a TAD (a screw) to fix it. After watching your video, i am concerned it's not the correct way to address things or at least there might be more natural ways of fixing this. Please help!
How many sets of 5-10 second holds should you do a day? Do I take rest in between sets, should I do it everyday? Feel like the instructions on how often to do it was unclear.
Thank you
