Jeff Bennett was the replacement voice for David Tomlinson in the restoration of *Bedknobs and Broomsticks.* That movie also makes reference to The Beatles when the undersea band in the animated sequence made an octopus the drummer. And when the main human characters get to the land part of Naboombu, the Sailor Bear who caught them and cost them their dance trophy (essentially breaking up the act) that they would not have been able to bring home anyway responds, “People? People? *Oh no,* what scurvy luck!” Ringo Starr also later recorded a pre-Disney Sherman Brothers song, “You’re Sixteen.” The star of that movie, Angela Lansbury, was also targeted by Charles Manson. Or more accurately, her daughter Deidre was, and they both had to leave the United States to get her away from them.

Still a better song than most things on the radio. By the way, I think it's munch, not much.
Gunner11 Oh yeah that was a typo.
...to whom ever posted this thanks a bunch!
Sounds like the Rutles!
Perfect theme song for the intermittent fasting movement!
george: she's awlful paul: she's terrible ringo: she can't sing john: I LOVE HER while yoko... yoko: EEEEEEEH OOOOOOOOH EEEEEEEEH OOOOOOH
Chuck Berry: WHAT the fuck?! Frank Zappa: For all the fucks in hell!!!
She's hidious.
William, not Paul.
The palpable disdain for Yoko is so great 😄 some writer was clearly a very jaded Beatles fan
Yeah, it's extremely noticeable
Or someone who just appreciates music
@@thebathroom6327anyone who just dismisses The Plastic Ono band as offering nothing to music history doesn’t know much about music history
You're saying it as if anyone would like yoko ono
@@obiwanfisher537well..I’d have to break it to ya
That "I have blisters on me fingers" at the end is wonderful.
an accurate portrayal of what happened
AKA The Roast of Yoko
Yoko roasto
TIME TO SING EMBARRASSED SONG EEEEEEOHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Sounds like a donkey being violated.
The end I HAVE BLISTERS ON ME FINGERS! is amazing 😂😂😂 The accuracy of John and Yoko's relationship is surprising
They missed the drugs and cheating on both ends, all from one partt.
Chloe Craig I was dying the entire time from that
it's a reference to ringo screaming "i've got blisters on my fingers!" at the end of helter skelter because of how long and hard he had to play the drums
and then he threw his drum sticks
I remember having never heard Yoko Ono sing in my entire life, so I always thought Animaniacs was just joking about how bad she was when I was a kid. But then I took a second and I looked her up. I fucking threw up.
***** Yes she really does sing like that. Yeesh.
She sounds terrible even if she's just talking.
bright632 actually higher pitched and worse.
Her songs with her screaming in them are real punk rock.
+MountainFox51 Didn't you realize that Pinky and the Brain is a documentary?
I love how good they look in this art style!
Yellow submarine all over again.
Paul still looks cute in cartoon form.
+Anneka Cat queen SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
He does!
:)
He totally does!
Anneka Olson dafuq?
This was my introduction to yoko ono. As an adult i cant belive how spot on they are about her "music"
My intro to yoko was Simpsons when I was ten in 92 and seeing Beatles biographies
"My team strongly advised me not to talk about it, but they never said I couldn't sing" -Yoko Oh Nooooooo
Richard Harris: Oh NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I remember watching this as a shit kid. I thought she was made up. Like, nobody could sound that awful AND be famous.
+johnny3400 Too much faith in humanity
Eeyore?
a lot of shows like powerpuff girls 98 and the simpsons poked fun at Yoko and even at how she destroyed the band
I don't think she's famous in a positive light...
BooRadley3400 have you listened to 85 percent of the music thats come out in the past decade? How could yoko ono suprise you?
"What we are singing is take off your pants!" XD That is brilliant There is no better way to turn such a serious song into the silliest thing on the planet
Pants are opressive, man.
What is the original?
Give peace a chance.
This show was so brilliant!
I wouldn’t say the song is serious. It’s sincere.
1:09 And the award for best imitation of Yoko Ono goes to
Imagine getting paid to sound this bad.
1:48 - 1:54 TOO FUCKING ACCURATE
Yoko would put a banshee out of business with that voice.
George: "She's awful" Paul: "She's terrible" Ringo: "She can't sing"
john:"l love her"
bman4099 3 against 1. John looses. Of course John is going to say a deluded thing like that. Yo No Talent had him under a spell. Witches are known do that kind of thing.
I thought John saying "I love her" when nobody else did was actually really sweet.
Yoko: "EEEEEEEEEE YOOOOOOOOO"
All the Feebles sound like Wakko
That's because Wakko's voice is based off Ringo Starr.
And Jess Harnell (Wakko) did voice all four of them in this episode.
KingOfSciliy Actually, Jess Harnell only voiced two of them while Jeff Bennett voiced the other two.
I always thought Wakko was supposed to be Ringo, but in this George sounds more like him...
Jim Lemon and Yoyo Nono really do make a perfect couple!
yeahhh the Helter Skelter final quote!
I have blisters in my eardrums.😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
This is far better singing than Yoko could actually sing...if you would even call it that.
That’s because Tress MacNeille is a professional voice actress.
"What we are singing is take off your pants."
Zoukon101 damn thats true of john look up his relationship with yoko
Here's the list of songs by the Beatles (and John Lennon) used in this episode: 1.) All you need is Love 2.) Run for your life 3.) Give Peace a Chance
And She loves you yeah yeah yeah
thx1085 Thanks. I almost missed that one.
+jasminne mcdonald also Helter Skelter
thx1085 I think I didn't watched this episode. I'm more into fact than parody.
oh nonnononono the blisters on my fingers is from helter skelter
George Harrison: She's awful Paul McCartney: She's terrible Ringo Starr: She can't sing John Lennon: I love her😂😂😂😂😂👍👍👍LOL
Yousef Altajalli i hate you
I'm impressed when you made fun of the 'Beatles' and Yoko Ono.
this is brilliant. as kids watching this in the 90's i don't think we understood just HOW brilliant
Exactly! Kids then did not know the backstory of Oko and John. The most cringe moment had to be John and Oko's appearance with Chuck Berry on stage. If you don't know what I'm talking about, check it out in KZhead.
I was a teen when I saw this and knew biographies and Beatles since I was a kid even yellow submarine and this made me laugh
My mom and uncle have always been huge Beatles fans. I remember watching this episode when I was about 5 or 6, and seeing them laughing uncontrollably while watching with me 🤣 I just thought Yoko’s singing was funny, but I had no idea the reasons why
George: "She's awful!" Paul: "She's terrible!" Ringo: "She cant sing!" John: "I LOVE HER!" lol
I think yoko sounds a hell of a lot better in this then she does in real life
WTF?! "Take Off Your Pants!" Hilarious!
I love how the Beatles fandom have such a love for satirical depictions of the Beatles like they did themselves.
You can tell when they did their homework.
"shes dreadful!" "shes horrible!" "she can't sing." "i LOVE her." oh, john...
Literally had me dying Lmaoo!
Yoko Ono is just so god damn easy to make fun of. And Tom Ruegger and his team pulled no punches!
Few targets of satire and parody have been this deserving.
Damn, the writers were really taking shots...probably because they adored the Beatles so much.
I'm a die hard Beatles fan, & I LOVE this!!! :)
Omigod, Yoko Nono's singing always cracked me up.
She has that effect on people. And priceless porcelain.
This is the funniest and most accurate parody of Yoko Ono
That was funny as hell, what really cracks me up is that is exactly what Yoko sounds like. I've got three words for Lennon should I meet him after I die.... What The Fuck!
That’s not even taking into account how badly he messed up his family and marriage
2:04 5 minutes into love song and chill and he gives you this look
Still a better love story that twilight~
Indeed
*than
yes I too like to love story that twilight
With a much bigger bloodsucker.
I wish these Beatles cartoons were back on TV.😎
"performance artist and really bad singer"
And that’s the way it is.
1:39 Brain’s most evil moment ever…
Evil nothing the John Lennon one fell in love with her
That makes him a yenta.
The voices are a sight better than the old cartoons!
What about in yellow submarine?
"Delete the Feebles" 💀
i love how her hair goes crazy
I just happened to turn this on my t.v. tonight...and oh my gosh--funniest thing EVER! I turned it on right when the scene started, too! My mom and I laughed so hard. Of course, I wouldn't have understood it when I was little, but now that I'm in LOVE with the Beatles, it's hilarious.
This is so historically accurate I can't believe it.
It’s like they used the real Yoko Ono’s voice in this! Lol
I know right?! Scary accurate although she doesn't usually sing that in key
Whatever key she sings in, that’s the key that she sings in. At least when she sings in it.
She's ugly. John: she's hot.
“yoyo nono” IM CRYINV LMAO
One of my most favorite cartoons from the 90s!
George:it’s good with out all the screaming Yoko: eoeoeoeoeoe
George Harrison: She's awful. Paul McCartney: She's terrible! Ringo Starr: She can't sing! John Lennon: I love her! Yoko Ono: I will sing my love song EEEEEEEEEOHHHHHHH
The "I HAVE BLISTERS ON ME FINGERS" bit came out of **nowhere** I just bust out laughing. 😂
Yoyo's singing sounds like a torturing bird! XD Love is definitely deaf when it comes to John/Jim loving Yoko/Yoyo ' s singing.
This is the most accurate portrayal of Yoko Ono
John and Yoko were on the Smothers Brothers. After Yoko's first chorus the network turned off her microphone.
i remeber seeing this with a friend when it came out and wondering how many teens let alone, kids would even getthis whole cartoon! 20yrs later and wow!
George’s voice is spot on 👌👌
Too bad his caricature’s not as good…
I love how the animators gave him a sitar, just in case you couldn’t figure out which Beatle he was supposed to be.
Everybody and their mother had a sitar player on their records in the late 1960s, even Petula Clark with “Colour My World.”
If that is what she sounds like while singing, im afraid to hear what noises she makes when she is crying EEEEEEOOOOOHHHHH
Yes, this is absolutely the same that how I remember this :D
When I was younger I never got a lot of the references on this show. But now I just laugh even harder than I did when I was younger now that I get all the references.
"The Feebles, those four fresh-faced Liverpudlian mop-tops."
While this is just a spoof of the Beatles its so well done and I appreciate it ever so much and it is absolutely brilliant
George:she’s awful Paul:she’s terrible Ringo:she can’t sing John: I love her
George: She's awful !! Paul: She's terrible !! Ringo: She can't sing . John: I LOVE HER !!!
They even show Paul correctly als left-handed.
I will sing you my happy song: heeeeeeee yooooo heeeeeee yooooo I will sing you my sad song: heeeeeeee yooooo heeeeeee yooooo I will sing you my love song: heeeeeeee yooooo heeeeeee yooooo jajajaja
Gabo Álvarez ,
*Spilling a bucket of white paint over a white sculpture*: heeeeeeee yooooo heeeeeeee yooooo heeeeeeee
im glad paul’s good looks have been preserved not only through animation but through 480p. godspeed
The most accurate representation
that how yoko Ono sings every song!
That is fucking hilarious, I didn't expect Yoko to be in this.
It’s sad that’s how Yoko really sounds
If she could sing, would her name be Yoko Oyeah?
This is a better critique of the beatles than any human could create.
This is pretty much exactly what happened
so accurate it hurts
hahahaha absolutely roasting yoko... im dead
My favorite Beatle is Ringo Starr! Because he narrated Thomas the Tank Engine (obviously). Everybody knows that. Don't you?
Pugh, Yoko's singing makes my ears bleed! She sings like a dying cat!
+Toons Girl hence the title of her "HIT" song CATMAN (no joke)
+Toons Girl How dare you compare a dying cat to her please give the dying cat at least some credit!!
Wear ear plugs or ear muffs.
That was one of the funniest cartoons they ever made. I was "too old" to watch cartoons when it aired, but I secretly loved it. This clip wouldn't make much sense to a kid, though. It was fairly accurate, but some of the names where changed.
Why is animation treated as a kids medium?
@@Johnlindsey289 Good question. It must be Saturday Morning Fever. The stereotype can't be shaken.
@@briankleinschmidt3664 Stuff like Simpsons, Spawn TAS, Heavy Metal, American Pop, Roger Rabbit, Batman TAS, Batman Mask of the Phantasm, , Fritz the Cat, American Pop, The Wall, Wizards, Watership Down, MTV animation even Aeon Flux to The Maxx, Plague Dogs, Fire and Ice, Ninja Scroll, Akira, Cowboy Bebop, Princess Mononoke etc. got rid of that stigma. Ever seen any of those as a teen?
This has becoming a running joke with my friend and I. And now it's back in my recommended, almost a year later
George: She's awful. Paul: She's terrible. Ringo: She can't sing. John: I love her! Me: Good for you.
Brian Epstein: and what was I, chopped liver?
This is a jewel!, and I am almost sure that the middle finger "tree" at 2:16 was intentional.
The Brain, "Who...are...you?" And the world is still asking the same question.
Jess Harnel is very good at Beatles impressions
I remember this! The memories!
Thank you youtube. Was doubting myself today but now I know for sure what to do
Based on true story . One of the best episode ever .
I gotta say though... that Yoyonono singing is much better than what Yoko actually sounds like. Straight up.
THAT WAS AN END!!! Beautifull!! I loved it!!
And this is how the voice of Wakko got the job because he can do all 4 Beatles
Oh man, this is probably the best thing I've ever seen.. This is hilarious!!
