    • After, usually players do it for post-match body conditioning

    • Almost every player will ride a stationary bike after their match, win or lose. It's important after loading your muscles to slowly let them relax and release some of the lactic acid build up, helps to reduce soreness and muscle fatigue when playing so many matches in a row.

    • @@Zamzummin I played pro football when I was younger so yea it makes sense, after training you would do a couple of laps of running slow intensity with some stretching in youth academies but I didn't know tennis players do it also 🙂
