I got perma banned on my main a few months ago, for “cheating”. I wondered because I never cheated in my life, so I looked at emails and got 2 identical emails just like you. In the email were 15 possible things I could have done, “Using unauthorized software to make changes to your account”, “Interfering with or manipulating the network traffic of your devices or the devices of others” something like that, so I wrote a review and got immediately denied + blocked from writing more tickets. I had zero strikes on this account, I can’t do anything til this day so i just gave up.
me too dude, i had the SAME thing happen to me. microsoft was no help, i had to connect the better business bureau to even have a chance, but even then nothing happened. i’d try there honestly. it didn’t work for me, (hence why i just paid $1.99 in hopes that ghile will see my ban and try to get awareness for it. if he does respond bro, i’ll try to get him to help you too because this is BS.

i knew a guy back in 360 who had a modded tablet that could for some reason get me banned for 1 day, he put in like a year but it still somehow the next day got me banned for a whole day. it could be possible someone has a client that can mass report you or have some type of inside to the system that just lets them ban you with reports
I remember back then I was playing Halo 3 with my friends. We were trying to get our rank up, then we got into a game with a person that could kick you from the game making it seemed as if you backed out of the game when you didn't. After me and my friends were backed out, we get a message from the hacker saying Don't try messaging Microsoft. It won't work 😑

Here is hoping, when I got hit with something like this not strike wise severe they couldn’t tell me what I was suspended for until my suspension period was over due to communication and Xbox community violations which I don’t know what it was. 🤷
This is like the time i got perma banned on psn because people mass reported me. I was the leader of a big crew back then and some assholes mass reported the crew chats after being kicked out. No way to appeal either, the decisions are final.
You dont get permanently banned on psn for mass reports. Psn is not an automated system. I have a friend that works at Sony safety team and it's done by real people, not like on xbox. You did something that was reviewable by real people.
@@vinkniv Yeah as i said, i got mass reported. It happened over a period of several months and there was nothing you could do except watch it happen. Back then you couldn't even kick people from chats. Several people from my crew including me contacted the support to put an end to it or at least close the chats, some supporters said they were gonna do something about it, nothing happened. Like a dozen people got permabanned and many more received several regular bans. The crew chats weren't toxic or tos relevant in any way. We had several people on the lookout for this type of shit and people who wouldn't oblige were kicked. It was actually the people who mass reported the chats almost daily over a period of several months who were kicked for toxic and racist behavior. We managed to ban them too, but they had back up accounts in the chats (accounts that were created because they were on the verge of getting a permaban themselves funnily enough). The messages are manually reviewed by sony moderation, but it was pretty clear that the moderators barely gave a shit and let almost everything through. I know this because i too tried to get these people banned, so they couldn't do any more damage. I used to pick a random message like "i killed *random player name*" and framed it in the report so that it would read like the dude killed his hamster and bragged about it. If that didn't work there was a 50/50 chance of getting someone banned by reporting a random message as spam. Not proud of it, but there wasn't any other choice realistically.

@@danh2134 Sony has a callcenter close to where i live. Their safety team are actual real people. People work there and so does my friend. Believe whatever you want. This guy did something that was reviewable. You dont get banned just by getting mass reported. You cant even report someone without specifying what for. All messages + voice in parties gets recorded. Things that happen in game you cant get banned for. Thats for the developers of the game to have a reporting system in place. This guy is lying not me.

happened to me a couple months ago.. something triggered the xbox enforcement thing when i joined through my work wifi at my job (on the xbox app) i was never connected and was swiftly banned forever. please help.

This same thing happened to me last year, been playing for 16 years without an issue and suddenly got 3 suspensions within 3 months on PlayStation when playing Red Dead Online.

Okay so I did talk to Xbox support for like the past 45 minutes about the thing going on with you. Seems like they weren't even aware this was happening at all they can't do anything with the KZhead videos does you have to contact them directly through support. Unfortunately with your thing being banned you can't contact them you might have to make a new account in order to do this. Doubly unfortunately after reviewing your stuff the action taken against your account is valid it was reviewed by Xbox safety and enforcement. But they do think that you might be targeted. Which is why they want to talk to you if you haven't already when your contacting Xbox make sure you select billing and subscription and under that you can't redeem code so that way you can talk directly to a employee. None of us can do anything the videos of will not help you you keep doing them though but it won't do anything. With this being said I am on an ALT account to protect myself I am an Xbox Ambassador and an Insider. The best course of action is get in contact with Xbox support I cannot press that enough because they want to escalate your case to an Xbox Ranger. Hope you see this

This is horrifying. 1st, even MS has to see there is something happening since you are already banned so its impossible for you to enquire more bans. 2nd if this is happening to you then it stands to threaten the rest of the xbox community players as they are at risk of this exploit as well. I may just avoid xbox as a whole due to this, I've got 2 accounts but the oldest 1 has DLCs that are not available to purchase anymore ( Forza Motorsport 5, 6, 7 and Horizon 2 and 3 as some of these ) Was really looking forward to playing the forza franchise again but I'm not risking it at all
