But at the end I tell myself I can't be defined by a box of certain qualities. My existence is way beyond that. Full of answers I'm not aware of or mysteries no personalities or tests can define. But if it really means to you then let me share a quick secret of INFJ I learned from my experience and that is to ✨ priorities others without neglecting your own self ✨. • if they separate N and S type, they should've made each group on conversations, that'd show the difference the most. N would talk about abstract things like ideas, philosophy, and the future, while S into more concrete things. If the groups are continuously given tasks (make lunch, set up Christmas trees, talent show), I think the difference won't really show somehow. It is a pity they're not given time to have a group conversations

    @putridles@putridles Жыл бұрын
    • Well we can see the difference a bit. Like n is more creative compare to S. Look at the way they decorated christmas tree. They even used the pictures took from camera for decoration, while S did things step by step(s took more time too). N chose a person who can cook, while S used the old once proven method of stone paper scissors. I think the board game at the first shows something too(intp, enfj, entj etc are present despite the introversion, extroversion), cause intuitives don't find that much boring. This is what I found

That fits the types, in a way?

      @LoonyBoB@LoonyBoB9 ай бұрын
    • I agree, but I found it interesting that the moment they stepped in, they had different things they wanted to do. The S group went for direct sensory activities such as checking the fridge for food and going upstairs to see the rooms. The N group went on to do some imagination and recreational activities. Although, it would have been more interesting to see them talk about their individual philosophies.

    • INTP here I have one question, I want to be more like INFP, more accurately I think I feel like INFP inside my head but the way I act is... It's like my thoughts overpower my emotions, Head eats Heart. I have a gf who is INFP and it's like looking into a perfect reflection of me. I want to be her. And she tells me she wants to be like me. The anology I have for this is that I am a Poet, and she, a Philosopher. And we so badly want to be looked at as the other role. Idk if you'll understand that analogy. And quite literally too, she's a Philosophy graduate and I write, that's all I ever do. I always think about it. I have an emotional side that is with me always. It's been pointed out by my ISTJ fren that I act silly sometimes, and I don't like animals being treated badly nor do I want any animal or person to not Know what Love is. To never know what it feels like being Loved, it is the cruelest thing I could allow. I like to think of the time I said those things in front of my ISTJ fren being similar to how Princess Bubblegum cried when she was allowed to not push herself around Marceline. I have this stupid thought that if anything should be hated is me, so that people could hate each other less. That's the most illogical bullshit I've ever come up with. Is INTP a perfect reflection of INFP? Do you look into a mirror and want to be more, perhaps more like me?

      @DeadManNeckin@DeadManNeckin4 ай бұрын
    • @@DeadManNeckin I can't help but to notice that INTP has a desire to be more likable and INFP has a desire to be more competitive. INFPs generally, effortlessly are likable but they do not care about it that much, and want to be viewed as the big bad that are feared and revered. INTP in a similar sense, effortlessly are competitive, but they seems very nonchalant about it and prefer to just chill within their people, be accepted and getting taken care of. So is INTP a perfect reflection of INFP? I'd say that we're a reflection of what we innately strive to be and we see that through each other. Yet our Fe and Te manager seems to want to nudge us towards our own natural path so... XD

Even if the show goes smoothly, I feel like I wanna bury myself and disappear forever because of the sheer embarrassment because I'm the center of attention for a solid minute or two. The introverts here are just totally comfortable in doing talent show because it's their job

    • There's nothing wrong with them being a performer and being able to show their talents. When you're older, it's normal to have experienced many things, showing some parts of you wouldn't feel as scary. In perspective, the talent show _is_ uncomfortable but you're in a room with adults, all different in personalities/ages/gender, knowing everyone is a stranger to each other and they're also trying to avoid the awkwardness: you can literally do anything and they'll have your back. It's pretty obvious for me that the INTP wanted to be the funny one and when he saw someone that can make everyone laugh and it's not him, it hit him. He just doesn't like the ENTJ and I think he wish he was like the ENTJ. In the first episode, INTP was trying to be funny, he made that carrot thing and was saying he wanted the cameras filming, he wanted people to laugh at his jokes and he wasn't expecting someone like the ENTJ coming in. When the ENTJ was in the introverts room for the first time, every introvert in there was having a good time, but not the INTP, and the ISTP could see it clearly (I love the ISTP btw haha)!!! Pay attention to this moment 54:00 where the ISFJ picks the ENTJ to help her cook and watch how INTP reacts. He backs off, moving away like "daaaamn, not him again!!! 🙄🙄🙄". ISTP is probably the character that breaks out of his stereotype the most. ISTPs are stereotyped as "never talking" and he's pretty outgoing and is always the first one to answer the door and takes initiative in reading the missions, even among extroverts. The myers brigg actually focuses on the system called “Cognitive functions” which consists of the functions: Te, Ti, Ne, Ni, Fe, Fi, Se, Si, that determines what type a person has. So the possible answer Istp might be looking for is this. I was quite surprised when they assigned partners by the 3 letters because I thought it would be by the dominant functions (ex: Infj is a Ni dom and Intj is a Ni dom as well)

    • It's a common misunderstanding people have of INTJ. Just because you have your Ti dominated doesn't mean the Fi in you does not exist. This opinion is based on the perspective of INTJ-a myself. May other INTJs put their own perspectives. It's not like I don't care what others feel. I just do not let it influence my emotions, my life, my brain, my heart. But I definitely have feelings or empathy for others, especially those with similar experience and wound like mine. Very emotional at some point, but a second later my head would be in control again. When the INTJ in the program tore up a bit, I instantly knew that there was a story about him that related to the song and I played back to get a glimpse of the lyric once again. INTJs with developed Fi would be quite emotional sometimes, It is just that INTJs value themselves most in this world.

INTJs do have feelings and can sympathize with others. It is just that they have control over their own emotion and know how to stop certain emotions that cost their productivity. Yet at some point, they do need time to drain out the feelings and emotions that they block out of their life. Sometimes when it comes to sensitive issues like their "loneliness complexity" an INTJ can be so fragile even a lyric of a song could make them tear up haha I do it a lot, sucking all my emotion out with the help of lyrics and I'd be okay after as if nothing happen. Life still needs to go on and I still like this absurd life of mine.

  • As ISTP I found it funny how the ISTP and ENTJ got along so well, as my favorite type is ENTJ. If there is any ENTJ reading this: (pretend i say something nice about you, i cant be bothered thinking of something.)

    • As an ENTJ, being a rare personality type we are not represented much so its fun to see how we are precieved.

  • 4:50 I'm somewhere in the midst of INFJ and ENFJ, and they being quite similar, also how infj took at the bags away from the sofa to make a space, he stood first to offer a seat, how enfj organised his coat right back in the sofa, they are gentle and caring, most importantly they enjoy being quiet and in their world

  • I love how the S types are like "wheres the instructions" while the N types are already halfway done with decorating xD I just shows that they approached the task from different perspectives.

  • Small details I noticed as an ENFP: - 1:45 The way ISTP got on a chair to talk to the camera was too funny - 2:05 ISFJ saying she wishes ENTJ could stay - ESTJ initiating the Es walk over to the Is room and ENFP suporting the idea (and being pretty loud) - I loved the ISFP and ISFJ duo sticking together throughout - ENFP taking charge of the initial group meeting and suggesting to spread out and sit down. - ENTJ saying ENFJ is more gentler than he thought, and ENFJ looking down at his hands - 7:46 ESFJ tellig ISFJ to eat the food/snacks from the plate - 8:02 ESTJ cleaning up the chairs, like he cleaned up the shoes in Ep. 1 - 8:08 ESFJ dragging ESFP from the I room🤣 I feel like they would have a mother/daughter type relationship - 10:05 ENTP saying how ENFP reads people well and is really considerate, I felt like that is accurate as an ENFP - 12:04 iNFJ coming in with that widsom LOL, "you need to meet someone first before making a decision on who they are" - 14:12 ISFP saying how she practiced smiling is so cute to me - INFJ being careful while trying to open the Jenga box and then INTP comes and freaking breaks it open LOL - Introverts having a quiet and peaceful morning with everyone doing something different, while the Extroverts having full blown conversations all together - ISTP looks like he's taking care and looking out for ISFJ, INFP, and ISFP - I love the relationships between ENFP and INFP, and ESFP and ISFP, and ESFJ and ISFJ, they all seem really happy when these pairs are together - S ppl asked for instructions, while N ppl look like they just YOLOed the construction of the tree😂 - The cute S pictures vs the goofy N pictures - ISTP having car sounds as his talent makes 100% sense - ESFJ being the first to volunteer to help ENTP to cook - ESFJ being so cute and gentle with ISFP eating the strawberries - The ENFJ guy immediately getting the tissues for ISFJ - INFP running to comfort ISFJ as she cried, but ENFP and ENFJ looked just as concerned for her, while the other people at the table were still laughing and joking....

    • @@medusa861 I agree with you ,mbti does help us to know each other better and If we can understand each other then of course our relationships will improve. It's sad that in our society people (not all people of course)only like a" talkative person" .They think a person who is more talkative is more confident than a quiet person. I'm an introvert and people around me don't have any Idea what that is (maybe they think I'm depressed). I do respect extroverts , because we're all humans and children of God we are all special .
