    • This Shaolin masters videos are educative. He has a video about the eight fold path. About the eight fold path, I know where the Buddha taught this. Many of the ancient sangarams are today villages. There is one unique village name which is NAWADA meaning eight promises. These villages are common in Bihar. Eight promises can be translated as the eight fold path. It seems these villages had the pleasure of the Buddha preaching to the distant ancesters of the present day villagers, ‘The eight fold path’. Infact Sariputra became an Arhat in a sangaram called NAWADA in Vaishali. Nawada means the eight promises. Or the eight fold path. It seems the Buddha preached this in these villages.

  • Self-discipline is a behavior that conquers freedom. Outer enforced discipline surrenders freedom. Sometimes you must experience outer enforced discipline and temporarily forfeit your freedom to learn how to develop your own self discipline to control your freedom.

Now, I reap the benefits of that dedication & I enjoy waking at 4 am without an alarm- because now it's my time to just be with myself- such peace from a busy life. I so enjoy your teachings - such a brilliant mind you have and sacrifices you have made to be at peace. Thank u for being a presence on the internet even though you have no responsibility to give of yourself. Many thanks from Oregon.

  • I have freedom. True freedom. Granted i did nothing to earn it was a gift. Buddhist create all these structures to control the mind, i simply let my mind do whatever it wants. At first it was bad, but my mind didn't like this so it changed. Now i dont not need structures and regiment to achieve my goals it simply flows. It might to me 5 years to achieve what other have done in 1 year but i have it non the less and without effort, without weight.

I learned how to be greatful without saying a word or thinking so countiousness gets filled with it, same with love. Still want to be nothing but so interested in things outside. Got a glimpses of peace and ecstacy for taste and it is wonderful. Lets see where this goes

  • I have subscribed because your videos are very educative. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.

  • I had strong anger issues when I was younger. I was also a very jealous boyfriend. For me it wasn’t, ok what is anger doing for me. That is just the very tip of the ice berg. I learnt through contemplation that a lot of these negative emotions come from fear. So you basically have love then fear. I was scared I was not good enough which also led me to drink and take drugs to socialise. Once I saw this I could change my perspective on these different situations and realise I am good enough with all my flaws. I now rarely get angry, never jealous, and am sober of everything now over 20 yrs. I hope this helps someone that is just like I was.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • That which can not be proven with fact, can be disapproved without fact… Now where is that magical energy again? This guy saved my health. Inspiring me to step up and be human again. He has a lot to talk about too I guess? What’s really hard just like living as a monk is raising children. You must never give up. You got to get up earlier than them. Take care of all there needs and put all of your own concerns on the back burner. Life is what you make of it. It’s your dream! You control your body with your mind in it. Make the connection real and you will be able to feel the universe. I am forever thankful for Master Yi. 🌊 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

  • I really appreciate how he sheds light on a false idea. That is, in his type of lifestyle, individuals don't feel anything. The silly idea that they just float around "creating" their own reality, never getting mad or sad or even fun. It's actually about allowing yourself to feel and control these feelings. To see that if an individual beats themselves up, well then , they might let the mind win that fight. Funny enough, I actually do beat myself about driving. Too nervous, clumsy, etc...I better stop that!! ✋️ ❤
