How many boyfriends did Phoebe have before Mike?
Before Mike Hannigan Phoebe dates different guys. Some of them were pretty nice, others weird or annoying.
We never see those guys, but Phoebe or other friends refer to them.

26. Eric (Sean Penn) - her twin sister Ursula's fiancé.
27. Tim - Monica's sous chef.
28. Kyle - hums while he pees.
29. Sergei - handsome diplomat who did not speak English.
30. Rob - the guy who asked Phoebe to sing songs to the children.
31. Garry - policeman, who shooted a bird.

I think the episode you’re thinking of is when they imagine their lives if Rachel never became their friend, Monica never lost her weight, Pheobe is a stock broker, Joey actor, and chandler jobless lol.
