Lia, this is a tip for henna: You put it on and leave it for about 2-5 hours (the longer you leave it the darker it gets) If you wipe it off right away it does turn yellow, but when you leave it, it should be dark orange or brown. After 2-5 hours, it should be crusted and then you can rub it so little pieces come off. If you take it off after 2-5 hours, it should stay on for a couple weeks or even a couple months! Be aware that if it is smudged early on in the waiting process, when you take it off smudges will stay on. Also be aware that you might not want to put it on arm or leg arm hair because it is very painful to take off. (I’ve done that before 🤕) A way to make henna more fun is to sprinkle glitter on it while it is in the drying process. Hope this helps! Henna is so much fun when you follow instructions correctly! Henna is actually used in india during festivals and marriages . We ,women apply it on our hands and make beautiful patterns.the longer we keep it on our hands or face like lia did, the darker it becomes.we have to wait for it to dry otherwise it won't be applied to our hands. I hope it helps :)

I'm actually an Indian and I wear henna when I have holidays and I know how long and how to wash it so ur supposed to let the henna dry and then wash it off with running water
It gets faint easier if u wash with water.I put vix cream on and the colour darkens beautifully

Just as a tip if you ever do henna again, you have to let your design dry until it starts to crust and fall off. This will improve the darkness and how long it stays on you. I hope this helped!!😁😁❤

Henna tip: you should leave the henna on for 4-6 hours (if u have time) if u dont got the time then 30+ mins will work. Also, the print gets darker overnight and gets lighter once you wash that area of your body. Hope this helped!😊

When using henna/mehndi you have to wait for the henna/mehndi to dry completely then peel it off to get the full color. Also to keep the nice color moisturize it.

in my culture we put it on in our festival called eid and we put nice flowers desighns and patterns and we let it dry and some people even leave it on over night and once it even stained my face

For the henna, when u put it on u have to let it dry until it becomes hard. It wasn’t supposed to be soft. And at first when u take it off it will be light but it will get darker itself later 😊

You have to let the henna stay on your hand for hours to get a darker shade “By the way those cones are called mehandi cones.” It’s a tradition in India to put mehandi on occasions such as weddings, receptions.

You are supposed to leave the henna on until it hardens then you peel it off so it will have a darker color.
About the henna thing your supposed to wait until it gets dried so just tough it and see if it comes on your finger if I didn’t come on your finger then you can remove it

Tip for henna You need to put the design you want on your body such as: hand, palm, belly and leg. Leave on until it starts to crust up then wash or peal it off. Wolla your henna design is printed on you for at least 3-5 weeks depending on how long you left it. Sometimes if you leave it on until it self starts go fall into pieces on your floor or anywhere it can last for a whole month. If this helped 👇
