Taylor Swift being a songwriting genius on folklore&evermore

I made this compilation of Taylor talking about songs she wrote for her albums she's made this year to showcase how talented and brilliant her mind is and also to help you understand the meaning behind each song a little better. Hope you enjoy it. Merry Christmas to all of you, have the happiest holidays. Take care, I love you. xxx

Its an innate talent that you can be taught to hone and maximize but you can't actually teach someone the gift itself... You are either born with it or you aren't... This comment was not meant to imply that me or others are dumb and need an education. Our level of English is determined by our interest in the language. There is absolutely no need to get fired up in the sub-comment section. also we all know the education system is f*cked, Taylor expanded her vernacular through interest in poetry and literature. • genuinely, it’s crazy to be able to be alive the same time ts herself is. one day she will be bigger than a “pop artist” or the “music industry” she is going to be so much bigger. ppl know taylor the way they know emily dickinson. her entire being will be a legend.

  • Taylor deserves all the success she has. It's so rare to find people who love song-writing so much. She's been writing about all the things she feels, every little emotion that is confusing or hard to process. Tim McGraw, Fifteen, White Horse, Don't You, Enchanted, Mean, Innocent, Long Live, Sparks Fly, Dear John, Back To December, The Moment I Knew, All Too Well, Treacherous, Red, I Almost Do, Clean, New Romanctics, Welcome To New York, Wildest Dreams, Blank Space, Out of the Woods, You're in Love, Delicate, Call It What You Want, New Year's Day, King Of My Heart, Dancing With Our Hands Tied, Lover, The Man, The Archer, Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince, False God, Cornelia Street, Death By A Thousands, Soon You'll Get Better, Afterglow, Daylight, Cardigan, Exile, My Tears Ricochet, This is me Trying, Hoax, the Lakes, Mirrorball, August, Seven, Champagne Problems, Tolerate It, Tis The Damn Season, Epiphany, Marjorie, Coney Island, Ivy, Evermore, Right Where You Left Me, Time to Go, Cowboy Like Me, Only the Young, Beautiful Ghosts, Ronan, Better Man. I think these songs are the best she's ever written.

  • Her ability to empathize with different human experiences and write about them so eloquently is amazing. I.e. this is me trying is such a great song for someone struggling with addictions - something she hasn’t experienced but still has ability to understand it and feel for that person. It’s truly beautiful. And epiphany is also such a good example of her empathy.
