  • I love these inspirational improved dance moves Thank you for sharing I’m not sure if it’s ok to ask if I’ve permanently damaged my left disc had bulging disc serious major instant back surgery in 2019 as to date I’ve got wear and Tear in my left disc would this type of awesome dance moves not be advisable? Until I’ve seen my physiotherapist
