  • Well my 18 year old brain is stuck in this 70 year old body but I’m determined to learn some of these steps. Really good cardio workout. I’ve got the running man down after 2 days but it is rough and clumsy. Practice, practice, practice. Thanks for this video, really helpful.

  • By far in a way the best tutorial I’ve watched on running man. You will have noticed Emylee that it ain’t all 20yr old folks learning from you - like the 70 year old and 50 year old trucker, I’m 59 but have had your tutorial on for 2 hours rewinding constantly and (1) you’ve really improved my running man so thanks and (2) what a workout!!!! Brilliant work - many thanks

  • I can't tell you how many tutorials I've seen, how many times I've seen videos of people saying "the running man is so easy to master" while I'm in my room making my attempt at the running man and feeling like a wobbly, stomping troll. This is THE tutorial which I think will finally bring me to my breakthrough. I am not a dancer but years ago when I first saw your shuffling videos, I knew I wanted to look like that and be able to dance like you do. If I can do this, my confidence will be so much higher 🥰 thank you Emylee!

  • #4 is sooo me! No wonder I look a bit "off" when I'm doing it and not as cool-smooth looking as how you and the other dancers do it. The way you are extremely detailed -- rather than just a show and tell (which may work for some people) -- is very helpful to someone like me who needs both detailed verbal AND visual instructions. Thank you sooo much for this tutorial

So be well all, as I can only imagine if we all keep up this dance, it should do everything to boost our immune systems against Covid-19, while those feel good endorphins are exploding thruout our heads. It could bring so many people together again in one worldwide Shuffle to celebrate 🎉

There are so many dancers now that are making money off of tips and tutorials that are BS, but this actually breaks it down in detail. Good shit! Edit - not sure if it's intentional, but the kick forward is a part of toprock and makes a good transition when doing footwork
