I think the daily map rotations for ranked now help too as you have to adapt to different environments more often. Sure I know non-ranked has rotations, but the behaviour in those modes is so much more different than ranked.

Too true, someone has to lose, and being a 60 man round with only 3 possible winners, your gonna lose alot. This game is alot less about winning and more about improving, learning and getting better, even if your really good your still gona lose more than you win. That's just the game, but that's also what makes winning so amazing, cause it just that hard to make it happen. Learn to love the grind, and the win will be so sweet❤

Me and my friend do a lot of duos and fast pushes using octane and revilent but I am not ready good and these tips are helping out so much

A few other things I'd add! 1) Knowing how to clear a building. Floor by floor is self-evident but never be too far from your teammates cause the enemies may just be around the corner too! Try to beam them as they run instead of immediately chasing as well lowering the odds of your 1v1 turning into 1v3 and maybe keeping it a 1v2. 2) Make a decision quickly! Even if it's the wrong choice, the faster you act on a decision, the less likely you're bound to get caught off guard and the more likely you can recover! I forgot to keep these in mind in my last ranked game and it costed us 1st place (we got 3rd) 😭

I main issue with apex is consistency, istg one match I beam with 2k damage and the next I miss every shot with only 100 dmg
The best tip I can think of is to look for fights and always always use cover when you can .

I just play the game when I'm bored now, I used to try and learn but I didn't feel myself improving so now its just a game I play when I'm bored. Aim training never made me improve either
Good position is key and keep your eyes on the cycle location, teamwork is dream work, play always with the guns you like and don’t switch much. Ps: lifeline is cute like heaven

Another unconventional tip. The devotion is absolutely amazing at countering armor swapping once it is spun up. Most usually a death trap if an enemy attempts to open a death box while you’re beaming them
Just be happy your playing that is all the matters
I need to know when to rush because every time i shoot a enemie im always getting shot in the back by they teammate and dying
Number 9 is so important. Not even just sitting in a corner. Allowing your enemies to take up space and move up for free is always bad. It gives them confidence and momentum that puts your team on the back foot. Toughest thing to communicate to randoms.

I Just Started playing Apex and my first impression was really not good.. I was Matched with high level players from the Very Start which is really not fair and thats why am here..

I've only been on Apex since season 13 and took off all of season 15, so I'm still kind of new to the game, BUT I HATE CATCHING MYSELF OVER LOOTING OR OVERLOOTING A DEATH BOX AND DIEING WHILE IN THE DEATHBOX SMH
Simple mistake from me is that "your position" I've been doing this since i was level 1 (today is 37) new player but i did realise my aim is good and yet my position is where 2-3 can shot you at the same time... It's all about the position

Here’s my mindset tip. Getting better looks COOLER half the time (IE doing better at your best) but the other half you just look LESS CRAPPY (IE your worst is not as bad as it was) your skill base is just as important as your skill ceiling. As much as you want to K everyone on your good day, it’s just as important to kill more people than you would’ve before on your worst days.
I have a really hard time not playing scared. I have great aim but when I get in a fight I lose everything, all sense of direction, hearing, control and all I think is "i'm dead" as soon as I hear footsteps around me. I've played very little fps games but it's all my friends want to play so I'm trying to learn and be not as scared in fights. But as soon as I get into a fight or their are possible enemies near me I will hide and try to provide everything I can for my friends...- I'm lvl 29 in Apex and my average dmg is 200 a game while my friends have way more dmg and the same Lvl... I feel bad for my friends experience with me but they say it's fine.... but they want to play rank as soon as possible.------ I have no idea what to do about this... If I try to push my fear away in fights I end up rushing in and dying.
I was the same way, and tbh i still rely a loy on my teamates for my hearing and sight because i just feel deaf all the time. What helps the most though, as scary as it is; is to start dropping in popular areas and get used to just being in combat. It helped me so much and i am already improving just a few days after doing this. It only works if you have someone with you to encourage you. And celebrate EVERYTHING. Did you keep your cool during the fight? Awesome! Sure you died, but thats still a win! Did you break someone's shield? Incedible work! Cheesy as it may be, it all comes down to the practice you allow yourself. :)
Oh also something that may help with your confidence is to clip any time you feel good about an interaction. You daid you have good aim? So clip a fight whenever you are landing all your shots. Seeing clips of you doing well is a great way to remind yourself that you a capable and a valuable player to your team.

Wraith really works with every legend. I'd probably try like Bloodhound or Seer and then maybe Newcastle or Lifeline.

For a while it was not having a second PC for recording or streaming. Now its mostly about getting my cosmetics and stuff like that. Simplicity of console is also nice.
most important tip: get a better pc and a smooth monitor to match the high fps
Maybe Respawn should add solo mode + solo ranked so I dont have to play against 3 stack sweats while being paired with bottom of the barrel potatoes.
U have a point with everything your talking about but how are us console players able to keep up when we play against cheaters and pc players
If you are on console and not playing with a PC player in your squad, you won't play against PC players. I play on console and haven't experienced a cheater in a long time

7:20 I wouldn’t say this is that important for you to improve as a player. It doesn’t matter how good communication or organization your team has, if you can’t kill alone, you pretty much will only be carried, and will depend on your team. I think mastering your movement, aim and decision making is the best option, but the thing you should prioritize over everything should be aim, as it doesn’t matter how good your movement is, doesn’t matter how good of a strategist you are or how good your positioning is, if you can’t actually take down anyone, it’s all useless. In the end, your shots are what kills your enemy
