Hardly a good comparison. Zverev is still recovering physically and mentally from the nasty fibular tendon injury at RG 2022. While he was out, Medvedev steadily improved on all surfaces. 😅

I love/like Medvedev, because he is a psycho on court and funny in interviews, but Zverev is right, he is often winning very ugly, especially when he is losing and then bringing with mind-games the concentration of the opponent down. You can say, it is clever, but I can understand, even with stupid funny stuff, the lack of concentration is destroyed.

Daniil is such an untrutful, unbridled, dishonest, boundarish, impudent and insolent person. He is really double-minded character. If Zverev hadn't undergone a harsh and rigid injury last season in RG, he would have entirely trounced that arrogant Russian player in 2 sets. Daniil couldn't have gained one set against Alexander. Despite the injury handicaps, Zverev demonstrates a far more steadfast, dominant and commanding performance. The divine justice was in Cincinnati. Well-deserved triumph from Alexander Zverev against haughty Russian player.
