Country?
ROMANIA
Didn't Romanians fight on the side of the Nazis?
Nigel Hornbean At first, in 1944 they switched sides.
Let's go Romania!!! I saw the Romanian epulat on the conductor s shoulders!!!
+Nigel Hornbean SAME AS HALF EUROPE !!!!
On their own side perhaps?! not as much on the side of Nazis as against the Soviets as they had a beef against them(teritorial dispute)_"enemy of my enemy is my allie"?!somehow as the case of Finland to a certain point
Indeed, Nigel. Back in the time, the military leader - gen. Ion Antonescu - had a fascination for Germans and even Romanians had some sort of respect. And you can see this in national literature or international historians' books. Not sure if you can confidently say that Romanians were nazy (I understand that we were never nazy), but we clearly had some sort of respect for German nation. But, take in consideration one thing: Romanians had utterly despised (or, if despise is too harsh word, then, may be they utterly disliked) Russians and, especially soviet Russia. We never loved Russians. In addition, the antisemitism (which was a very harsh semitism) cannot be used as proof for national admiration of nazy regime, rather than an European phenomenon to which Romania was part of.
And then the Americans invaded because they thought there was oil. The end.
+Official James Parker You're watching a fun video of a flash mob in a Romanian shopping mall...and this has what to do with America?? Give it a rest.
No. I like annoying people. Please, stop complaining. Give it a rest. Also, I like sex.
thank you...I am from America...it has nothing to do with oil..I am proud of our European countries who stand strong against those countries who want to invade the World...one at a time...not going to happen
People who invade you say? You mean, like America?
Why musr people always bring Politics and War Stories in these conversations.... just sit back and enjoy....Please!
