TOP 5 BEST NEW CRUISE SHIPS IN 2024! (ft Royal Caribbean, Princess, Disney, MSC, Cunard, Virgin, ..)
Watch the top 5 best new cruise ships coming out in 2024! Including an exclusive look at the world's new largest cruise ship, the most expensive vessel ever built, the most luxurious new build, and industry-first cruise ship features!
Royal Caribbean releases its final Oasis-Class ship, the Utopia of the Seas, a sister ship to the the Wonder of the Seas (the current largest cruise ship in the world), the Oasis, Allure, Harmony, and Symphony of the Seas. But the cruise line also moves on to a brand-new ship class that will outsize it. We're talking about the iconic Icon of the Seas, Royal Caribbean's newest ship class since the Quantum-Class, Odyssey, Quantum, Anthem, and Ovation of the Seas. Both new cruise ships will sail to Royal Caribbean's Private Island, Perfect Day at Cococay, Bahamas (they also own Labadee, Haiti) for inexpensive weekend getaway cruises from Miami & Fort Lauderdale Florida! Celebrity Cruises, which added a fourth Edge-Class ship in 2023 (Celebrity Ascent, sister ship of Celebrity Apex, Celebrity Edge, and Celebrity Beyond), will not release any new vessels in 2024.
After Carnival Cruise Line has recently launched its brand-new and very exciting Carnival Mardi Gras and Carnival Celebration cruise ships with the first Roller Coasters at Sea, it is finally ready to launch the Carnival Jubilee on Carnival's 50th Golden Jubilee Anniversary (December 2023); it won't launch any new vessels in 2024.
Richard Branson's Cruise line, the adults-only Virgin Voyages, is excited to debut the Brilliant Lady in 2024 (or later as it has been delayed recently), a sister ship to the Scarlet Lady, the Valiant Lady, and the Resilient Lady.
Princess Cruises will present its newest flagship class (the Sphere Class with the Sun Princess & in 2025 with the Star Princess) and so will Holland America Line, Cunard Cruises, and Disney! Disney Cruise Line will acquire Dream Cruises' massive Global Dream, one of the world's largest cruise ship classes, its first ship acquisition ever; this will probably only happen in 2025. But in 2024, Disney will launch the Disney Treasure (with its Captain Minnie Mouse), which will be Disney's newest ship since the Disney Wish (also part of the same Wish Class), which was recently inaugurated in 2022!
Another cruise line with an impressive new lineup next year is MSC Cruises. After launching the Seaside Plus Class's MSC Seashore (sister ship to the MSC Seaside and MSC Seaview) and the MSC Virtuosa, from Meraviglia-Class, in 2021, they will launch a brand new World Class ships (MSC World America, the sister ship of the MSC World Europa which was launched this year!). This will be the world's tallest cruise ship with 22 decks - and it will offer pretty cheap cruises and affordable cruise vacations!
While Norwegian Cruise Line grew its Prima Class of vessels, which currently includes the spectacular Norwegian Prima, the only cruise ship in the world with a three-story Go Cart race track, with the Norwegian Viva in 2023 for Caribbean Cruises, it won't release any new ships in 2024. Many of the ships presented in this list will sail from American Ports such as Galveston, Texas, Miami, Orlando, Port Canaveral, and Fort Lauderdale in Florida, or even New York City for cruises to Mexico, the Bahamas (Nassau), Bermuda, and more. Some will also sail in the Mediterranean for cruises to Spain, Italy, Greece, and more!

Utopia of the seas, she is gonna be amazing🤩
you such majofly. silver seas. a truly luxury cruise line will be coming ouot with a new ship. instead you do msc. which has the worst food and customer service ever
i really want to know why you ignored silverseas coming out with a new ship???
metaverse ships will be coming out soon. All other arguments are considered high-volume CAP! it is what it is!
@@paulj8166 are you out of you stupid idiotic mind. you are calling sevenseas crap. omgl are you jealous cuz you would not be able to ever affod silver seas or would look stupid and out of place on one
I went on Harmony of the Seas this year as my first cruise 🚢 experience ever! I love Royal Caribbean! I love Royal so much! Can’t wait to do it again!❤
We love Royal too. The times we tried another line we were wishing we had been on a RC ship.
@@danasandoval624 I think that will be the case for me too! I am going on my first Carnival Cruise 🚢 in October 2024 on the Celebration! I have a feeling I won’t like it as much as I loved 🥰 Royal Caribbean
@@quiqui87 You will still have a nice time, but I agree. We tried Carnival after several years with RC for a second time in April. We sailed the Celebration, the ship is fine, food was good but we much prefer Royal. Next cruise is on the Oasis. Have a great cruise when you go.
Been on carnival 20 years ago. It was just ok, I wouldn’t go on their ship again but they also might be better than 20 years ago. The staff was good, but if you’re not a drunkard or partier then you’re better off with a different cruise like. I have been on Harmony as well but this was in 2018 I believe when the ship was fairly new. My choice is princess especially if you like being around older chill folks and the ships don’t feel as crowded. I am guessing I am around your age if 87 in your name is your birth year.
I've been on the Oasis Class before and it was insane in terms of all the stuff you can do onboard. So I can only imagine wahr the Icon of the Seas will feel like. Crazy! I love Royal ❤
We love Royal too!! Last cruise was on Symphony of the Sea. It was great!! Next cruise is on Oasis. I will be watching for deals on Icon after it has been out for a bit.
For me its too much people but I glad you enjoy it!! 😊
@@maksim9513 I understand they are not for everyone. Funny I am not a big fan of large crowds & even though the ships we sail hold several thousand passengers I really have never felt crowded like you might think while on the ships. I have felt that way on some of the small island port areas. I think that is where there might be some problems. Like in Saint Martin you have to use tenders & we have had long waits for them so why Icon ports places like that it will be bad & if another ship is there too, oh my! Whatever size ship you sail have a wonderful cruise the next time you go.
I wanna go on the worlds LARGEST cruise ship the icon of the seas owned by Royal Caribbean
I hear the average price for an indoor stateroom is $3k😮 I can't imagine what a balcony would go for?
You know what be cool? If one of these cruise ships build a big aquarium room at the very bottom that goes under the water, and people can go down there and watch all the fish and whatever else is going on under the water.
Not really. it would only work when the ship isn't moving, and it wouldn't really show much. You would see many more fish on a snorkel excursion.
You would see next to nothing in the open sea. Whild docked will just see the channel floor. May not see anything at all really. That aside it would be structurally compromised.
That icon of the seas is insane!
My wife and I are Royal Caribbean loyalist! We sailing in May and booked the Icon for April 2026. Already been on the Oasis, Liberty and a couple others
Love Royal. Can’t wait to sail on Icon in May 2024. Life is short, enjoy it. No complaints here
Life is short. I hope you know where you're going when you die? My advice: trust in Jesus Christ. 🙏
@@freyamccauleybetter work on your retirement. Now
This was so informative. Thank you!
I saw the Icon coming in this morning, and it looked better than the aerial views I'd seen before. I can only imagine what the inside looks like.
Went on icon of the seas a week ago The best cruise ever. Royal Caribbean rocks 🎉
We are now on the Icon of the sea

Booked for September 2024. We sailed Freedom of the seas last year and had an amazing time. The ship was beautiful
Beautiful 😻
Come to travel on a ship that you don't fell you are on a ship... and spend much more than you'd do in any five stars...
I've been on Explora I it was wonderful ! Explora II will be even better
Greetings, just a clarification, the Disney ships hulls- they are jot black, it's actually a patented Monica Blue, named after a crew member and her pants when they were designing the first Disney Ship, the Disney Magic, tue imagineers were trying to determine color when Monica was in the meeting and they noticed the color of her pants and went with it..
Great job, love the editing!
Yes I love traveling 👍🙏
Awesome.....All of them.
Hmm, it would be necessary several months (or maybe more than a year), to explore just one of these huge floating hotels!!! 😮
Welcome back
Wow Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
Damn, those are incredible ships. I might like the Icon of the Seas
Amazing engineering! The hype around the last ship had me thinking Titanic, sorry 😂😂
So big and cool
love it
I see these videos of these floating cities magnificent that they can do that I was just wondering how seaworthy they would be in rough weather?
How many people are ready for cruising next year?
Me, im going all years, next ship is Grandeur of the seas ❤
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024 WELCOME TO INDONESIA TANJUNG NBENOA BALI THANKS

I know this year the MSC world America is gonna come out (I think) but in the ad for the MSC world America it shows the MSC world Europa not the America
I’ve been on the majestic princess. I really want to go on there sphere Clash ships because it’s far as I know that is the first time they’ve implemented the stuff that Royal Norwegian and all those other companies have implemented long before waterslides ropes courses they have another sphere class coming out in 2025 the star princess, I want to go on either of those

MSC is doing it right. Hopefully it doesn’t get greedy.
Perjalanan seru berlibur dengan kapal pesiar 😂🎉
Is MSC World Europa and MSC World Europa the same?
Why does one need VR to enjoy a real life water park in the middle of the ocean? I
VR water slides? Hmm. Someone didn't think this through

Does big have to be better… some of these so called floating circus are now barred from some ports and areas due the size …..
I want to go on a royal caribean cruise but the cheapest for good water slides if it’s not Royal Caribean that’s but can people in the comments say what will be good I want to go on one with a water park like Royal Caribean Edit Nah I’m saving up for icon or the other new one
I’m going to be late to the party so many people is skipping school and I’m probably going to go in summer break 😢
Just got back from Friendship 2024. My brain is melted from staying up til 7am doing drugs all night 5 days in a row. We had a blast and met so many friendly people. 3rd year going. Definitely going again.
Lmao did u have to fly to the city where the port you left at is or no? If you are being serious how’d you get drugs on the ship? Lol
@@QuentinAnthony788 I live in Florida and we drove to Miami. My wife put a 'care package' up her lady area for the beans and cid. I put a weed vape in my checked bag and it made it through.

And their nightlife…
สวัสดีปีใหม่🎉🎉🎉🎉
I just got back from a 12-day Royal Caribbean cruise to the Caribbean on an older ship. During the cruise, I heard a lot of other cruisers talking about the new ships like the Icon, etc. They were saying they have no interest in ever booking a cruise on these new Mega Ships. The wife and I have 10 cruises under our belts and also agree we are never going to book a cruise on one either. Too big, too loud, too many booger pickers, too many party idiots, and a money trap.
I absolutely agree with you. I began cruising in the mid-70s on the Cunard QE2, and to this day I prefer the elegance and comfort of Cunard to frenetic, non-stop activity on other ships.
I agree as well. I had the same exact opinion about Oasis when she was brand new. But many years later we decided to try an Oasis class and now the entire ship class is our second favorite. Symphony in paticular is a runner up for my favorite ship. I fully expect Icon to do well in time. But DO NOT book within first six months. Would never recommend that for any new ship as the teething problems could be annoying at least, trip ruining at worst. The aqua dome is one of the features on Icon I am most interested in.
@@verios44 we just got back from Symphony Flight: dare to dream was great. The icon looks like amazing but I personally don’t see the current markup worth the price tag.
@@garouthetiktokinfluencerhu9731 oh no the current costs are astronomical for Icon. Thats why I said we arent even looking yet. Also on Symphony my kryptonite is HiRO. When im on that ship I strive to see every single seating of that show. The ironic part is that early bookings for Star of the Seas, the second Icon class are already available and at least earlier last week, much cheaper than expected.
I have to chuckle a bit when I hear the term "mega-ship" because the definition keeps changing. Back in the 1990s a megaship was 70,000 tons. Then the Grand Princess came out in the late 1990s and it was 100,000 tons. Then the RCI Voyager came out and it was 150,000 tons and had a Royal Promenade and it was the behemoth of the seas. So, it just keeps getting bigger and former "mega-ships" are somehow smaller or intimate or even small. Now a 90,000 ton ship is considered "smaller" or even "small." I think on the large RCI ships you can carve out places you like due to the ships design. On the inside or inside/outside areas at least Get's trickier but still possible on deck spaces. And crowds are most noticeable tendering or getting on and off of the ships. Crew to passenger ratio as well as passenger space ratio can make a ships feel more or less crowded also just how well sized ship's spaces are for the activity or type of space needed to host such activity.
ICON OF THE SEAS
Icon's 7600 passengers is reducing the number of passengers????!!!!
seems like impossible for me to enter this cruise
i can't decide between icon and world america
And icon of the seas?
MSC: The Promenade. Royal Caribbean: 👀
Need ship 400*55m 22 deck 250000tonn 6000/8000 passengers, +2500 crew, 70Mwt power gaz?
Titanic fans: bUt tItAniC iS mORe lUXorIous
I wonder how many people booked the Jan 27 th sailing only to find out once again ship over sold we can offer you another itinerary 😮
5:46 did not know Virgin airlines also owned crew ships
It’s the Virgin group lmao. It’s not an airline. Virgin Atlantic is a subsidiary of the main company. Ever heard of Virgin Records? Like one of the biggest music production companies in the world 😂😂 They produced the music of Phil Collin’s, Mariah Carey, Paula Abdul, Lenny Kravitz and more.
You forget your at sea with all these amenities
I mean icon has 20 decks witch is bigger than 19😅
Where were you? 0:12
Bro I went to MSc
❤❤
This cruise is not cheap, I'm seeing that if you have to pay extra in this, that if you're not of this class you can't access here, that if you're going to use the chairs and beds overlooking the sea in the infinity picina you have to pay extra, sorry but that much extra you have to pay here in the icon, adjust that to the boarding price I'm annoyed by the idea of if you're a sweet guest... I see so much separation of social classes on this boat that it's not good for your image as a brand
I just wish all the lines had adults only itineraries not having chi don’t want to vacation with them
Go on Virgin. Cruise line. NO KIDS
Go on Holland America😁No kids
@@ferdinandnoya3630too boring holland is not known for being fun

I wouldn't entertain anything over 60,000grt and preferrably something sub 40.000grt. That i-Con thing is just a giant theme park complex ... not proper cruising at all.
Lots off money go on them
