Very impressed whith the care that RE puts into the packaging of the bike. Besides, I think that this brand offers the best quality- price ratio in the motorcycle industry. Even better than Japanese brands. They deserve the success they are obtaining.
💯% 👍🏻
Best quality for outside, anything goes for Indian market.
Exactly! RE is listening to the riders.
Have a look how honda ships their bikes. Its a shame!! This is top quality packaging. As a Honda mechanic, I am shocked

No need to give these people footage. The same people get "wow" when they discover Gurugram , the media has successfully brainwashed them into submission.

Rode a RE 350 for two years when I lived in Nepal. Loved the bike but wasn’t worth the cost to try and bring it home. Fast forward to last April I’m on a long distance hike and as I’m crossing a road in Virginia I hear this rumbling. My first thought was - that can’t be a RE but sure enjoy here it comes around a curve. The rider spotted me and pulled over to say hi. He had the Himalayan all black and had it set up nice. Racks/bags both sides of the rear wheel, a small seat bag behind him, tank bag and he may have had a small bag under the head light. Bottom line he was on a month long bike trip so he had everything he needed. Bike looked awesome. I was jealous and took a bunch of pictures that I sent my wife., She crushed me in her reply - you are far too old (67) to start riding a bike again with all these crazies driving cars”.
Don’t listen to her, get one 😂

Your not to old to ride a bike , I'm 73 still riding got a friend 74 he's still riding in fact he's got 7 bikes . One being an Enfield Super Nova 👌
Enfields are undoubtedly the best value bikes on the market. Decent build that stands well along side bikes that are double the price and more
These bikes were tested in Indian road conditions. From Himalayas to thar desert, northeast jungle to southern peninsular plateau... mileage and price is very important in india. It is a full packege
Best value? Not really. Outside India this 450 cost same as NX500
@@ekimandersom4478 obviously it will cost more whats your point
@@RI-Boruto My point is that it’s not great value if it cost the same as a bulletproof Honda with more power, more cc, 2 cylinders, better looks, and nicer screen.
@@ekimandersom4478 i mean ya it is but the exporting cost is high so depends how you look on it
Hello from France ! I've been waiting for the 450 for so long, I can't wait to try it. I already tried the Triumph Scrambler 400X which is a very good bike but my heart keep telling me to go for the Himalayan. Thanks for your video, now I really want to see it in person !

I have a RE that's from 1980s... it's from my uncle...after he passed away i took the bike...it don't have petrol meter on it you have to open the tank to measure petrol and the sound it produce can give a heart attack to a old man...there won't be any better vehicle then royal Enfield and it's not meant for speed its take so much time to reach even 60-70 km and the gears are on right side unlike modern RE...there has to be two keys to make the bike start...one to start the engine snd other to produce petrol to engine and its doesn't have self it's kick start bike...old RE are total beast unlike modern one... it's good to see Royal Enfield getting recognised
That is by far the smoothest running single ive ever heard , it sounds like a twin not a thumper.
Die Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 gefällt mir super gut! Die Farbcombination ist einfach klasse ! Ich komme und nehme sie gleich mit!❤ ❤❤❤

can't want for the ride review. you are the first Major European channel to do a full unboxing review ❤
Wow, thanks! 😁👌
You should connect the positive terminal to the battery first, then the negative. This prevents short circuits because 12 volts of electricity are coming out of the battery, and a spark or a short is possible, if unlikely. The positive side connects to an engine part. The negative or ground terminal connects to the vehicle's frame.
Will do next time , might not explode than 😁

I've waited for this video since the release! Awesome as ever, waiting for the review (Especially for the off-road!)
"kaza brown", "Hanley black". Kaza is a small town in the spiti valley situated in the state of Himachal Pradesh (India). Hanley is a small village situated in Ladakh which is also a state of India. Both the places are surrounded by Himalayas.
Didn't know this , thank you 😁👌❤️
For “Kamet” White, it’s a Himalayan Peak in the state of Uttarakhand. It’s 29th highest mountain in the world.
I never like a Royal enfield, now i am interested in this one
Very, very nice video. Great entertainment! The best of Dutch humour. An almost completely new bike with the old name. Impressive bike overall, a huge step up.

We over here in Europe are rather smart! If the light doesn't function, you still have the reflector to show that you have a bike rolling in front of you!
That's not smartness.. Even cheap indian cycles get light reflectors.. Even they placed reflectors under road so as to warn people about lane ... It costs less than $0.2
