@@christianalexander579 it's not a horror game, it's a very unique suspenseful game, with the outside camera view which is kind of like a doll house perspective it makes the player feel like they are watching from the outside and cannot help the protagonist. It's a very clever design, I think theres a video that explains what makes it good. Ite called something like what makes little nightmares scary or soemthing
what really makes me sad about these games is regardless of how much the signal tower has warped and transmuted the inhabitants of this world, they still have remnants of their humanity. they’re not just mindless monsters. the hunter made a fake family for himself out of loneliness, the lady is self conscious of her true appearance, and the teacher plays piano in her pastime. it all makes it a little more sad to know that they didn’t choose to be this way, and it kind of makes me want the 3rd game to put and end to it and save them all.

We're the same, I could only watch my brother and he introduce me with pewdiepie's channel wayback 2013. The adrenaline I get when watching his Amnesia Playthrough, my laugh while screaming is so contagious even my grandma got a slight interest and got a short laugh before she went to watch dubbed kdrama.

this game is a truly masterpiece. It seems incredible to me everything that this work transmits without having dialogues. The improvement with respect to 1 is very noticeable, what an amazing work, congrats.

The thing is a detail I like here is at 54:20 Six is not aggressive, she's actually docile and even shows her music box, yeah I know it's obvious but just the fact she reacts to Mono's "Hey" and goes to him like she still has this recognition of Mono is almost sweet in a twisted way. From the moment Mono attacked her Music Box that's when she becomes hell of aggressive. I just like this detail.
Just from watching the final battle with the doctor in the hospital, I had no clue that you can just walk away after you lock him in the chamber. I always pulled the lever to light him on fire just in case he tries to escape

Why do i keep watching scary videos at night
I love how this game is both functional in it's interactivity and it's storytelling. most of these boss encounters are so well directed and shot that you can almost enjoy them purely as shortform animations outside of their context as game visuals. The use of 3D as the medium also helps sell the feeling that you're looking at sort of a living diorama. The character and prop design almost looks like something you'd see out of a LAIKA production, but uses smooth, lifelike character animation that ups the creep factor.
would you be down for a stop-motion animated film adaption of the games directed by both *Henry selick* and *Sam raimi* produced by *Tim burtion* with animation done by both *LAIKA* and *Shadow machine* ?

My favorite game of all time. Pre-ordered it, played it day one, I have every achievement and have replayed it even still, I’m about to be on my forth playthrough, and I’m going to replay it again before three comes out.
I don't know what Six's intentions are, but if there is another Little Nightmares game, I hope she gets what's coming to her.

i guess the reason six dropped mono was because in the final scene she sees him for the first time without his paper bag mask, and realises he is the thin man. so she drops him to save herself but by doing so she creates the thin man. like a paradox

i think the games in good hands with bandai namco. and since little nightmares isnt the biggest title out there, theres definetely room to listen to the fans and hear out any complaints we may have with a dlc or third installment. this game really is something special and i trust bandai to give it their all with another installment to the series if we get one
@King K. Rool I hope if they're gonna make a Little Nightmares 3, they make the timeline clear for us to know. I never played any of the Little Nightmares game myself, but I've watched walkthroughs of the game, and the only thing that bothers me about Little Nightmares 2 is the fact that we don't clearly know if it's a sequel or prequel. I just don't really like stories where they leave it up to the viewers to interpret certain parts on their own.
@@renatus20058 Little Nightmares 2 is a prequel at the very end, you can possibly unlock a secret cutscene showing Six, the girl in the yellow raincoat, stumbling out of a TV screen and seeing a drawing of the Maw, which is the location of the first game.

As someone who’s never played this game, I think it’s such a beautiful game with a powerful meaning, yet I don’t exactly know the meaning but would be cool if someone explained it to me🙌
It’s been a hot minute since I’ve seen the game, but I’ll do my best. It’s very ambiguous and vague when it comes to the plot. The first game had heavy themes about gluttony and cannibalism. The second (IMO) focuses more on loss. You lose safety, your only friend, and eventually yourself. Both games have a big theme of becoming your own worst enemy or becoming a monster.

In the first game: The lady is pride and envy (she obsessed with her appearance and considers herself above others, yet banished her daughter, Six, because she was jealous of six’s beauty. She covers up every painting of her daughter to avoid having to face her jealousy) the guests are gluttony (pretty obvious) the janitor is lust(he is literally a child predator, he has long, groping arms and he is missing his eyes, which could be a punishment for those who can’t control their gaze) the chefs are greed(they’ve got an abundance of food around them yet still go out of their way to catch and cook the player, also can be seen eating the food they’re preparing which ties in with gluttony. They can’t distinguish between need and want) the locked-up children up represent sloth (some are in a position to escape but they are complacent with being imprisoned, and choose to remain that way, making no effort to improve their lives) and the character you play as, Six, embodies wrath (the 6th sin, Six goes to reckless lengths to escape the antagonists: amputating the janitor’s arms, climbing on children in cages but refusing to free them, eating the lady and using the lady’s power to murder all the guests. She shows no remorse for her actions and acts purely for self preservation) The second game is similar, but a bit more vague. Mono, the protagonist from the second game, must represents pride -the first sin. But I’m not entirely sure how. I’d love to hear your ideas on this theory

This is the best game-designed story I've ever seen, you're going to live the adventure life in one game, That's just ... I can't describe it, but honestly, I thought it was a movie at first😳, but I got shocked after that😂
What freaks me out the most is the doctor Never and I mean NEVER touches the ground and doesn’t seem to worry about falling down. He just somehow sticks, is he a GOOD doctor? Does he do surprisingly well for his patients sake? Or are we just seeing the terrifying side of him in this gameplay.
This isn’t my theory because this comes from another comment on this video, but some say that the doctor is germ phobic, so he doesn’t even want to touch the ground.

This is a visual masterpiece
My little nightmares timeline. Very nightmares. The girl in the yellow raincoat dies after she was attacked by a spirit after they fell in the ocean. As six walked away only to be found by the hunter. Little nightmares dlc and beginning of little nightmares 2. The runaway kid was escaping strange c creatures in the maw and finding secrets of the lady until he was found by her and turned him into a knome. The thin man appears in the tv. Little nightmares 2. Mono comes out of the tv after in an attempt to escape the lady and he found six in the hunters residence and escaped to pale city. And was encountered by creatures created by the doctor. Mono saves six and was later betrayed by her and making him to age into the thin man. Between little nightmares 2 and little nightmares 1. Six escapes the signal tower and found herself in a place which is not pale city. She goes into hunger after thin man takes her soul away. She was sad about herself leaving mono to die in the signal tower. Suddenly a group of guests spotted six and the ferryman appears taking six to the maw. Little nightmares 1. Six wakes in the maw from the ferrymans suitcase and find a to become the lady. Six kills the lady and has the power to consume souls from other creatures. Six later becomes the lady just like how mono became the thin man when she knew that she missed him after she left him to die in the signal tower. The end

I realised every enemy is technically a boss since they cannot be encountered anywhere else in the game, which to me fulfils the boss criteria

The fact that when you smashed the bullies the head was hollow, shows that they have no brain which explains their wild behavior.
