Watching Gaethje train is a work of art. Getting to see his wrestling practices is my favorite. This man moves so fluidly and could easily take anyone down but chooses to stand and bang in his fights. True warrior

I love watching this training-the dedication, the drive, the progression. I am a 46 year old retired cop that started training in 97. Really started mma training 2002, and now I am father of a 13 year old boy that I am easing into the sport for self defense, sport, and the fun of it. I have him watch these videos to see why I am having him do the stuff that he does in the gym-then, when the fight happens, he can see how the progress of the training to the fight

Hi, does anyone know if Justin trains mainly in isolation now in this new gym? I guess it’s probably easier to film here than group sessions and he gets more focussed attention from Trevor but I’d have to assume mixing in group sessions is beneficial

One of them fights rather not see either lose 😢 Id say the Grappling and Strength and Power is all Justin. Holloway is maybe a little faster and higher pace . Two good strikers , i can see Justin getting a takedown to full mount arm triangle if Max gets the better of him standing.
