  • The Rhino story is brilliant- 4 minutes of just the actors sat talking and the whole situation slowly spiralling more out of control. By the time you actually reach the punchline- that Del was just trying to flog a Rhino someone had, you have laughed yourself in a stupor before its even over. I watched this scene at least 4 times before I noticed the actual joke. One of the best scenes in the entire show for me- it just doesn't stop for even a moment. How one man ever achieved all of this is madness.

Beside this show, there are so many other brilliant ones; The two Ronnies, Porridge, Open all hours, Last of the summer wine, On the buses, George and Mildred, Rising damp, Blackadder, Are you being served, Yes, Minister, Allo, allo, Dad's army, Steptoe and son, Fawlty towers, One foot in the grave, Keeping up appearances, On the up, Waiting for god ......

    • Agree 100% I’ve just sorted a load of OFAH VHS VIDEOS Which I recorded the first time round before the critics got hold of them. Even then I suppose some ended up on the cutting room floor. When it was first broadcast in 81 they were more lenient than the pricks of today. The reason I was going through them all is because I am giving them all away to see if they were okay not been used in years. I intended just to flick through them all instead I ended up watching every episode. Supprissed that so many scenes were deleted on DVD. The original recording’s differ in so many different ways. My DVD 📀 collection is the same as my original VHS Videos which where recorded when they were first shown. One reason I am giving them all away. Amazon DVD Box Sets have got loads of deleted scenes so buyers beware. The person who has been asking about the tapes cannot get hold of the original series anywhere. So I have offered to give them mine they want to keep the traditional series going in years to come. I’m 72 the other person is only 36 yet we get comments on UTUBE and Facebook to start keeping up with the times are these the same people who are saying we shouldn’t be able to laugh and have a joke. ONLY FOOLS AND HORSES IS A COMEDY THAT CAN MAKE YOU LAUGH AND CRY AT THE SAME TIME. Some people REALLY do need to get a life instead of trying to spoil everyone else’s enjoyment. If you don’t like it don’t watch it SIMPLE 🤡S.
