Here is my review of the G-Wolves HTX 4k. This mouse has INSANE specs. 40 Grams, 3395 and a 4K Polling Rate. Don't buy the Viper Mini, buy the HTX 4k instead!

Forgot to add this, but my Viper Mini has bad button grinding. Just like the wired version...
unlucky 🥲 good to see gwolves hit it off with another shape. love the hts+ personally
I had some of it at 1st on my copy but after a session of gaming it's now gone this is a metal body on metal chassis until the rough has worn off the bottom of the mouse buttons you are going to get grinding due to the nature of the material. happy to say its a flawless copy and the best mouse I've owned to date. my aims improved due to the shape - I've used top-tier mouse for over 10 years and this is now my go-to no rattling, no creaking buttons are snappy and crisp battery life is very good even at 4k polling. coming from g pro x and viper v2 the quality difference is noticeable. expensive yes but looks like it will last a few years also scroll wheel is amazing on this mouse
280$
Also Razer sometimes not giving you 4000hz pooling rate 😄
It'd be easier to recommend the htx ace over the 4k given the value proposition.
That intro took my breath away! Bravo brother!! Amazing video!!!
Great work Chad, I'm considering picking one of these up too
This review was very insightful! You earned my sub!
Thanks! Glad it was helpful 👍
Well I'm switching between the m42 the mz1 and viper mini original. I'm in the middle of a main crisis. I'm thinking of buying the mz1 wireless but I'm still trying to see if the shape is for me but I think the lower hump will really help. I don't know what to buy
sick video and production thanks
Appreciate it!
Got the Ace (1k hz version), and it's really great. I'd opt for the no holes version too.
That intro and those lighting effects 🔥 Sick video dude and awesome review. Have you tried any of their fingertip mice?
Thanks bro! I have tried a few. Currently testing the HSK Pro 4k to review later on 😎
@@ChadAltDelete Looking forward to the review!
I really LOVE the MZ1 shape , can you make a comparison with it since the wireless edition is something that should compete with this new HTX.
i really like the shape towards the front of the MZ1 but the back hump (even the slightly lower one thats included) just feel weird in my palm when I pull the mouse down
What timing, got the "red" aka pink HTX 4k in the mail yesterday. So far I'm liking it a lot, just wish I could try a slightly larger version.
Nice, does it look as pink as on their website?
@@ChadAltDelete Even more pink lol. I posted a pic on MouseReview.
Isn't the HTS Plus supposed to be a slightly larger version ?
Will there be a standard mini wireless release?
This mouse or the starlight tenz small? I’m in the market for a new mouse
Battery life? How is it? Thanks.
Where can i find the software for the HTX version? I can´t find it in the website
the thing is there are no viper min se avaiable even for 280 base price...htx 4k has a minus resale value
Htx ace or 4k? Whats the difference?
Was that Quake live in the background
finally... 4k wireless polling rate
Ordered one after watching your review, pretty stoked to get it, but if anyone reading this is going to order from them, I'd recommend paying for dhl/express shipping. The chinese carrier they use for standard shipping sucks.
i missed that shipping option :( but i have some friends who got it and i heard standard usually takes 8-10 days
damn i just ordered the ruby with standard...
@@handlmycck only took like 7 days for me with standard for htx and hts it’s not that bad
@@chinnerchilla guess ur lucky, its been 2 days and it hasnt been sent yet(i ordered the hsk ruby not preorder htx). But fingers crossed
@@handlmycck how long did it end up taking to get your order?
Amazing intro!
Thanks bro!
Why you gotta do this to me Chad, I just got the Atlantis mini after ur video on that dropped, now u drop this? now u got me looking at this mouse.
It came out of left field for me too. Freaking love it ❤️
@@ChadAltDelete Real talk, is the wireless connection as solid as atlantis mini and feels as snappy? and solid or honeycomb version?
@@Shah456ful htx wireless feels better in 4k. Go solid version all day
I've got a feeling Skippy switches are mechanical, like (Huano Blue Shell Pink, Kailh GM 8.0 Switch) and not optical. Can anyone confirm? appreciate it.
Ya they are mechanical.
Looks insane but $180 for a gwolves mouse 😬
whats wrong with that lol, just buy the ace if its too expensive.
Pretty normal price for top tier mouse these days.
I don’t trust gwolves anymore, not after I bought one of their mice and my m1 broke in a month of very light use, literally just playing RuneScape, was a $140 mouse too.
Looks exactly like a hyper x pulsefire haste to me lol
how did you get the 4k polling to work on cs? ive done everything in the 4k trouble shooting disc channel and the sv and var keep jumping to red and my fps goes from 500 - 40. the polling works fine on others games like val which is frustrating as i main cs. ty in advance
I didn't do anything, it just works. I do have a beast PC though. 5950x and a 3080
@@ChadAltDelete dang thanks anyways, im ona 5900x and a rx580 haha, but since cpu bound i doubt my gpus the issue.
g-wolves is not the best company when talking about qc issues and that's a big turn off for most people. I got the hts+ classic thinking that it would have better qc than hts and it really didn't. It took a month or so to get the clicks to get stiff and cheap feeling. I got the sl-12 S and it feels so much better. I'm going to buy the ulx and not coming back to g-wolves.
Cant buy with card on G-wolves... Still prefer ACE,lighter and Cheaper,no need 4k yet (1440p 144hz)
on other gwolves mouse i can bind my dpi button to a key combination but i dont see any option on the htx software am i missing something please help
You cannot
Looks like a model o- wireless
bro, i want an htx but i just dont like the viper mini like shapes, and i dont know what to do with myself at this point
Just use whatever shape you perform well with + good build quality/qc. Comfort and less fatigue will push you much further anyway. Everything else can be fixed with mods (except optical switches/scroll to some extent). 4k will not likely affect your performance unless you are a professional/semi professional gamer.
I have HTC honestly don't buy it seems like test product from g-wolves to me. Don't buy neither of them they're just waste of money.
Htx damn auto corrector
@@e.p.of.p.o3644 in what way
Would the htx be a solid upgrade from the gpx?
From what I hear it's massive upgrade
Hey dude, what feet would you suggest to use on that mouse?
The stock feet feel great so far. I would just see how you like them.
Nice review. But i dont see much difference beetween htx and the hati-s plus.
weight and shape??
@@whoisthatthingwhat Still, dont see MUCH difference. Got it? None is one thing, much is another./ There is differences, but i thing if you have and Hati-s, you dont need the HTX. Got it?
@@3CyryC not much difference between viper mini se and viper v2 pro ig.
just got this mouse and can't program the side buttons to ctrl, shift, alt, or anything. just forward, backward, and common navigation buttons. this is a deal-breaker for me....
macro update very soon
what about the pincher claw grip?
Ya it's great for that
LMAO love the editing
Ty! ❤
Hi bro, nice vid as always. Can i ask you to recommend me a mouse? My hand is 18.5x10cm and i am a pincer griper and i dont know what to go with so i will appreciate it!
Ya this one should be great for you.
@@ChadAltDelete should i wait perhapse for new finalmouse or get this one?
Gwolves is trippin with those prices.
I cant have this mouse I'm too dirty
4hz mice its not for everyone. I tried htx and lower my polling rate into 1000hz. 4000hz not very stable for me😢 i tried everything that discord server instruction but still not working great for me😂
maybe your cpu isnt good enough, you can try 2khz see if it works
@@arkii8540 yea ryzen 9 5900x is not good enough
@@arkii8540 i wll tried 2k hz, some says its buggy but i think its way better than 4k, maybe i will keep this settings until i feeling off
I'd get the solid if it wasn't see-through tbh.
I got holes but told them to change to solid they didn’t so terrible.
Battery life on this?
I couldn't find the stats for it but it's bad, just like my other 4k mice. I have to charge it every few days.
Think the Ace is more better for battery
May i ask some question? So im looking for the new mouse and im so confused with a HTS+ 4K and HTX 4K can someone tell me the different between two of these and which one i should buy
It's a different shape
U can check the shapes at eloshapes.
Hts+ shape is similar to a mini g pro with a fairly tall hump in the middle.HTX is more similar to the Razer Viper which means it is a fairly flat mouse with more of a rear hump and wider grip with
HTX costs $170 and its made of cheap plastic. Finalmouse and PWnage magnisium mice cost also $170, but far better quality. If g-wolves made a magnesium HTX, of course it'll be more than $170, something in the $280 range. I am better off spending that much money on a reputable company like Razer and buy the Viper Mini signature edition. G-wolves built quality for their mice is pretty bad, not to mention the explosive mice they sold.
nah my htx is flawless and built super well
49g 💀💀💀💀💀💀
💀💀💀
Im fine paying $180 for a mouse.. just can’t wrap my head around doing it for a gwolves mouse.
why? buy the 109 ace edition if you dont need 4k
Don't Buy The HTX 4k - Buy The Razer Orochi v2 Instead
