They deserve that much.” “What about your own family?” “What’s left of mine is here, with me in this trench.” His words turned softer, weaker. “And… it would be my honour if I could make sure they live.” Those were the last words ever exchanged between the two soldiers. The Survivor never quite forgot about the brother he left on the world.
