Another awesome find today thanks to my mate and his farm. A bunch of electrical cabinets from 1967 and a great solid jarrah bench as well as over 100kgs of thick copper cable But that cable will be saved for a couple future melts. Now sit back relax and enjoy the video .And sorry for talking so much at the end with the monkey 😁👍.
Now Guys if you Feel like supporting the channel it wont cost you a cent as you can Simply just donate some of your time. By just by allowing the ads to play through this will help out a lot and that’s how I make a bit extra revenue and the good thing is more revenue means more giveaways and more treats for the dogs👊🏻😄. A better way to support the channel is play one of my playlists on your computer before you walk away from it and let it play through that really helps as well but don’t ever feel as though you need to watch the ads if you don’t want to simply skip them and move into the video it’s completely up to you and I understand if you don’t have the time to do so👌🏻😁👍🏻.

57 Year Old Copper Cabinets Farm Find - ASMR Metal Melting -Trash To Treasure - BigStackD Casting

  • What a great find today. Thanks to my friend. A heap of old cabinets from the 1960s and a great solid jarrah workbench that needs a little bit of work but will function perfectly in the melt area. On top of that as you’ll see in the video around 130 kg of cable, but that’s for a couple of future melts. So be sure to sit back relax take a break and turn your brain off but most importantly, have a happy safe weekend and see all you beautiful people on the next melt 👋🏻😃

    • Well yeah it’s 57 years old, but who knows when it was last opened it could’ve been opened five years ago and cleaned out, although that one was completely sealed with no holes in it but the rest did have small holes where cables were hanging out so that might explain it as well🤔

Whenever you can't find the 10 mm, for some reason, you find that you do have five or six 3/8" sockets posing as your missing 10 mm. I have NEVER needed a 3/8" socket but they are everywhere!

  • I sympathize, Bigstack. I needed a 10 mm socket a couple of days ago, and out of the 10 or so sets I have, I could only find 1 socket. I couldn't even find a 3/8 socket! I think I found the 1 10 mm because it was locked in my toolbox. Unfortunately, I left it in my car, and i think it escaped the last time I was away from home and opened the door. Sigh. Time to go to the hardware store again... I also found that my 13mm and their close cousins, the 1/2 inch sockets had escaped, although I couldn't find ANY of them.

    • No mate, the magpies will come and sing a nice song and call out to me when I’m in the shed, but when it comes to the crows they for some reason very scared and every time I walk out of the shed or go near them they fly away?? They have stolen two bags of the biscuits I leave out for the magpies so they’re a little bit cheeky in my opinion. The first time they stole the biscuits I was losing my mind as I couldn’t find them anywhere and had no idea what I had done with them, thinking I might’ve hid them for some reason when I was drinking, which makes no sense, but then, after a small storm we had Down the back of the property I saw the empty bag of biscuits and on closer inspection could see the bag had been ripped to shreds so the cheeky buggers stole all the biscuits, but who knows if the crows will be, my friend ? time will tell👍🏻😁

  • Another great video! I like the style of your videos. Those orange-brown round metal fins at 11:39 appear to be selenium rectifiers, an almost antique electronic treasure. I wish I could just stop by with a beer and pick up these relics. Greetings from Austria 👍🙂
