I'm glad to have run into this review! I've been a huge fan of my Sennheiser PC37x, but the clamp is just wayyy too much for my liking. I've had to go back to my Hyperx Clouds which are still great as well, but I think the cable is starting to cause audio issues with my pair. I'm really impressed with your video because it ticks every question i had about this headset. I think I'll be picking this headset up later this month once it releases to the public!
Pixel did you ever pick them up? For me its either pcx37x or these. And i have no idea what to get because i been hearing alot about these headphones having driver problems and bad directional audio. I mainly need them for fps games like tarkov.
But i really like the mic on this headset and how u can change so much.

hey man have you uploaded your settings? my mic literally picks up eeeverything mouse clicks, keyboard the whole lot any tips on what id need to change to eliminate the noises im not too clued up about sound editing stuff

Hey Moses - I noticed that you switched back to your old headphones.. Any particular reason why? I loved the review, but not long ago I purchased Sennheiser GSP 500's and don't get me wrong, incredible headset with amazing microphone, but I just can't seem to get the comfort right, and have to adjust it. I noticed these came out and am contemplating them due to their microphone, and apparently very comfortable. Just curious on your thoughts etc..

I bought the turtle beach elite pro2 headset and they also have braided 3.5 cable just like pro x. The issue with the elite pro2 is when the braided cable would rub on my shirt I would hear it in the headset. I wanted to know if this also happened with the pro x. Thanks

Hey man, Did you use these playing Tarkov? I currently have a pair of logitech G933 artemis . I HAVE to use the DTX surround settings to get any volume from it. On normal stereo the headset is just so low in volume i cant hear. I find a cheap Amazon headset sounds louder in tarkov. (but those are cheap feeling and mic is broken lol) I want to upgrade from the G933 but those are $$$ and the software is complete garbage. The g933 is nice for movies, youtube etc. just games suck. Any help for a gaming headset for tarkov would be appreciated

I recently purchased a blue yeti standalone mic, and was wondering if there is a difference in quality between the blue yeti and the built-in blue mic of the headset?
Nitefoxx 777 i dont have either but my guess is the blue yeti standalone mic would have cleaner audio while the headset has more options and settings

Okay so I play on console... So if I set up the microphone with the Blue Voice thing on my laptop using the usb connection then switch over to using the 3.5mm connector on my controller, will my blue voice settings still work even though I’m using the 3.5mm connector and not the usb?

most of the reviews focus more on the mic over the sound, but I understand since it is a work tool for some KZheadrs :) , but the sound is pretty good as well if you know how to use the hub :)

Instead of saying that you're going to tinker with it to make it sound better, go and make the mic sound as best as you possibly can then come back and give an example recording of it when fully optimized. It is clear to everyone that you know how to make a mic sound good so by following through and doing it would add value to your content. Liked the lighting and camera quality.

How loud is this headset? I had an issue where my old G35 was not loud enough when they changed the drivers to Logi Gaming Software. It got normalised and lost around 25% of it's volume.

Just purchased Logitech PRO X Gaming Headset. No audio definition in PUBG can tell where am getting shot from! Am returning them. Software even cancels out some sound in game for example glass and shots.

I got the pro version and I can say that it definitely smells good, I bought the pro version instead of pro X because I have a dedicated mic already, and the price is significantly lower, is there a difference in audio between the two?

same here. Amazon seems to have shipped them out early before official release. Have to wait for a G-Hub update presumably.

@@kr4zyy for ME, the experience is pretty meh. i play lots of rainbow six siege and with the surround on i hear more my own noises than anything else, so i will stick with the stereo anyway, BUT, the audio is probably one of the best i ever heard, its crystal clear and the bass is SO good. so, i wouldnt buy if you only want the surround, but it is a heck of a good headset with great audio and great mic, great bass. and comfy as fuck. but the surround is far behind
@@MrDeylong Thanks for the warning. Been looking for a replacement for a Plantronics 780 which had decent surround sound. Bought some Razer headset and just to download the drivers I had to sign up and divulge so much info just to download and the quality of the drivers and surround performance was awful. Guess I have to continue searching. :(
@@E71 its been 3 years, ive lost the contact within the periferals technology since i dont own a computer anymore haaha maybe u can take a look in the surround sound system of hyperx headsets. it all depends if youre going to use for competitive gameplay or just watching media and etc

So i plugged this headphones into my computer and it wouldn't work for some reason anyone have any solution? Do I have to set it up first somehow or what should I do (it wouldn't even show up on my input and output devices). Its a brand new Ibuypower pc and my airpods wouldn't work with the computer also as for my airpods they show on the input and output device but I wasn't getting any sounds. If any tech person can help it would be much appreciated

Cory Nichelson maybe you need to download the separate drivers if you haven’t. Have you tried the software as well? Not a pro but it seems most people have issues when they use it right out the box without downloading drivers.
I reinstall ( clean install) my graphic card driver and restarted.. it seem to fix it .. check everything is plugged in tight
