@Being Anonymous I think the only difference is judging and prospecting part. INFP /prospective: you are open for possibilities, they would rather just see what happens than make a choice that they might regret after. But judging (INFJ) they are more likely to have a backup plan . In short INFJ usually has a plan for what they wanna do and INFP just goes with the flow.

zoom meetings are alright, because I can just work on my computer without anyone noticing :P Meetings in person are a different matter.

What I learned works is to do you - being an introvert you have to speak like an introvert - that is, simply sharing your mind. Don't expect a reaction. Don't try to claim attention. Just speak and be present in yourself and people will listen. And theeen get anxiousandselfconscious when you realise you're actually being heard yay
i‘m so used to being overheard, that whenever people do listen to me i get overwhelmed and self-conscious and can‘t get my point across.
I'm not saying it's not hard though. I wasn't even able to follow my own advice that day. As I wrote that I was visiting my parents later on and managed to get ignored half the time. It's hard to just be. Maybe it's just me but as I'm talking I usually have the feeling of wanting to say something. And when that happens I'm not heard. It's hard to "just be" sometimes and actually get heard that way. I find it unsatisfying. Because as an Infp I'm usually insecure.. and so I want to claim attention. But like I said it doesn't work that way most of the time... and so l end up feeling unheard and insecure again. I feel like that's the paradox of being an Infp. And I hate it.

I literally never say anything during the group video calls, because I don't give a shit, and then often I will de activate my camera and make an excuse as to why I can't get my camera to work so that they can't see me and so I don't have to engage the pointless conversation. I'll often be doing something else in the background.

1:06 dude, Im an INFP and I couldnt relate more with this one, I was on a discord call with my friends, and noone was responding anything I was saying, but I thought it was just me being ignored as always, I stayed like that for about 10 minutes before I realized that I just forgot to unmute myself lol

Me (ENFP): - absolutely looks like that - absolutely doesn’t wear pants at home - not ashamed to admit I even take my dog out in my pajama pants that I don’t even sleep in, I just own for lounging - however, my productivity is NOT through roof, maybe on some days I was more productive but most of the time, I’m just lying around in my pajama pants, literally haven’t worn real pants in weeks, don’t know if I even fit in them 😳

Same here. I start out with a little finger wiggle in front of my face, which usually gets people's attention because it's so unusual. If that doesn't work, I gradually devolve into doing interpretive dance of the person talking. Eventually someone figures out that I have something to contribute to the conversation. It gets quite amusing at times, especially for my friends. Sometimes, they'll just sit and talk about more and more outrageous things just to see what I'll do. 🤣

As an INFP, I've been in a group discussion and someone asked me "why don't you say something?" then when I finally said my thoughts they all ignored me. Good. It made me want to scream in front of their faces.
INFP here, and this happens so much in calls: Me: *joins call* Everyone else: *continues having their conversation* Me: *tries to contribute something* Everyone: *continues with their conversation* Me: “Is my mic muted?” Everyone: *continues with their conversation like they didn’t hear me* Me: *like 10 minutes later of me being silent* “Is my mic muted?” Someone: “Oh, no it isn’t, I can hear you.” Me: “Oh.” This is why I prefer texting. I’ve just kinda resorted to muting my mic and camera on calls and just messaging everything I wanna say. It’s a lot easier and I can just get what I wanna say out better. And that way, people tend to respond to me more too.
I'd prefer face-to-face. I feel it way more comfortable than texting. But to do a phone call, it's like the very last option when I have no option left. And also, they neglect INFPs like there is nothing happens lol. Me: "Hey, can you hear me?" Also Me: *confused screaming*
We have this weekly session when we had to take turns to share what we've learned for the current session, and every single time I share, they'd honestly forget and make me say it again after the whole circle is done. As an infp, It's honestly so awkward and embarrassing makes me want to cry haha. Tho, I've resorted to making scripts and reading that instead if they need me to say anything again.
