  • Great video! The only things I would add is even if the SA likes you, you still have to get the final approval through the manager, so they may still want to see a spending history. Also sometimes its easier to get a bag from a new SA because they don't have other clients waiting for bags, and they need the numbers for their goals. Great video content, thank you for sharing this great video with us.

  • The first purse I fell in love with was made by Hermes, don't recall the name (circa 2002, I was a freshman in college). Then I saw the price and said when I get older I will get one. 2022 and I still can't afford one.

    • You know my grandmother gave me a fake *esluxscom* preluxscom bag because she knew I like pretty things and she thought it was pretty too. I was 22 years old at that time. I really don't care. People thought it was true. When she died 4 years ago. To me, that bag is worth more than any of my bags and jewelry combined. Ignore them. this is precious to you.

  • It’s the same thing in the U.S. you don’t get one of these bags just by walking in the boutique. You have to spend in other categories and go often so the SA remembers you and will maybe one day offers you a bag. It’s money but also time consuming.

  • The automotive segment (Mercedes, Ferrari, Porsche, etc) makes the same for years and the customer accepts. Only to a loyal client will be offer the oportunity to adquire some rare super cars. If a client really like the brand, are a fan and have money, the client will wait without complain and it will not resell it.

  • Insightful to know that Hermes wants you to buy the non selling products like shoes or jewelry to be offered a bag. That's actually just sales. They must move the other products but they don't own thoses spaces. Other couture houses do. Its nice to know that Hermes are not a monopoly...they suffer from surplus and low sales like anyone else.
