Hi Simon! Solid workout💪do you do any zone 2 aerobic workouts (1h+ at 60-70%HR? I know that Federer said in an interview once that he hated slow running and I’m curious if it helps at all to focus on that kind of endurance training to increase your VO2 max. Thx

Very helpful video. Do you use only bike for interval trainings or you sometimes do running intervals?
Glad to hear you enjoyed it! This week I’ve actually done a lot of intervals on the rowing machine. Bike intervals is very leg centered if you want to increase the leg power. But rowing is more full body/timing related workout. Depends what area you want to improve!
@@Simon.Freund Thanks for answer. And intervals on the rowing machine are similar to those on the bike? I mean in terms of 3x3min 75%Hr, 3x90s 85%Hr and 5x30s 95%Hr?

Thanks Leonardo! It differs a lot :/ But most tennis days I’d say I usually have a short workout, but nothing as intense as this. Usually more focused on speed and agility those days.

I noticed you talked about having toe injuries, and I saw a toe wrap here. I also have toe issues from tennis, can you share how you've taken care of them? All my toenails are turning purple!
daily foot baths help a lot!

A toe separator I believe, finally fixed it- had to have surgery on it
