Dramatic footage from the frontline shows Ukrainian fighters storming Russian trenches in Humvee vehicles.
Ukraine's troops can be seen blasting Vladimir Putin's soldiers with machine guns as intense fighting along the front lines suggests the long-awaited counter-offensive has begun.
Believed to have been filmed in the Donetsk region, the incredible video shows Russian troops quickly retreating from the battlefield as Ukrainians attack.
A different, Call Of Duty-style video, shows a Ukrainian soldier firing multiple shots with machine guns at Russian troops in an intense trench battle.

  • As a United States Marine i just wanted to say that i'm highly impressed with the way this Ukrainian unit carried out this trench assault and their overall tactical movement, firing positions and combat prowess. You can tell they're being trained well. 🤙🏼

    • In another video you can see them throwing grenades at friendlies and possibly killing one, i wouldn't say they are that impressive, but this video shows ukrainian courage

    • I wish you explained. With complete ignorance, I have seen two Humvees shooting and leaving. The only nice move I observed, the soldier moving out of the way of the Humvee, for it was heading over him. So, they got out of the vehicles. With few days exercise, it can be done. They moved to the direction of the trenches. Right analysing of the situation, observing the direction and heading towards. Two weeks training maximum. After? Mostly approaching by standing position. Very wise, appearing bigger to the enemy, it might scares them. Preferably in one group. It is good, if they trained baseball for 6 weeks, if they are close to each other, there is more chance that one can catch the hand grenade flying, and throwing it back to the trench, before it explodes. I think, the Sun is working on this version. Did I forget something? Yes. After the Russian left, they moved in. It is two more weeks exercise. No doubt, the 3 month paid off handsome. How did you see it, as a professional?

    • @@victorzvyagintsev1325 you come in with overwhelming force and shock the enemy. Exactly what they did and accomplished. Who cares how many there were. They didn’t know what these guys had as far as weaponry and their capabilities. There could have been more hiding in caves. The Russians could have been setting up an ambush. Regardless, what the Ukrainians did took courage and they performed a pretty damn good assault on the enemy. They certainly didn’t look disorganized. Give them at least some credit, my man.

    • They're always hesitant to surrender - russians make their soldiers torture POWs, this makes them believe that they will receive the same treatment if they surrender to AFU. And after that dam? I wouldn't want to be caught alive either.

    • @@blakespower okay, this video was posted afterwards, but I watched live security cameras as Russia was storming a nuclear plant in the first weeks of the war. Also, I've had conversations with Nucking Futs Yuri, the dude in the turret of the right HMMWV, the one where the gun jams a lot. He's in the field right now. He also had a youtube channel where he occasionally posts some footage, ranging from racing a tank, to POV footage of him getting hit by a mine. The amount of footage from this war and the speed at which it's being released is insane.

    • ​@@TheRealSpealthey are what you may call a soft skin Target makes them easy target for artillery a Bradley or bmp they can handle a bit more punishment but as soon as they started the attack the Russians would have called in for counter battery support the troops on the ground can get low enough to be safe but humvee can't they stick out like a sore thumb in an empty field

    • I'm sure this was a 'mopping up' operation, so the general area was secured and chances of enemy fire low. The russian guys who are left don't have radio's / skills to call in artillery fire. They only moved in with the HUMVEE in the end part of the action which we see here.

Any citizen who lives in these territories all the time can explain this to you. Either way its sad to see people die no matter what country they are from. I don't blame the soldiers. I blame the politicians and military leaders. The soldiers are just young men following orders. Young men trying to make some money. Young men who may have been coerced or forced to join the fight against Ukraine. Likely wondering why the Ukrainians that they may have called friends just a year or so ago are now men they must kill in order to survive and return to their families if their fate allows. Strange to think about.

    • They are indeed. I'm so glad to see them using their training so well, when the majority of them were civilians not long ago, with no experience at all. I would bet that when this is over, and the massive clean up is done, Ukraine will instigate a form of National Service, and make sure they are never defenceless against this sort of aggression ever again.

  • This is some fine ass highly professional combat, I'm utterly impressed by the calm, precise and coordinated tactical movement and situational awareness in this attack, i served in the Danish army second brigade mechanized infantry, which probably are amongst the best trained infantry and best equipped in the world and i would proudly serve with this unit in the video.
