0:57, can we get some likes for good ol' Stumpy? He's short a leg but not on heart. He's doing his best
@Edward Stevenette okay, just pay attention to me. It's the nature's law that animals eat each other and fight, that's natural. In a zoo, the animal doesn't have the right conditions, they have limited space, limited food, sometimes not even another animal to be with them. They are surrounded by strange creatures coming and going all day, that causes a lot of stress in them. They aren't for display, they are creatures that deserve to have a life
Tripod
stumpy so cute
@@diandraduarte5776 You know most animals that are in zoos are there because they were born in captivity or have some physical impairment that prevents them from being able to live in the wild right? If those animals were released back into the wild they would definitely die because they can’t or don’t know how to survive. Also zoos do a lot of good things for the animals in the wild, like educating people and helping to save many endangered species that would otherwise die out without human intervention. Zoos aren’t all bad, and most the animals in them don’t feel stressed to be there, most of them don’t even know what a life in the wild would be like, and they’re taken care of way better than they would be in the wild. Please stop assuming that just because zoos benefit from people attending them, that they’re somehow hurting the animals in their care, because that’s just not true.

I was golfing in Florida when my ball landed about two feet from a five foot gator. I grew up on a lake near Orlando so a gator that size didn't scare me much. I went up to my ball and took a few practice swings and I thought the gator knew I was there and was used to golfers. I then hit the ball and the gator instantly flew into the pond. I lived in Florida for several years in the 1970's and went to UF where they had a lot of gators and some were huge - like dinosaurs. I read up that gators can launch themselves from hiding just off-shore AND underwater and can catch even a horse in the first 50 feet or so. That's why there are a few videos on the internet showing a golfer without an arm. Not the recommended way for getting your right arm from taking too much control.

Not aggressive
@@calebbellizio4985 Like a lot of animals, alligators are naturally afraid of humans. I was at a alligator show at Myrtle Beach, SC. Before the show, there were a lot of gators lying on a stage surrounded on three sides by water. When the hostess came out, the gators descended into the water and started swimming. One of them even stole the electric tape the hostess uses to tape their jaws shut!
@Nny This. It's partially why Cuban & Nile Crocodiles are thought to be so aggressive.

I love how all of the animals are chilling, minding their business, simply existing with no malicious intent or rationale and the humans are so freaked out (rightfully so in most cases) it's just the juxtaposition in the behavior of the animals and the reactions of the people that makes this so entertaining.
Not all of them were chilling, a few were hunting. And not all the humans were freaking out, just clearing the field so no person or dinosaur gets hurt.
It's relatable to accidentally walking up on a mother bear and her cubs, they attack first and ask questions never.
Gators a dangerous
Try to go near an alligator and say that, if it's in a bad mood he will grab your leg, all those golfers should be freaked out, you never wanna be near them.

The most interesting part about golf is when they get interuppted.
These short vids were awesome! I remember playing with several very big black snakes when I was a young 'un when we lived in Florida. I was fascinated with them. My Mom had this Scream Queen scream the few times she was straightening my bedroom and would run into one of my big friends. Those were the days... 🤣🐍
I was golfing in Cabo and a huge Gopher snake was stretched across the cart path. Biggest one I'd ever seen, 6ft and very thick. My playing partner had a terrible fear of snakes and I stopped about a cart length from it and it raised its head up two feet like a Cobra and evacuated air over its larynx creating the most disturbing hiss of all time. LOUD. How my friend managed to get up above the seat and halfway into the rear basket in one second while emitting the scream of an 8th grade girl at Haunted Mansion.....was the memory of a lifetime. The Gopher snake just mosied on its way.
