  • I love that Graham allows the guest to ask each other questions and just knows when it's time to jump back in to keep the conversation moving forward it is why he is the best chat show host.

    • @@MelvinMansoor I'm in the U.S. as well. While I actually enjoy the political conversations that are being had on our late night shows, I love Graham's show because he actually spends more of his show in conversation with the guests. Most U.S. shows spend half the show on the monologue and recurring bits, then the last half on the individual interviews and musical guests. Even James Cordon spends only about 20 minutes doing his group interview. Maybe I haven't seen enough episodes, but it seems like Graham spends a few minutes on the monologue at the top of the show, has a musical guest somewhere in there (who may or may not get a chance to be on the couch after they perform), but the remaining time is all spent with the guests. Even the red chair segment includes the guests. Everyone gets a chance to talk and engage, but they don't feel forced to drone on about themselves for an entire interview. And sometimes he puts together guests you never thought you'd see together and it's fantastic!

  • Fury has something more important and meaningful than belts, he has the lineal world boxing heavyweight championship status, something that can be traced right back through all the greats right back to jack Johnson in the late 1800’s. He forfeited the belts when he left boxing for 3 years but the status of the actual heavyweight champion of the wolrd lies with him, he was the last man to have all the belts and the status without being beaten for them.

    @lukasbarnes@lukasbarnes3 жыл бұрын
  • The lesson I took from Fury - Wilder is that Fury doesn't have the power to knock top opponents out. He tried with Wilder, who can definitely be knocked out, but couldn't. I don't think he can with Joshua unless he finds some amazing one punch power or gets really lucky. So it would go twelve rounds unless AJ can get Fury out, and this is very possible. Fury can be knocked out, Wilder would have done it but he was too late, and AJ has similar power but better boxing skills than Wilder. So I would still say AJ beats em both
