yeah so im from the philippines and those eggs dosent really look like over cooked the spices made it LOOK LIKE overcooked but i guess they were trying to make it dry cause what i know most indian foods are dry so stop being mean people and give respect its theyre culture so my fellow rasicst people just shut up if you have nothing good to say geez..... it actually looks kinda delicious but one question is that spicy cause i saw all of the spice its like they put a whole bunch there.

To all you Americans, just try this for yourself. Give this recipe a benefit of doubt (I am from South India) and make this all the time. 2 Eggs Paprika/Chilli Powder - 2tsps Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp 1 medium onion - sliced fine 1 medium tomato - diced Oil - 1tsp - 2tsp Coriander leaves - cut fine Green chillies - sliced in two Salt - As per taste Heat oil in a non stick saucepan. Cook the onions until a light golden. Add the spices and stir. Now, add the diced tomato and stir for a minute. Now add the eggs, green chillies and stir your guts out. Cook those damn eggs until they are NOT runny. Finally, turn off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy.

Well, I wouldn't use the word 'racist' too lightly but seeing the comments down below where people commenting on how this is not the proper way to cook blah-blah-blah, unhealthy, unhygienic and even to the extent that it was downright insulting to call people of India as "SMELLY", that I kind of find very racist. @@skypefan100 bro it's Kashmiri chilli powder with a Capscacine content even lower than Capsicum. Its mainly used as a colouring not for taste enhancement. The amount he put in was equivalent to 1 or 2 green chillies at max.

The Chilli which he added in the video is known as *KASHMIRI CHILLI* which is very less spicy and is therefore mainly used to provide the colour to the food, so don't worry it won't taste so spicy :)

yeah so im from the philippines and those eggs dosent really look like over cooked the spices made it LOOK LIKE overcooked but i guess they were trying to make it dry cause what i know most indian foods are dry so stop being mean people and give respect its theyre culture so my fellow rasicst people just shut up if you have nothing good to say geez..... it actually looks kinda delicious but one question is that spicy cause i saw all of the spice its like they put a whole bunch there.

Give this recipe a benefit of doubt (I am from South India) and make this all the time. 2 Eggs Paprika/Chilli Powder - 2tsps Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp 1 medium onion - sliced fine 1 medium tomato - diced Oil - 1tsp - 2tsp Coriander leaves - cut fine Green chillies - sliced in two Salt - As per taste Heat oil in a non stick saucepan. Cook the onions until a light golden. Add the spices and stir. Now, add the diced tomato and stir for a minute. Now add the eggs, green chillies and stir your guts out. Cook those damn eggs until they are NOT runny. Finally, turn off the heat and garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy.

@@skypefan100 bro it's Kashmiri chilli powder with a Capscacine content even lower than Capsicum. Its mainly used as a colouring not for taste enhancement. The amount he put in was equivalent to 1 or 2 green chillies at max.

The Chilli which he added in the video is known as *KASHMIRI CHILLI* which is very less spicy and is therefore mainly used to provide the colour to the food, so don't worry it won't taste so spicy :)
