Title is misleading. Dont think these are all the outfits, plenty are missing.
It looks like the shako cap for the US Navy set isn't there.

I just don't understand why in these types of games the developers don't think that their player base might just want an all-black ninja outfit! Like it's in the game, there is a whole clan of ninjas in all black! I want that outfit! Why does the ninja outfit we get have to be gold, pastel blue, white with purple accents! UGH!!!!! Atleast give me individual gear pieces that can make a good ninja outfit! I had the same issue with Ghost of Tsushima. The closest to a ninja suit was the Ghost suit version one or the Tadayori suit version 2 in all black withe the thief mask.
You can create your own ninja set . Sets can be combined in this game . So find a black bottom and black top and you’re good .
@@DeathDaddy there aren't any solid black bottoms, or atleast I haven't come across any. Only textured black bottoms that have designs. But its still, because there are literally clans that have all black Ninja outfits
But GoT had actual outfits, they weren't armor sets like they are in RotR, ppl think open world is a genre, its just a design style, these two games are two different genres, GoT was just an action adventure game, RotR is a action RPG

Is there a glamour slot? Like, you pick a set for it's stats, but there's an option to equip another set for how it looks? In other words, the aesthetics of one with the stats of the other?
Yes it's possible In Yokohama you'll get a "home base" where you can use the character editor again and there is also the possibility to choose all outfits you've still found/received, it's only optical and don't change the stats. It is enough you have owned the items once, you can sell everything to the dealers and can still use it for optical customization furthermore
So question.... when do you get the Shinsengumi set? Cause holy crap I need it, but I don't want to rush the story lol

It's a pre order only bonus. The deluxe edition gives you the Bando warrior set. For the ninja gaiden looking Armor, you'd have to have pre ordered the game. Sorry man

You can get the one that's in the game. I think you have to reach max bond with the leader of the second dojo.

RotR is a RPG, they're called armor sets, not "outfits"
