    • No, being objective and really without exaggeration, he is one of the best musicians in history, he sings, raps, is a multi-instrumentalist, composes, produces, he learned everything in a self-taught way, within his music there are personal issues but the way in which he expresses is in a way that other people also feel reflected, he uses his music to "clean" their problems, doubts and insecurities but also to help more people, at the same time makes a complex, difficult and beautiful universe in a way that I've never seen because beyond for example Trench is a concept album, it is a whole story that comes from his own mind and not only is it a story of an album, it comes from the past and continues, another beautiful thing about Tyler is his way of composition, he does not glorify and romanticize depression, anxiety or suicidal thoughts, he speaks enough to raise awareness and to talk about those important issues in an impressive way and finally another of his ways of composition is to make the songs to be played live, to involve thousands of people singing at the same time "I will stay alive" is something beautiful, words cannot explain. Tyler is probably one of the most underrated musicians out there, I hope they will increasingly recognize him for who he is, for being a genius and an angel.

  • I love the Scaled and Icy era and went to 2 shows but the Bandito era just hit so much different. You can tell Tyler really put his creative all into Trench lyrically and musically. It will forever be my favorite album and era. The shows during this era are just indescribable. You just had to be there.

    • I feel as if this last album in the "Dema" storyline will hit hard/harder as well. SAI was alright but I agree with how you put it. Given how they spun SAI to fit the lore, Tyler using it as a chance to make a different sound and producing a lot of it on his own, I'm okay with it but I believe Tyler will return to form with this next one and it'll be treated BIG and get a lot of attention towards release. (I'm sure they'll give lots and lots to sink our teeth into long before the first single arrives similar to Jumpsuit/NATN). I hate phrasing it in a way as if SAI is bad but in terms of Hype/buildup/production to Trench, it lacks severely. But I think that's alright given Covid and its purpose.

  • Trench was, is and will probably always be my favorite TOP album. I will always remember the joy I felt, when I saw the early release of Jumpsuit and Nico And The Niners. And the entire album just blew my mind away. There is not a single song that didn't catch me. It reminds me of my old me, the dark place I was in and how much comfort and joy I found in TOP and especially this album. Now I don't want to go as far as to say that TOP and this album saved my life. They can't do that. But they certainly helped me get through some tough times. Trench will always have a special place in my heart. II-//

  • I love this song but it gives me bad memories because I remember listening to this right before some dude decided to break into our house. That was terrifying for me so this song plays a part in my fears. I love it so much though. Today, I decided to face my fears and listen to it. It's such an amazing song and it's quite annoying that it gives me bad memories. Hopefully one day, I'll be able to listen to this without getting bad vibes. Love you Tyler and Josh!

  • I hear this song through my addiction. I played this curled up in a ball in a roach motel room while withdrawing from meth & heroin. I was quite literally, dying. My body was done. I was going to die if I didn’t stop. Trench went with me to recovery.. to my new job.. to my new family. I’m 2 years clean now and still listening. I won’t ever stop listening.

  • When Tyler repeatedly says "Sahlo Folina," it reminds me so much of when he repeatedly says "Entertain my faith," in, Holding On To You. Anyone else who gets the same feels from this part, or is it just me? Edit 1: Wow. Now this is officially the most liked comment I've ever had, but for those who still don't know what Sahlo Folina means, it means to enable expressive creation.
