BTW I use head mount camera for Pilot eye view, and many more cameras for cockpit videos. Pilots were not disturbed during filming. All of the cameras were set to "Air Mode".

As a fellow 737 Captain, I’ve always enjoyed watching your videos, but never felt the need to comment. You run an excellent ship and it was just a pleasure to watch you doing our job so well. That has obviously changed in the last month. Although I’m more than aware that my country, the UK, could always do so much more, indeed, I could do more..I at least hope that the recent marches over the weekend by our citizens give you some moral support for what that is worth. I hope our leaders recognise the strength of feeling in many ways coming from our people and act with urgency. Your countrymen and women are frankly defying belief and putting many of us to shame. I know that I can speak for the majority of the UK and our pilot colleagues when I say that we hope you and your loved ones are safe, the world stays united behind you and that this insanity ends quickly. There is hope not only from the Ukrainian strength, but from simple signals such as the Captain of a Russian aircraft who took to the PA to tell his passengers what was happening was wrong. To us in a free western society, that act would seem insignificant, but that pilot took the decision to risk his and his families life to try and tell the truth. He is not alone, and this is where the answer lies…the Russian people need to see, hear and accept the truth. The rest will follow naturally. Safe passage my friend.

This just made my weekend end on a really great note. I realize this was filmed before the invasion but it just makes this video even more special Captain. I really love how you try to always take the time to show and teach us all about the cockpit and the many aspects of your job. I'm wondering if there may be some value in airlines having one or more members of flight deck crew wearing the headset mounted cameras? The black boxes are useful, without a doubt, but those cameras could be invaluable. Of course there will need to be protocols for wearing them, and I wouldn't know exactly what those would be as I'm not aircrew. There would need to be safeguards in place for the crew to prevent their jobs being compromised, but surely the cameras would be a benefit? Please correct me if I'm wrong, as I said, I'm not air crew, I just like to fly. Thanks for the nice video. Wearing a headmounted camera would very uncomfortable for the crew and would be instantly refused. CVR and FDR is all that is needed to record valuable information.

Bro you need to leave Ukraine and get a job in Europe to provide for your family. If you are not fighting then what's the point staying. You will lose your flying skills and need retraining once you are back on the line. I have a feeling this war is going to go on for a LONG time
