If we can last another 100, we can last much longer than that. If you mean humans as a hominid species, well, apes gave way to cave men, cave men gave way to us, we'll give way to something else. We won't be exactly the same, but a part of us will continue if we can make through the next little bit.

11:56 Every time I hear "Dyson Sphere" and I'm shown an image like this I just think how utterly ridiculous it sounds from a structural standpoint. Think of how big the Earth is too us humans. Now take note of the fact that you could fit ONE MILLION EARTHS in the SUN. Now look at this image at 11:56 again... How many Earths could you fit in one of those rings? How much material would need to be put in just to form ONE of those those rings? Now granted, this image isn't probably supposed to be EXACTLY how a dyson sphere would look so it's probably not taking the practicality into account. Also I think this idea has already been mentioned on this channel and the term "Dyson Swarm" was brought up and I definitely do think a Dyson Swarm would be much more practical

Most of these forecast will never take place, they are mostly speculations, much more like Fantasy not even sci-fi. Human kind will never leave earth because too expensive and no point of doing that. We will explore Mars and maybe nearest exoplanets (by some centuries), but only with Humanoids.... not even human.
