  • I think a cool addition to this cannon could be if a “tribe” of goc members survived. They would go around killing SCPs like witchers would. Since most of the SCP foundation didn’t like them, it carried on to these people and they were looked at negatively but people would still hire them to kill things if they were becoming a problem.

  • Dr. Mann went off the deep end. >.> Don't think I didn't notice that Bright's pendant was on the shelf. Not really how I imagined he'd be found in a post apocalypse. I figured he'd either be on a skeleton, having possibly gone down in a blaze of glory protecting his friends and the site, or that he'd be passed down as head of some tribe somewhere. Each chieftan to be receiving the Pendant after it's previous owner died.

    • @@michaelandreipalon359 More proof that Mann couldn't be trusted in this cannon, IMO if he's got Bright's pendant. For all we know he murdered the rest of the senior staff. I don't think Clef or Gears would take kindly to Bright being shoved on a shelf and ignored. If only because it bodes ill for being able to trust Dr. Mann. If he's willing to do that to Bright, then he could do that to a more... MORTAL member of the staff.

  • I always thought that SCPs would make great artifacts in a fantasy setting. The Bellerverse tells me someone else had the same idea. It is like imagining LoTR, but the One Ring is an SCP, and the whole quest is an attempt to contain a Keter-level cognitohazard. And in the end, if I were stuck living in this world, SCP 1230 is the SCP I'd want to have. There might be others more useful, but not many are as educational and able to keep one's morale so high.

    • @@georgebrown1407 He was so ingrained with his new isekai life in the book, that when he was suddenly woken up by fellow Foundation personnel, he became so depressed at losing that very interesting and maybe even wholesome and more worthwhile life that he, well, committed suicide. The life of a person who enjoys their new isekai world sure is a hard one in case they go back to where they originally lived, huh?

    • @IntergalacticNobody in scp 999's lore it is said that he was a child of the scarlet king and it would be a hero who would defeat the scarlet king if it were not it being still an infant, therefore, since a long long time has passed it would make sense for scp 999 to be an adult or at least a teen who would have a role of a legendary paladin for good.

  • Your method of summarizing the main stuff and going into detail on others i feel adds a lot of character that channels that only read the scp straight dont have. Whenever you decide to read a portion as is, instead of summarizing, it feels more impactful because of the sense of importance that comes in making that choice.

  • The bookkeeper could be extremely useful and powerful in this world. He could teach people an entire old world level education in a single night. People read one line, go to bed, and wake up the next morning suddenly more aware of the true state of their world. I could see it evolving to become known as the book of knowledge, and resulting in its own kind of new existential horror as people realize their true lot in life with the state of the world now compared to what it was.

    • It's because it's a probably a true story. Why do we find 20,000 year old cities like gobleki tepe buried 100 feet below the ground when the our recorded history only goes back to around 6000 years. It's as if something wipes out the majority of humanity roughly every 6000 years.

  • I've been listening to your videos for a while and I just have to say you have a very nostalgic way of presenting this series! And has your videos progressed so does your willingness to commit to your videos as far as doing noise effects behind your voice for audio clips or using your voice to read out another SPC from the woman and males perspective(Like with the detective SPC). I find myself getting home from work and immediately hitting play on your videos almost as if it's my form of meditation.     • Bright definitely is, though perhaps only as an Ammulet burried somewhere. Cleff, who knows. Besides Lifespan he certainly knew more than a few places off of Earth. Would he leave his Daughter behind though? (EDIT) 38:45 Dr Mann seems to have Cleff's Hat and Bright's Medallion. O.o
