As a person who made a living in Commercial art and likes to do wood carvings of wildlife. The carvings are only as a past time , this is the best ( chainsaw ) wood sculpture I have ever seen.
From the sketch to the final execution is just a fabulous display of talent. As a professional woodcarver it is a real pleasure to see the journey to the final stage.Many people think they are carvers and talented but actually show a very poor display of understanding of the anatomy of the human body or any animal. They can be seen daily on U tube and they think they can teach or instruct.What a joke. However your raw talent comes shining through. It is a pleasure to have seen this . Thank You

Marvelous. As man who has used a power saw since I owned my own homelite at 13 years of age. I am in awe with how you see the figures you wish to import into our lives and cut away the things that you see as obstacles to that sculpture. I have no such artistry in me & have a full appreciation for yours.

The attention to detail in this piece is incredible. The contrast between skin, cloth, hair and feathers is amazing. the scale is perfect. It is easy to tell you absolutely love what you do it comes out in the end result.

It is hard to quantify such talent from the sketch on the wood to the completion of such a wonderful, beautiful sculpture. And all with a chainsaw, in my opinion, he is up there with the true masters of Art. I am "blown away" by such creativity.

I never found such big tree to carve so I have always carved ad made live broadcast from my channel for small art pieces. But your huge art work is highly detailed and I respect your effort and skill. Hats off.

Simply OUTSTANDING! If I did not see it with my own eyes I would not believe such a thing was possible. A masterpiece sculpture and extra wood left over for the winter. Looks like a win, win to me. Please tell me there is a way to preserve the wood so that future generations will be able to appreciate this amazing art piece. Again well done and thanks for sharing.

God bless this artist. Tremendous skills and vision. Did you guys notice that he had 4 chainsaws on the project..? I am sure there were more in the garage. Anyways, kudos to him as he is extending the life and usefulness of those trees by another 200 years at least. Any guess how many days that project took to complete, and what may be the cost for the finished product..??
