I love a good chitty chatty look - there are always great tips you just chuck in like the outlining of the brows (though you did have me wondering if you were just going to leave it like that). Maybe you could take us through the season’s colour trends and looks - eg pinks v peach blush and what lipstick goes; black v brown mascara; sparkles in party season - and the dreaded red lip for those of us with less than whitest of white teeth; spring pastels - how not to look ill; summer glow and bronze for the pale people; and YES YES YES to the slap dash work makeup. I’d love to be able to curate my makeup bag on a Sunday evening so I have the week’s look and the tools all ready to go. 😊❤ Your skin’s looking really good just now btw - doing something special?
I like the chatty chat and I always come away with something useful like application or a product I didn’t know about and you always use a variety of high street and luxury brands so something for everyone.

Excellent tips as always, Caroline. I really would appreciate your suggestion of a targeted video on concealers (application techniques, recommended brands) and colour correctors. I'm still looking to find my holy grail under eye product!
I accidentally bought the small Catrice Ultimate Camouflage Cream in 020 light beige instead of peach and it turns out to be the perfect match for concealing my under eye dark and everywhere else red areas. I never opened the at least three concealers I had been buying before.

Small suggestion - to combat KZhead's annoying thing where they put the next videos over yours while you're still chatting with us, you could add another 10 sec of still image at the end, like Trinny does. That way we wouldn't miss seeing you full screen while you're still talking.
Morning Caroline! Another lovely look and video.Funny, because just this week I was thinking to myself that it takes just as much time and products to look like I'm not wearing much makeup as it did when I used to pile it on 10+ years ago! Great though that the emphasis is on healthy skin nowadays and we now all have access to affordable skincare which means that we no longer have to pile on a load of high coverage makeup. In answer to your question, I love your chatty/technique videos, but also love the odd specific product videos too. I'm on the look out for lip SPF50 with a punchy tint, or a lipstick with SPF50 because my lips burn in the Summer. Thanks again for easing me into Saturday with a coffee and your beautiful friendly face. X

Hope your back gets better very soon, Caroline! Back pain is awful but as long as you are taking some tablets to protect your stomach, alongside the anti-inflammatory medication, they should be ok. I love the makeup look and will try using the elf eyeshadow as a blusher - great tip! Love cream blush but it does fade so quickly. My daughter gets a very natural lash look by curling her lashes, applying a coat of Essence Lash Princess, then combing through with an old mascara wand. Have a great weekend! xxx
The product I really enjoy that you recommended is Sali Hughes x revolution ring light. Amazing stuff. At first i thought the yellow colour of it was a bit strange but it neutralises darkness under the eye and i swear it does such a good job on softening lines. I guess it’s the light reflection in it but it looks so natural. I cant be without that now. Bought a back up as I have only seen it in boots online. You give us great recommendations ❤

So many helpful tips in here - use of power grip primer, the perfect brush and concealer for seamless undetectable coverage, fake lashes instead of mascara - going to try them all. I want to try the lashes as I have to put eyedrops in every few hours and it really stuffs my mascara. Interested to see how the fake lashes go instead. Re changing the format, I’m happy with the current style. I just love seeing you use new products and make up your face and discuss process and chat about whatever comes into your head! I am loving Lisa Eldridge’s new skin tint and lip contour liners. As much as I love her original lipliners which pair fabulously with the Velvet Lipsticks, the new liners are softer, easier to blend and thus contour. I have been using them with all of Lisa’s lip products

I love these kind of videos showing lipsticks. I ordered the 2 Revolution colors ( cheap as chips too), but the Armani # 305 is no longer available here in the U.S. at least and the Max Factor color as well. This was fun Caroline.

Yes PLEASE to slap dash make up. Maybe a series of quick looks, smokey day eye, professional, night out, no make up and red lip. I definitely have go to looks I use. Love the Violette blush it reminds me of Stila Colour Convertible in Petunia. My absolute fave. I can look so unwell some days as I'm fair with dark circles but this or Nars Orgasm just make me look alive! Xxx

Wow those lashes amazing. Yes would love classified videos with some focus on older faces. Even listening today there seems to be diff concealers for areas of face. Also blush on faces that have lost their fullness . Anything you want to talk about. Also pink lipstick sounds great and how to wear Matt if lips a bit drier

Really lovely! Can I say my nose gets really red & oily & the pores are so visible it needs something but I hate the way foundation looks on it. I'm learning things today.

Hi Caroline, lovely! Enjoyed the lashify demo… I may invest…re eyebrow dye…I bought a refectocil light brown dye and a bottle of developer about 5 years ago…it’s great, you use so little, and a good colour..Amazon….

“Slap dash quick work make up” - yes please!!! I give myself about 10 minutes for makeup in the morning and somehow need to conceal dark circles, cover blemishes and make myself look more awake and healthy all in that time ☺️

Hi Caroline. Great video as always. What brand and colour nail varnish are you wearing in the video? The only thing is the boxes covering the end of your video (promoting other videos to watch) which hid your face might be worth removing if you can or making your video a bit longer so they don’t hide the screen would be appreciated. If you look back at the end of the video you will see what I’m talking about. If you want to mix it up give it a go.
