Alert!
Do not just add the groundnut paste to the soup base. Always fry the paste before adding to the soup base like in the video. It makes all the difference and often prevents stomach upset that some people experience with some groundnut soup.
Ingredients:
Chicken
Groundnut paste
Onion
Garlic
Seasoning cube
Okra
Harbenaro peppers
Cayenne pepper
Salt
Kale( like fresh black pepper)
Anise seed
Negro peppers
Rice
