Ingredients
3 medium sized red snapper
1-2 tbsp garlic.p
1 tbsp onion.p
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sage
Yam
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
Oil to fry
00:00 Introduction
00:42 season your fish
01:16 prep yam and cut into your prefer size
02:53 season with salt and turmeric
03:53 fry fish until golden brown
04:51 fry yam until nice and crunchy
05:18 serve and enjoy
