Quick question for you guys since you have quite a few hours: Is SP shared when you do a deployment with others? Is it more if you end the deployment as a solo? Because I (and another guy) just got kicked from a 3 people 25* minute session right as the evac was landing and obviously got nothing for it... just wondering if the host has an incentive to do that or he just a C**T...

Helldivers on Terminids planets: Man this is tough, we came up against several titans and almost didn't make it out. Helldivers on Automaton planets: .... I don't wana talk about it..
Honestly I hate the terminids and I love fight the automatons it just feels like the terminids outrun you always and constantly stunlock you to death and have so much health while the automatons are a lot more fun to fight and feel more fair

Planet Modifiers/Effects also affect what you see out your ship window. There's an AA effect at Malevelon Creek which makes it so you get one less strategem, and you can see Ships being shot down by AA fire. It's really immersive.
this game is amazing with so much more potential, i really hope they add more weapons, customization, maps, maybe even 6 to 8 man squads.

@@PowderRider23 Same. I played for like 1 hour since I bought it one week ago on PC. I have a really fast internet connection too but I'm not able to enter the servers at all.
No doubt servers are priority right now. Unfortunately they have no queue in place so you just have to get lucky to connect when someone else disconnects. Possible work around seems to be have someone invite you to their ship, has worked a few times for me

Was the same in Helldivers 1. Except you couldn't steer the drop at all, it was about the accuracy of person throwing it.
I wish there was a ship module section just for upgrading your drop pods. Right now we have the power steering one but imagine if you could also get a shockwave for hoard clearing upon landing

On the resupply backback you have to let the animation complete with his hand moving or it wont count. Its like trying to reload the recoilless rifle, if you dont let your buddy close the back breach it wont say its loaded. Have to build in the patience on both to see the animation finish so its not bugged
Fyi, for defence missions; go to the highest peak. Bring nothing but mortars and heavy auto cannons. Place em safely. And sit back. Will hit 160 kills in like 4 minutes. On helldiver difficulty.
I don't think the ammo bag is bugged but the animation continues after you hear the sound queue, if you start sprinting as soon as you hear the sound you'll cancel the animation and the resupply wont go through but you wont lose and ammo can either.
I have played about 10 hours and it feels like every missions is still the first time playing
I've played over 2 hours. (Over the refund time limit for steam) My experience so far is sitting in the main menu looking at a server connecting message refresh itself for 2 hours. 10/10

try having someone invite you through steam and launch the game that way, that usually bypasses the queue entirely@@EzukiStudios
There are stealth indicators. They are audio cues and the entity does an animation to indicate that it is becoming aware of your presence. The bugs make these warning noises and look in your direction while the automatons also do an audio cue and scan with their eyes.
That maniacal laugh the soldiers do lmao. For freedom!

Not really. Could've avoided some unnecessary deaths by communicating more/better. Just my opinion tho. In my group we made a manual with RoE and rules to follow for comms. It saved many a Helldive run! You can never communicate too much

With the ammo box, if you are sprinting and trying to give ammo, the sound will play but no ammo will be given. So you have to stop sprinting, you can still be jogging along and it'll work.

Hey Tomo, nice vid! Just so you know, the bug with the supply pack is when the person you're giving it to is moving. It will make the sound but will not resupply or consume a charge from the pack. So, if it happens again, just tell the person to stop moving for a sec.

Last night I found out smoke makes the Stalkers using stealth show up. There might be maps we get that have loads of stalker nests so that is going to be the counter to them.
It's a great game, had a blast playing with my squad, shame I can't get into the game now,

this game was made to play with friends, and in highs difficulties, is so much fun, awesome game!
The fact that this is the Day 1 experience you can have is such a breath of fresh air. A game that isnn't half-baked out of the oven. Finally, some delicious fucking food.
I cant express enough how much this is Earth Defense force reborn. The global conflict aspect is very cool and its looking like it will be quite expansive.

Well that looked suitably Hellish. Glad to see Stalkers are still a PITA for high-level players. They gave me nightmares after the one and only time I tried a Challenging difficulty mission (solo). Still trying to gently coax my buddies out of Easy difficulty. I doubt we’ll ever make it past Challenging. Medium may be our group’s skill cap tbh. Be nice if they had a conversion upgrade mechanism for Samples. I’m capped on all the Ordinary-based ship upgrades, and am slowly piling up hundreds more of them. Maybe 25 or 50 to one for the rare, and 100-1 for the super rare might be reasonable…
Of course I started playing Arma II DayZ again recently and for some reason it gets brought up in this video. Crazy stuff

Do you have an article regarding the Gaming using the party member with the higher spec computer? Whenever I'm with a party, my 4090 is pulling about 300-350w, and only about 200w when I'm solo

The call ins are the most interesting part of the game to me, easily. The guns are fine but not super inspiring or unique for me to latch onto them. It is worrying that they put weapons into the battlepass system but from what ive seen of the high level difficulty the battlepass weapons tend to not be used (maybe tuned for mid tier content instead of endgame?) but it does set a precedent that they will do it and they could put in a useful/meta weapon in the battlepass and cause some players to be SOL if they desire to do the high end stuff at a later date. Still fun videos to watch for sure tho, thanks Tomo!

I play mostly on a ROG Ally so I didn't realize how amazing this game looks at max settings.
btw the titans, when they open their mouth and you hit with railgun (in mouth) even on safe mode its a one shot kill
Great game. Just to get connected yesterday, it took me over 2 hours. And then today, an hour fifty. Apparently, there's a bunch of people just chilling AFK, which is not helping server capacity at all. I heard the devs talked about an AFK timer.

Played for 5 hours straight, took break to get something to eat, came back to servers at capacity and couldn't play anymore, I regret not leaving my game on so I could hop back on I really hope the servers get fixed soon, they did say they were working on it so that's good at least.
Imagine this game but with Battlefield-scale battles, that would be so awesome. A massive invasion with multiple squads collaborating, bug breaches everywhere, lasers and nukes just landing left and right.

Explosion graphics make so much of this game. Since it's PvE they can be like that, and nobody cries about OP explosives. But they shoud include more difficulty levels, like in the first game (they extended it up to 15 eventually... which included some new, even harder alien types for each species)
It's been out like a week, give it some time. The dev's have already said they are working on a new revised roadmap and have a breadth of content planned.
