First 7 levels aren't even hard, and Vergil first battle is easy, just dodge his attacks and attack him when he hiding yamato.

@GameBoy-ow8vf it's not whether it's easy or not, no one figures out how to play a game on the first go, let alone those you love (yes, I'm purposefully directly quoting Vergil). Seeing this as a kid must have been though. I didn't feel like a lost because I knew Vergil was the final boss, but I can picture newcomers, specially children, experiencing defeat after they beat the boss and overcoming it to emerge victorious. But in the end, it happens the opposite: Dante wins, but he loses his own brother. I bet many players felt the same. That's the beauty in this stylish anime game. Silly, but deeply beautiful. One of the best games ever
