An Exclusive Look Into Ja Morant's Training For The 2022-2023 NBA Season | What Mo Knowz

2022 ж. 18 Қаз.
609 913 Рет қаралды

Ja Morant solidified himself as one of the best point guards in the NBA. But behind the crossovers, 52-point career high, and jaw-dropping posters are hours and hours in the weight room and basketball court. That work, regime, planning, and programming is led by no other than the wizard himself, Mo Wells.
In this episode of What Mo Knowz, Mo Wells will walk you through exactly how he trains Ja Morant for the upcoming 2022 - 2023 NBA season. He'll break down how he programs his training so that Ja hits all his goals while staying healthy.

Truth be told NBA players train with pro trainers for free or their agents cover training fees so them keeping the workouts secret is dumb. I just want to see the evolution from working out in the backyard with his dad to now. Also China pays to record pro athletes train then they upload the videos anyway I just get tired of seeing all the Chinese text
