Assalaamuwalikum sister, JazzakAllah for sharing your info, I have saved your number I hope its OK? Inshaallah I think it would be a good idea for me and family to visit Malaysia first and get a little taste of culture and the vibes. I'll massage you if I need any help.
Ok
Salam sis can I contact you as I really want to find out how to do this . Been thinking about it for years and I have found the process quite daunting. It gives me joy and hope to see how you have managed this ma sha Allah
Assalaamu alaikum sister its very interesting. im interested to know which city is located . and for children i would love to have information about international schools
Asalamo Alaikum I am Pakistani US citizen currently living in Turkey. Looking to move to MI. My goals to obtain long term visa and rental property like your. Later can consider to invest InshAllah 😊
I like your chanel , but sister as an Australian Muslim who has also considered moving to Malaysia please be respectful of the locals and dont keep saying 500 pounds is cheap because it is not for many Malays , This kind of displays of expart earning capacity from western countries could create friction with locals and make it hard for malaysia to allow others to move to there.
True . Instead of saying cheap use ‘good value for money’. 👌🏻
My brother, let me enlighten you on the Malaysian government's generosity towards expats through their MM2H program! They've made it incredibly enticing for individuals to relocate or establish ties with Malaysia, starting with their tiered bank deposit requirements. At the Platinum tier, participants must deposit RM5 million (about US$1.05 million). After a year, they can withdraw up to 50% for property purchases (valued at RM1.5 million and above), healthcare, and domestic travel within Malaysia. For the Gold tier, the FD requirement is RM2 million (approximately US$420,800), with similar withdrawal options for property purchases (valued at RM750,000 and above), healthcare, and domestic travel. And even at the Silver tier, with a mere RM500,000 (about US$105,000) in FD, participants enjoy similar withdrawal privileges. So you see, my friend, your argument holds no water in the face of such generous offerings! Therefore 500 British pounds per months is cheap as chips 😉
Or competitive..
Malaysian here, I dont think its disrespectful to say 500 pounds is cheap tho. 500 pounds or rm3k in Malaysia for 3-storey corner lot house with gated community really is cheap.
I would like to know why you don't stay in your own countries?
don't be too complacent about security in Malaysia. Practice to hide details that can track location of your house or anywhere ur staying i.e. street name and car plates, avoid being a target. Stay safe.
Si true. You can never be too safe. Come on Saira you are far too intelligent for to give away location etc even when it's a temporary rental.
I hope everything is fine as the housing area have 24 house security guard and people cannot simple enter the place without permission....
I guess this area has a good security..nobody can enter without permission
About security in malaysia?! She is fine🙄🙄🙄
Yes...Malaysia is not Brunei, Singapore, Qatar or Saudi Arabia..Malaysia is safe anyway.
One thing I loved from my visit to Malaysia was the tropical feel, whole country is covered in lush green landscape
Malaysia is so beautiful MashaAllah
You can ask ur agent to find a house with a kitchen cabinets actually. And for the shoes. We don’t want to bring dirt from outside into the house since house should be kept clean. But you can wear indoor slippers though
UK is finised as a British born I'm also thinking of moving out
Trust me as a teacher and someone who is born here I hate it racist country which hates us. I worked in Qatar and am looking to get out too soon.
Please don't come to Malaysia. Thanks.
Unfair to those of us who aren't racist. Surely there are good and bad people in all countries, not just the UK. @@erikmorales1004
Lmao and still thousands of Malay illegally staying in whole Eu? 😭😂💀
@@erikmorales1004 simple book the ticket and go back or don’t act fool lol
Don't rush buying property..check whether it's flood area ....there are so many new property above RM 500 k on auction..especially property above RM 1 million reduced to as low as 30-50% of original price... Check market value with registered valuation company...can get the list trusted valuer from banks.. some agents are not honest especially if they know you are foreigner
good to know
Property market in Malaysia isn't so good right now. Yeah you need to be very careful when buying property. Not that you will be scammed, just that if you buy the wrong property, it will be very difficult to dispose it without loosing money.
Mlysia is not crime free. We hv menace of drug addiction just like some other countries. Never trust anyone. Scammers are also on the rise nowadays..just to let you know sis...wish u all the best
Salam to you. Welcome to my hometown Melaka. Hope you and your family will find peace and tranquility here.
Can u confirm whatever she is saying in her videos regarding Malaysia is true
@@adeebakhan2098yes it's Malaysia
@@adeebakhan2098which part U want to know?
Maybe try to use an indoor slippers in your house especially for you and your mom to avoid your palm feet to get cold coz over time, you will get pain. I used to live in wood house in village with my parents, it wasn't a problem with them but after moved with my husband into his brick house, i realised that i get pain at my feet so easily because we don't furnish all our floor with carpet
Hydro thermal flooring is better and cleaner than carpet it is installed under the flooring.
@@mysticcove3392 we are not trying to renovate our current house now since we renting from the bank. And Malaysia is not suitable for hydro termal flooring since we are already hot. So making a floor warm will make me feel like in a sauna 😂
@@zm7830 you can adjust the temperature to your liking. I do that for my mum.
@@zm7830 You're renting therefore carpet is the solution.
Hi Saira, that is one awesome house for £500 (3000 MYR) a month. I recall that Melaka was hotter than KL when I visited there about 15 years ago. I would like to move out of London and the UK and might have to do it by July if the rent on my flat increases again this year. I could definitely do the 5-year visa where you have to deposit £80K plus in a Malay Bank. Would you be able to upload a video about the process of obtaining a Malaysian bank account and do you need a Malaysia home address to open one? If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend visiting Kota Kinabalu's Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. The islands are stunning and you'll love it. Cheers.
Melaka still hot today. I visited it last month for a day just for eating and sightseeing. I was shocked that in the city area, the temperature can reach up to 38 Celsius on afternoon time 😅😅😅. We ended up going home early to Johor and trapped in a jam at highway for more than 5 hours. So I hoped she would plan her time to travel in here correctly if she wanted to use the Plus highway to Johor for example since she might compete with Singaporeans that's travelling in Malaysia during the weekend
Please request for a full kitchen cabinets please! Their fully furnished isn't actually fully furnished.
Good choice when u decide to stay in melaka because melaka one of the state that the cost for living is still low n reasonable in malaysia.melaka is the centre city that u can easy going to other state.i was in kl for 20 yrs n now settledown my life in melaka
I hope more foreigner like move into Malaysia. You are so positive!! ❤❤
Wow 🤩, masha Allah for that price is excellent. I want to move abroad in future, maybe retirement 🤲🏼, UK has gone downhill, it is not good anymore, not like when i was growing up as a child. Malaysia prices looks good Thank you for showing us all
So true I think the same
Always welcome
as a Malaysian who studient in UK in 90s then 00s and 2012-15. i could really see the decline in the UK. more places looked rundown and boarded up houses are depressing.
What is the location of this housing compound? I can’t seem to find anything that big for 500 pound
Salam sis. You should consider your safety in posting your location. It's for your safety and avoid telling details in your content. Just an advise for your own good and safety inshaAllah. Take care and be safe 💖
Alhamdulillah tq sister for this vd..as a Malaysian i hope many muslim move to Malaysia and we welcome your to live in our country.tq sister for promoting our country
Allhamdulillah.. May you enjoy of your choice and your new home Saira... Salam from Jakarta.. now i am in KL for several days 😊👍🏼
Alhamdulillah 💚 May Allah blees you and your family.Love from Kuala Lumpur 🇲🇾💖
You are right on Malacca, more calmer and cheaper than KL, hence I myself choose to work mostly from Malacca although my office is in KL. Ohh…we take our shoe outside to ensure cleanliness. You should venture to villages around Malacca…you will love it. Malacca is where Malaysia history begins.
That is it. Even open secret, iranians already invest for it many years ago, especially in penang island. I'm not sure other places, but everyone can see how many iranians everyday around batu feringgi and other night market in penang island.
Are they the secular pErSiAnS or actual Muslim Iranians?
Yes nowdays many secularist of Iranian wealthiest runaway outside. They love Malaysian environment.
why do they go to malaysia and they dont like Islam? @@hazmanriess8949
@@Sa7biUK probably the more liberal ones, but if they are outright secular, they would have chosen western countries or Aus. Malaysians are not that friendly to Shiites and Ahmadis, generally we consider them security threats and a room for disharmony.
What’s the contact details of the agent ????
I m shocked ..its absolutly value for money .In comparision to India Bangalore too.
MA SHAA ALLAH beautiful and soo calming
I love your video sis..I'm Malaysian...always looking forward for your next video..🤗👋

Mashallah well done Ramzaan mubarak My allah bless your family and yout new life alhamdulillah
Beautiful house mashallah enjoy sister ❤
Financial planning is like navigation. If you know where you are and where you want to go, navigation isn't such a great problem. It's when you don't know the two points that it's difficult
People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.
Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.
Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian.
Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things
Brian demonstrates an excellent understanding of market trends, making well informed decisions that leads to consistent profit
Klebang is not too far away from my kampung. Although I considered myself as KL-lites, my mom and siblings are still in Melaka. Yeah.. generally Melaka is quite safe but don't be too complacent though. "Malang tidak berbau" as we Malays say it. You usually use this phrase when unfortunate event happened without anyone expected it to happen.
Masha Allah its beautiful...🎉🎉🎉
Great choice. I love Melaka
Welcome to my lovely country and enjoy your stay
Thank you for this video. Please tell us about schooling.
MashaAllah amazing house sis well done
Super duper dats wat i kol home great vid kippidap
She’s a mum and a dad Mashallaah ❤
Malaysian here. Just to clarify that Malaysians do not generally have housekeepers. Only the rich or who can actually afford, like families with high paying double incomes. Some hire weekly cleaners. By far the large majority do the housework ourselves. It is not easy to get reliable trustworthy live in maids anyway, typically they are foreigners as locals do not like that kind of work.
Maid in each household used to be common until the late 2000's, though. Even a middle-class family like mine could afford to employ one. I remember almost every kid in my school having maids. These days, ugh. Sad ringgit noises...
this is permanent kind of house... a rest after work at this space is just the best
I used to live in the uk in the late 80's.what was always in my mind the houses there were not grilled.in msia in those time our house hd to be grilled bcos of so many foreign workers like to sneak into the house when the owner wasnt around.now that incidents very rare bcos of strict law if they were caught no chances of them to be allow again into msia forever.
So u have chosen to live in Melaka... it’s a clean n beautiful place ... but hotter than other places in Malaysia.. wondering whether you have explored other places such as Putrajaya, Cyberjaya ...
yeah we in the east dont wear our shoes inside the house because it might be dirty with the animal faeces or something else. Sometimes we just want to lay on the floor or carpets so it must be cleaned from dirt. We usually have slippers that only be used inside the house.
I'm from the UK and have always taken my shoes off before going inside the house. It's seems like a no brainer to me and my family as it's the most hygienic thing to do.
It is very encouraging that you try to live in a Malaysian city because the transportation between cities is quite good
Very Good for big family and keep safe... The surrounding neighbors that might comes without invitations 😂😂
Great info, keep doing about all things of stuff
Beautiful vibe and as a fellow British person it's so refreshing hearing your voice 😅🙌🏾🤍✨
Like the vlog ❤
Lovely house 🏠 ❤
Tq so much... Have a nice day
Mashallah. So happy for you and your family. I’ve been thinking to leave London with my 4 children. Haven’t figured out how just yet. Uk is finished!
Why is everyone saying UK is a goner
well people still can get into your house, but they probably have to climb many walls and walk by foot, which in itself is a bit weird. but in good neighborhood, possibility of break-ins are almost zero. but sometimes during holiday season when people are away it does happens. so make sure your doors and windows etc are locked properly especially if you are away during holidays.
I love your vlog. Thanks for sharing.
Your house is beautiful.
TQ for coming n residing to mlysia..
your face similar with (saira the musafir) youtube channel ❤❤
OMG. I too got got confused between the two. You are right!
They are sisters
Come on, cameraman. You have to be fit and obey all the boss's orders. 😅
Stop saying it's cheap. It's not to the locals. You're gonna make everybody lives harder.
Mashallah beautiful nice to hear you speaking punjabi 😍😊
Salaam Giving the best Room to mum. Great idea my sister Salaam hope to connect inshaAllah
Near bamboo area perhaps you can add orchids phalaenopsis, amabilis, etc.
Your so awesome lady.🤣🤣🤣 Love the videos... very informative.
I love this, everyone else lives in flats and I hated that.
Try to use water called "blue water" cheap and healthier, i was there 7 years +, and now moved in EU
Interesting content with infos👍🏻
Feels like watching an episode of MTV cribs 😂😂😂... beautiful home
Thoroughly enjoying your videos Saira.. can you do some Punjabi speaking vids with your mum and whose the cameraman?!
Yes please make a video in how to make money here in the UK, and how to make it work somewhere else. Looking forward to it.
Nice house
Putrajaya is more convenient , peaceful ....easier to go to klia & kl using MRT..more suitable for family with school going children...nearer to many international schools, colleges & universities
Too expensive
Mashallah nice useful information I plan to visit this area in December and find a place rent as well. Anything like your place would be fantastic
Hi Ms Hayati, Eventho the area is gated and guarded, please please do not let your guard down. I am not trying to be negative but just concern but all in all enjoy your stay and be safe...
My lovely sister you can use word affordable instead of cheap i hope you understand what i mean. Love your content please continue ❤❤❤
Only a matter of time until those rental and house prices go up because people like yourselves will increase it because of "supply and demand." However good luck with your new journey. May Allah provide you with peace, blessings and tranquility in your new found adventure. Ameen
Thanks for sharing sis from uk
Pool comes with electricity & water bill... cost in minimum usd200 a month for that...
Wow let compare it with a house in UK it's looking like a mansion with the high ceiling and space you have. ❤
Houses in Malaysia are simple because of the constant warm climate, you just need a roof and four walls thats it, no insulation and just common sense to have good ventilation and fan to keep the heat dispersed.
If you stay long, i suggest a gardening area or gym fitness area for the balcony
Beautiful house MashaAllah...
Lol.. You bought a house in my hometown. Just 30 minutes from my place. Hopefully one day will meet you all. InshaAllah. Enjoy your stay!
Asslam u Alikum Sister, I am living in Surabaya, Indonesia, but basically, I am from Pakistan. You got a beautiful house at a very good price. If I buy the same type of house in Indonesia, then I should pay more than your house price. Stay blessed and happy with your family. Take care; I am going to subscribe to your channel. take care
Hello from Malaysia. It's confounding to see a family from the UK happily relocating here when some here are trying to emigrate. Regardless, you are very welcome in this country and don't be too worried about what another commentator has said about 'respect'', because while many Malaysians live in squalor, they're also decent people who have no problems with affluent people who are decent as well and make an honest living. I wouldn't worry about describing the price of a home a certan way. Good day.
Regarding the mosquitoes, it’s not that you’re not sweet enough but fun fact mosquitoes rather kids blood over adults and blondes over brunettes.
I have 2 young kids, one boy gets all the mosquitoes bites, like 20 on his body. The other son only get 2-3 bites
@@cececonnie5509 I’m really sorry to hear that, it must very frustrating for you and your son. Have you looked for or tried any remedies?
Selamat datang Ahlan wasahlan
Your amazing
The ID is not up to the builder's decision. It comes with the owner budget. Some will put as minimal budget as they can to get the full furnished rental rate..and truthfully most Malaysian can't afford for landed house, even so much of a landed terrace/ link house..
It seem u have chosen Malacca over KL or Penang. it has different vibe but choice can be limited, If u consider Selangor (greater KL area) maybe can search utbe eco majestic and eco ardence. 30min away from KLCC but u can get rental $500-$700 for landed
which code would that be?
My choice would be Putrajaya, with international schools, less traffic jam (i assume), and MRT connection to the central city, wouldnt want to drive in KL
Putrajaya is too expensive@@cececonnie5509
I love your videos.
If only I have discovered your channel earlier I would have recommended u to purchase bungalow houses in Janda Baik, Bentong or Genting Highlands where you can get them around your price range. The only difference is that these places are way better than KL. They are located just beside the million years old forest reserves, milder temperatures, capital towns of the musang king durians, the infamous Bentong ginger and a shout away from the biggest casino and theme park in South East Asia. By staying there you can enjoy the best that Msia has to offer from simple but comfortable village life to the life in KL as they are located just 30 mins from KL. Of course the cost of living is cheaper too.
Slaam sister. Your videos have been amazing and provided a lot of insights. I feel i need to speak with you for a little advice. We are a family of 3 and have a 5 year old son. Concerned about a few things. Not sure how its best to conta t you. Any help advice would be very much appreciated. We are from uk too.
Assalaamu alaikum, sister. Great video, mA. Where can find listings for such rentals/villas etc. online?
* That's in Malacca. 100+km away from KL. KL or Selangor might not be the case. Maybe same rate but smaller basic house or decent apartment.
Malaysia is great place to stay for expatriat.but for us Malaysia its quiet expensive.. Maybe different if u rich.but if u not rich its hard
