  • "I went at the bloody harlot waving me arms around [..]" God damn this absolutely killed me. What he's spewing there is hilarious. Even more so given how much I love jumping spiders and their silly dances.

    • Had a small garden spider (orb-weaver) set up a web in a corner of my bathroom window once. Guess it figured the light meant it was an open space. I caught ants outside using a pop bottle with some residue, then I'd take a stir stick, pick the ants out, and flip them into the web. I watched my little "pet" grow and live over about 8-9 months before winter set in again and it disappeared.

    • I let a spider live after catching it walking along my kitchen counter. It either set up shop in the cupboard where I store my measuring cups and is absolutely thriving (to judge by the desiccated husks of other spiders beneath its web) or it got nommed by the spider in the web. Either way, that's not my cupboard anymore.

  • The chains remind me of a different scp that is a prison complex that have rooms that capture specific types of sinners/criminals with chains and drag them into specific cells commensurate to their crimes. The foundation's first site director had killed his own brother and upon arriving at the site was promptly captured and disappeared by the scp. The last story of this compilation seems to be directly referencing that scp.

Am actually one of those folk who never minded them too much, to the point that I, heh, tell them to be careful while I'm taking a shower (they love hanging around on bathrooms, you know). I just let them be, and when one may get near, say, my personal office, I'll just move them safely to a more private space. Well, looks like I'm gonna be here for the Charlotte's Web-esques, not the ones that could scare Ellen or Jane from OutsideXbox. Anyways, I'll list these: 1:20: SCP-1470 Would have rather preferred to not call the subject spider "it". "He/Him" would have been quite schway for the poor guy. 7:31: SCP-1006 Must. Resist. Urge to exterminate because of being Reds. 10:43: SCP-3023 That ambulance civilian though. 15:35: SCP-940 I assume they're an AIDS parallel. 22:42: SCP-5683 ...How are you gonna teach the fool if y'all are just neuralyzing over and over? Not even the spiders are that malicious in comparison.

  • I have arachnophobia, but I am also absolutely fascinated by spiders It's a weird balancing act that means I had to take a couple of breaks during the parasite spiders part 😱 But the little telepathic spider always makes me sad when he dies. Just a good natured guy in a world much too large, and a rather lonely to the end.

  • Most people talking about how cool spiders are, meanwhile I’m having war flashbacks to when a wolf spider once crawled on my lap leaving me sleep deprived for the rest of the night

  • Me and spiders have an agreement. They do not come near me, and they get to eat as many juicy buggos as they want. But if they enter my bubble, they fry.

  • The fact that a human or hunanoid had to lick the phone to make it become a spider means that it most likely also licked all the pills in that bottle

  • My thoughts: 1. I imagined that first spider SCP you covered telepathically communicating in a stereotypical Australian accent. 2. Did not expect Communist spiders to exist in the SCP Universe, but here we are. 😂 3. You did a whole video on arachnid scps and you didn't talk about the Shadow spiders.

  • I’m fine with jumping spiders. Their big ol’ eyes can even be kinda cute. I got a problem with the larger ones. With the really long legs. We get these huge orb-weavers where I live (nothing as big of a huntsman from Australia). Around an inch or two but it’s a nightmare of mine that I’ll walk into one of their massive webs.
