@@lalirica2388 For my body, I stopped exercising because I was fasting. I am an Arab Muslim, but I think I can do sports so that my body can be slim. I used to do April Han's exercises. They are very good. They helped me lose weight. As for the diet, it is rather harsh. Morning: a boiled egg, a cup of tea, milk without sugar, and a small piece of brown bread. As for lunch: a green salad, and you can take other things, but in small quantities, and I drank a lot of water. As for dinner, I fast until the second day, and so on. I was surprised. My weight was 68 and now 59.3, and I want to get off, God willing, I will do it again, but I do not recommend it very much because it is tiring 😢 but I will say good luck 💪🏻

I started about 3 weeks ago (18/05), need a gentle exercise to help my body become more flexible, and don’t set a specific number goal when using this video. I’m not pregnant, don’t follow a diet, am not vegetarian, no IF, keto. No supplements or another exercise. Up to today, 31/05, my body is leaner, with my thighs reduced from 55cm to 53cm and my waist from 74 cm to 73 cm. I sometimes eat snack, yogurt, ice cream, and fresh fruits because I like them. I believe my past self would be surprised when I exercised, but my present and future self will proud of me. You too, I'm sure. Note: I used to do 10 minutes of light exercise every morning, walk 2-3 times per week, and am not someone who has never exercised. If you have lower back pain, you can refer to standing exercises like this. I have tried and found it more comfortable than abs exercises when lying on the mat. Tips of me - Set the goal to fit your body, not someone else's, and pay attention to your health and lifestyle. I recommend book Atomic Habits if you want to learn how to build good habits and break bad ones. - Regularly and make it a habit, 5, 10, or 15 minutes for you. According to my experience, exercises, clothes, or items for pregnancy and children are usually safer, and we’re also less exhausted and discouraged. I’ve done other exercises of the same length, but I can’t go through three days. This video makes me happy; I can easily smile when I finish this exercise. - Eat a variety, but in moderation. - Sleep enough. - Don’t forget to drink enough water. I hope my English is not too bad. I have started this workout yesterday.I'm also on a low calorie diet(1000cal max) for my weightloss journey.I want to loose weight after my baby. @@georgia9029 same here bro, I'm 20 and when I started this workout I weighed 68.15 kgs, and now after 4 days I weigh 67.05 kgs. And I don't follow any diet, nor am I cutting down on my eating habits.
Hi! I’m so proud of you and it’s awesome that you’ve gotten so far but if you cut your caloric intake too low, you can actually end up slowing your metabolism and your weight loss might not be sustainable. You may also not be providing your body with enough nutrients! If you continue to eat right but just a bit more while exercising you’ll likely have a healthier and forever lasting result; I speak from personal experience. Please just keep this in mind and do whatever is best for you though🧡
I lost about 4.3kgs in 10 days. All i did was eat clean, i avoided carbs and sugar, and i did intermittent fasting (20/4). Didn't do workout or any exercise. Perhaps i should incorporate this workout in my diet routine, most definitely can lose more than 4.3kgs, and build muscle mass.

Today started this workout (15may24), i hope its really helpful... 56.65kg Day 1 ✅ badan rasa ringan dan segar selepas workout, berpeluh juga weyy...😂 Day 2 ❌ (skip) bangun pagi, bdn semua sakit2.. Day 3 ✅ baru lepas workout 9:56 am Day 4 ✅ 8:09pm rasa cergas selepas workout, Day 5 ✅ 8:18pm bdn x sakit lagi, badan rasa ringan sedikit berbanding sblm ni. (21:03pm) period, cek dalam calendar period, bulan ni patut x datang period, sbb period x teratur dan kdg2 lambat datg period. Sy rasa itu adalah kesan positif juga bila kita buat senaman. Syukur alhamdulillah. Day 6 ✅ 8:53pm berpeluh juga bila buat workout ni.. Belum timbang lg cek berat, tunggu hari ke8, baru cek.... Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 Day 11 Day 12 Day 13 Day 14 Day 15 (tukar hari yg skip) Will update every day....

It's only been a few days since I started doing this workout, but I'm pleasantly surprised with how much hip mobility I've gained with the exercises, and how they are definitely toning my upper thighs and glutes. It is also an incredible core workout that effectively utilizes the obliques, which means they do wonders for your waist shape even if you have an extra layer of fat (like I do). Just wanted to share that!
Gonna start adding this as an extra to my daily cardio. I'm determined this time, I currently weigh 68kg and my goal is 60kg. I can do this!! Update: My health journey has been such a roller coaster. When I initially posted this comment, I was in a very unhealthy state of mind. Restricted my calorie intake immensely (max. 1000cal) and exercised for at least 90min every day, no breaks. And obviously, I could not keep up with such an unhealthy routine and I fell into the same binge and restrict cycle that I've been in for the past 1.5 years after gaining a ton of weight after dealing with pure extreme restriction and orthorexia beforehand. And once I decided too stop counting calories shortly upon realising that my extreme routine was not getting me any progress, that same "all or nothing" mentality I had towards food and exercise stayed nonetheless. I gained up to 72kg. But I persisted and told myself to never count calories again. I stayed at 72kg maintenance for months - but no extreme binging and restricting anymore though. Until, in November 2023, when I decided enough is enough and I will work on losing weight the right way. I've now come back to 68kg with my goal still being to reach 60kg. I still have trouble with binging and the thoughts of restricting on some days, but they are getting less. It's a long journey, but the thing is, this time, it feels like a true lifestyle change and not a chase for quick results. I still have bad days, but I know I'm steering towards the right direction. (For reference, I'm 168cm)

Getting ready for hot boy summer 😎 after I went on vacation I slacked off real hard and am just getting back into it now that school is ending soon. I did another challenge from April but it got screwed up because I was trying to do it on vacation and got too hard to keep up but I’m back to try this again! I also do intermittent fasting and a lot of walking during the day so my results might be a bit different Weight: 125.2 lbs (56.7 kgs) Height: 5’4” (162.56 cm) Goal: 115 lbs (52.1 kgs) Day 1: ✅ Wooo! First day in and that definitely was the most uncoordinated I’d been lol. I had already done a walking workout before this so it wasn’t too bad. I got a little sweat towards the end but overall it’s really fun and relaxing! Might go a second round later Day 2: ✅ Holy- I was so sore from yesterday and my legs are killing me 😅 y’all better stretch after bc I regret skipping that but I had to get to an AP exam! Day 3: ✅✅ I suffered. It’s definitely much easier to get through but I was so sore from the days before that it made it harder. I did it twice and also managed to get 20,000+ steps today! I also found out that I probably have a torn meniscus from dance a couple months ago so that’s fun to exercise with 🥲 Day 4:❌ Forgot to update but I was really busy the whole day and ran out of time to do it. Plus I was very sore from way over exerting my muscles during another workout Day 5: Day 6: Day 7:

Starting: weight: 67.8kg, height: 165cm Day 1: ✅ very proud that I could do it😂 Felt tired but in a good way Day 2:✅ Felt more comfortable but it was better than the first Day 3:✅ Had some pain ache but it just means it’s working for me Day 4:✅ I felt more comfortable and was able to finish faster today, I’m not tired. So I’m happy Day 5:✅ I did it pretty late than normal but I did it! More tired today but that’s just due to a busy day. Felt better at the exercises though. Day 6:✅ A late one again, I was going to try to do 2 sets but that will be next week😂 so tired today. So I’ll maybe push myself tomorrow to do 2 sets! I’ll update you how I feel. Definitely feeling more confident and comfortable with the workout. Day 7:✅ the first week omg I lost 6.4 kg so my weight is now 61.4kg . Just to say I didn’t change my food as I have the same as my family all I did was a slight smaller portion so they wouldn’t notice 😂 This has definitely giving me more motivation now for the following week. I’m going to do this for longer just because I might need a couple days off workout due to being busy but I’ll be back!! I’ll update when I miss it don’t worry. End weight of week 1 = 61.4kg ------------------ 🌱 update I’ll be back on Monday 31st as I have a wedding to go too (so I might put weight back on lol but that’s fine )🌱 💙new update Saturday 29th I ate too much but the wedding was sooo good 😭😂 I might actually just do a workout later but not sure yet might be too tired. I’ll update it if I do if not tomorrow will be 2 sets or 3 ohhhh looking forward to it! Hello I’m back after a week or so, been so busy with a family wedding. You can guess right! I put the weight on 😂 so I’m currently 66.6kg But come join me doing this for the next 2 weeks!! We got this come on everyone!!!!🌱 Starting weight of week 2 = 66.6kg 11th August Day 8:✅ I felt tired as I haven’t done this in a week or 2 but I know from last time. It will get better and I’ll feel comfortable 🥺 Day 9:✅ felt tired but I got more better at it! @@y4nxz0 Hi, I only did this workout to test it to see how much I can lose! I only did 1 set a day and had a smaller food portion. I do walk over 9,000 to 15,000 steps a day so that might have helped as well but hope that helps🌱

@@up4579 umm I don’t know as I don’t track them. I just have a smaller portion than before and I started cutting out all snacks etc to help me not binge eat 😂 if I do end up being able to know how many calories I eat in a day I will update you and everyone!! hope that helps. !!

Gave birth on 03/14, and I'm now 4 weeks postpartum. The doctor said I was fine to do light exercises and was encouraged to do some walking. Today, I'm going to try it and see if I improve my belly area pooch and strength. Last weight check: 150 lbs Day 1:✅️

Started today. I hope to achieve 2 weeks goal. My legs and arms are burning so i believe it’ll work on legs n arms as well. Day 1 complete…. Edit: i did it for 3 days n more than abs i felt difference in thighs/butts. I couldn’t continue after 3rd day coz of painful periods (diagnosed endometriosis). Will be resuming it again today. 😃
I'm going to do this and update everyday. But i'm a little bit lazy person, also i have issues with memory loss so don't expect me to be strik to myself. And i'm a foodie, i love cooking so i don't have a specific diet plan. i'm gonna update about my meals too so that you can understand how my journey's going ( or maybe you can follow me as well ) Currently : 60kg Old weight : 46kg Height : 5'2 ⚫Day 01 : Okay not bad, but i sweat a lot. It was fun tho... What i ate for, Breakfast : Nothing coz i forgot ( sorry guys ) Lunch : Two bananas and a Croissant Dinner : Rice, boiled and fried potato , shrimps and scrambled eggs ( I can't help it, i'm an asian i can't live without rice and noodles ) ⚫Day 02 : I woke up with muscle pain. It hurts like hell... My stomach hurt like i'm on my last day of period. but i still did my exercises. What i ate for, Breakfast : A cup of tea and biscuits Lunch : Avacado milkshake and a sandwich Dinner : Norwegian fish soup and a sliced of bread also a beer ⚫Day 03 : It's still hurt but less than period pain , my thighs pain is still there tho. I still did my exercises. I think i don't sweat that much now. Breakfast : A tiny slice of chocolate cake , and a cup of tea Lunch : An apple , a muffin and a salad as well Dinner : An Egg fried rice with broccoli ⚫Day 04 : I think i can see some changes, i don't feel pain anymore. I want to try doing this for at least a week while having a healthy diet. Height: 164 cm, weight: 77 kg. Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Also did 30 min workout for lower belly fat 😄 Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ (allowed myself to have a small portion of ice cream) Day 7: ✅ My average calorie intake for the week was approximately 1400-1500. I also walked ~10,000 steps a day (but walked much less on the weekends). I lost about 500 grams of weight. I'll be doing this workout for another week and I think I'll cut back on the calories. Day 8: ✅ x2 Day 9: ✅ x2 Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ I’m 75 kg! 😁 Day 14: ✅ Day 15: ✅ Day 16: ✅ Also had a swimming session Day 17: ✅ Also went to gym (an hour and half) Day 18: ✅ + swimming session Day 19: ❌ My legs hurt after the gym 😅 Day 20: ❌ Travelling Day 21: ❌ Menstruation, skipping 4 days Day 22: ❌ Day 23: ❌ Day 24: ❌ Day 25: ❌ Day 26: ✅ So I’m 75 kg right now. The progress became slower because I didn’t quite follow the diet recently. I also want to try other work-outs 😊 Basically, diet plays a huge role if you want to see changes. Started this today and will continue to do it until the 27th of April with one rest day per week. I weigh 71.5 kg now, I am 166 cm tall and I am on a healthy 1600 kcal diet. Will report my progress here - tracking this here mostly for my own motivation💪 10.04.2023 DONE + I walked 8.2 km 11.04.2023 DONE + I walked 5 km + did a 15 min dumbbell arm workout. Feeling the burn! 12.04.2023 DONE + I walked 7.7 km + did a 15 min dumbbell arm workout. 13.04.2023 REST DAY, just walked 8 km 14.04.2023 DONE + I walked 5 km + did a 15 min dumbbell workout. I am starting this today let's see the progress together I will update you everyday for 2 weeks . Weight - 59 kg Desire weight - 49 kg Day 1: ✅ I was able to do these exercises easily.I have done workout from KZhead before but they are very tough . It was easy but I could feel the power of exercise , my body was struggling a bit to complete the exercises that showed that it was working . Day 2: ✅ it was easy and I was more comfortable but I was sweating a lot more than day 1 and that is a good sign which means you are burning the fat . Day 3: ✅ I can feel more control on my movements. At first my legs just came down by themselves but now I have more grip on them and I put them down after any movement in exercise. 🥳 Hurry ! I did it twice today. I am so proud of myself 🥳 Day 4: ✅ did feel very comfortable doing it but I was sweating which is good . Do it in winter. Do it to warm up your whole body. It's the first time to do it. Although there are a lot of movements, there is no soreness in the abdomen, waist and feet after doing it. It is very gentle and soft. Thanks!

Today is my 2nd day do this exercise 🙌🏼😆🙌🏼. Usually, the next morning after exercise, my whole body will pain so much. But this exercise, i can say the pain just 4/10 😆. At 1st I doubt that i will sweating if I do this, but well, i sweat quite a lot hehe. Its easy to follow and important thing is i dont feel hopeless when i do this, you know for a beginner to do an exercise that hard to follow makes me hopeless and give up immediately 😅. I'm 153cm with 48kg now. Quite a lot of fat on my tummy. I'll update the progress once a week here. To makes me more motivated.

I can see the result after a month and a half (almost 2 months, I guess). My belly is flat little by little (not as flat as April), and I can see the line. About food, I didn't count the calories, I just ate normally: lunch, snacks, and dinner. I don't have breakfast. Now my weight is 46 kg ♥️, and it has been stable for the past few months until now. NOTES!!! I do these exercises with the goal of building the habit of exercising. My second goal is to have a healthy body, and for the shape, it's just my bonus. That's why, for me, it doesn't matter, even though the results start to show after almost 2 months of doing this exercise, I'm still happy to keep doing it ♥️. The important thing for me is it is easy to follow and makes me keep doing it 🙌🏼😆🙌🏼 Hopefully, you got the result that you wanted.

Первоначальные данные: 78,6кг; 171см. ✅1D-выполнила один раз, немного побаливает пресс и руки. ✅2D-ноги немного побаливают, а это значит что комплекс работает, на второй день довольно легко далось выполнить все упражнения ✅3D-сегодня выполнила только один комплекс упражнений, вес значительно уменьшился. ✅4D-пропотела хорошо ✅5D ❌6D-сегодня не было желания тренироваться и я мало что ела. ❌7D-последние 2 дня я не занималась. Сейчас мой вес: 76,1 кг. При этом последние 2 дня я особо ничего не ела и пила кофе с лимоном для утоления голода.
