    • Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

Even when I was starting my first job with such a low salary that I needed to do overtime to be able to afford all bills and food - and I was still saving a little every month to have a financial cushion... • Home equity loans are a greater risk than the banks will tell you. Read the small print for what happens if you've taken a certain amount specified in the contract and when the bank can put the squeeze on you. Throughout all history of investment banking the investment banks have never lost because they win both on the buy and the sell. Buyer beware.

  • Don’t wait for a crash. Invest judiciously, keep a stop loss figure. Shuffle between debt and equity wherever the ratio goes too off your target. As for the target, I recommend a Ratio like this Debt % should be equal to your age in years. If you are 20, debt is 20%, reset in equity. If the market falls or rises drastically, your debt % will change, which you should rebalance to 20% and bring back equity to 80%. Thus you would have bought low or booked profit depending on if it was a crash or a bull run.

Individuals can seek counsel from a certified financial advisor to optimize financial outcomes, who can provide specialized advice and methods to decrease expenses and maximize income.

    • I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor, seeing that their entire skill-set is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.

It's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady...managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... • If you want to get rid of the extremists in each party than you have to get regular people to show up in the primary elections where the candidates are chosen. Democracy is a participants sport and is not for those who are only spectators ! When most of Americans participate in the primaries partisanship will be enormously reduced ! Partisanship is a symptom of the concentration of control by smaller and smaller numbers of people in the political process.

What is interesting is that the Rome did not learn from the Persians and the Arabs did not learn from the Greeks and so on. They all repeat the same mistake or maybe not a mistake but rather a cycle that must repeat. You start low then you reach high then you decline. ❤
