Hey Nat, thank you for being such an inspiration to me, when I started practicing martial arts, specifically Taekwondo and Karate I didn't have the financial requirements to have a teacher or a dojo. I started watching your videos around 2 years ago and you've helped me a lot with my technique and form, before I used to think Martial arts could only be done in a dojo or with a teacher but anyone can do it, you just need to have the heart. I learned one technique at home which I really liked, its called the spinning hook kick. I first trained to increase flexibility (3-4months). After that I followed every singe step with every minuscule detail (BVO taekwondo video, the man explains it really well). Not going to the next step till I could repeat it a dozen of times flawlessly. For example, making sure that I spin on the ball of my foot, using my hands in the movement of spinning etc. basically (trying) to master everything before the full execution of the kick. Now I take classes, I showed my technique to my new coach, and he says its quiet a decent spinning hook kick. If you are a fast learner then you can pick up a few things online as well. But going to classes is usually recommended.

Really good to see I've been doing this right. When I trained in Japan, I would train at the dojo twice, sometimes three times a week, and I had a lot of space at home to work on my katas and such. Back here in the States, I'm always very confined on space and I can't really train at a dojo. I can do heavy bag at the gym, that's about it. I've done most of this stuff for years, but somehow the thought never occurred to me to practice full step strikes by stepping back. Game changer!

can you do a video about improving reaction time?
"Make techniques fit in small spaces" I think you just reinvented Wing Chun.
Love the video Nat . I also started my MMA journey at home in my garage during COVID and now looking back at that time I have really came a long way now ❤.
Thank you, and that’s the main thing, keep it going👊
Better therapy then my inner voice does not exist

I don't remember where I saw that (maybe it was one of your video lmao) but writing your name with your leg extended helps improving your kicks :)!
I always play with the light 😂

My lightswitches are at head height in my house. But i took kick boxing as a kid and still love doing a high kick so yeah, that'll be fun to do >:)
You have good posture and form.
Ive started learning material arts because i wanted to do a sweep kick.
His jawline is crazy bro.
im looking to start MMA i know how to put power out but i need to regulate it what is your suggestion on where to start and what style
What kind of mats do you have in your setup there? I’m about to buy 25 1 inch ones but idk if they’ll be good enough for light MMA training
LOVE FROM INDIA ❤❤❤
my goal is to be strong and flexible and fast. i enjoy Alita battle angel and Bayonetta fighting style, i know theyre fictional but id love to at least to something close. i want to learn the proper excersises to do at home and stretches. Its mostly just for me, i dont plan on doing competitions or being in videos but it would make me feel badass to be able to do those badass fight scenes ive seen in movies so much.
Thanks bro, grandma didnt stand a chance💪
great video, another..
Ive learned at home onlyy or just sparring my mates who do mma( actually go to do it in a gym) and I win most of the exchanges I always submit them I have never been in a bjj or any grappling gym in the striking also my strikes are more smooth than most of the people I have sparred
It calms me down to see that I‘m professionally train martial arts at home and not just being autistic (I flick the switch and opening doors for years now with my feet)
Hey, I wanna to ask that what marital art should I learn? Because I'm a beginner so idk what is best , I'm quite interested in muay Thai but I'm so confuse where to start plz help me bro.
I'm preparing myself training at home. After school and uni I'll move out to a new apartment near a dojo and do either Muay thai or Wrestling.
Your groin problem can be solved by deep squats bro.. They helped me for sure
Wonderful jawline my dude
Can u make a vid about stretching
