Seinfeld: "Why can't somebody not apologize?" **Bill Burr enters the room**
Exactly! Thank crybaby cancel culture with no sense of humor. Bill Maher got a ton of backlash for saying the same exact thing. Get over it people you're ruining it for us that appreciate comedy in all its forms
Love Burr
....and Dave.
Bill Burr still knows how to shill. Playing the unsensitive guy is a part of his act now. Trust me when you are in Star Wars you know how to step in line.
Steve can say that because he’s made a fucking shitload of money
Steve Harvey : every comedian I know that smokes weed ... Is broke Dave Chappelle: hold my joint ...
That comment was so dumb, lol. So many great comedians who used a ton of drugs/weed through their careers, Richard Pryor, Robin Williams, John Belushi, Bill Hicks, Mitch Hedberg, Chris Farley, Whoopi Goldberg. Steve trying to make it sound like "people who use drugs ain't got talent" lmao.
😂😂😂❤🍵🍵✌
That was a joke and Jerry got it. Its his industry and he knows damn well that aint true. How you gon expect factual statements from two of the best comedians eating junk food. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Guess Steve doesn’t support black comedy because kat Williams discovered vapes and was real excited about it
@@jashinslayer I agree with you, but every comedian you listed is dead. I don’t know if those are the best examples
They demonstrate perfectly something that can't be taught; At about 3:57, that little sideways look Harvey did, that subtle face he made when he said "I've got a talk show" is the funniest thing in the video. I re-watched several times and laughed every time. A little pearl.
Cuz I got to talk show and I'm getting paid. Lol
@@natemeyer4980 also people have a job be aimed of that talk show so it's just not about him.
You can be taught as long as you have the passion for it.
Exactly, and the same at 2:37 - the way he delivers broke
The casual way he eats the chip sideways. Serious, Locked on eyes.
Jerry Seinfeld: "I just want somebody to go: It's a joke. Im not apologizing..." Dave Chappelle: "Don't worry Jerry, I got this one..."
What was your favorite joke from his last special?
@@testcase6997 his MLK impression is always hilarious. “I want everybody to get up on them floats. Get your bodies good and shiny.”
@@testcase6997 whatever offended Netflix staff
@@willpower3317 I don't think it offended Netflix staff, as Steve Harvey said here, they only had to act like they are offended because their sponsorship had acted offended. 😅
@@testcase6997 It was funny, because Chappelle's funny, but tbh, I thought it was his weakest special from a comedic standpoint. But man, from a 'let's talk about real shit' perspective, it was liberating.
Aghhhahahaha!!! 🤣 The best part is at 4:53 when Seinfeld laughs at "what's your baby's name?". Mr. Seinfeld, you sir have a great laugh.
"We don't need the truth, we need to laugh." -Jerry Seinfeld.🤣
Jerry laughing just brings me so much joy. I absolutely love watching Comedians In Cars and watching him double over, lean to the side or throw himself back in a good chuckle. 😁😆😅🤣😂
Jerry Seinfeld wack as FUCK.
Did you laugh? I mean really. Was anything said in this clip enough to make you actually laugh? Or can it possibly be that Seinfeld is a better actor than he is given credit for?
@@kernalbert4939 oh cmon don't be a wet dump. The "what did you say your baby's name was?" line was pretty great.
I almost get more out of watching comedians laugh than comedians make me laugh.
You like fake laughter?
Thank you Jerry for the years of laughter you have given me
4:15 Steve is puttin' out some TRUTH!
Yup 100%
The way they talk about comedy is just how I would talk about painting. LOL
You beautiful That's all
Ahhhh, major Houlihan.....she was a classic 😍🤤
Houses or pictures? Lol
“You can get better at anything you want to get better at……except this.” That’s me when it comes to art haha
My partner at work has a daughter who’s a great artist. She’s taking an introductory art class at a community college and she says the professor doesn’t know what to do with her, and that she’s “already doing graduate school level work”. What does that even mean? 😂
For every 10 minutes of news i usually watch an hour of comedy. it helps.
Except I just skip the news!
"is this a rally?" lmao
Absolute gold. I love these two together, great interaction and straight forward talk. Probably my favorite of these so far, at least the ones I've seen..
Gotta love the honesty...🤣🤣😂
That rally joke is 😂
This is such a real conversation. Very refreshing. :)
One of the best 6 minutes I have ever seen. Very interesting and hilarious.
Love both these guys. I would love to sit down and have lunch with Steve Harvey. Some people have that natural ability to where they can say two words and it comes out funny, he has quick wit.
4:52 That had me laughing out loud that bit, and that's what you can't teach!
This is one of the greatest exchanges by two GOAT's in comedy. There's a lot happening on many levels.
Goat mrans greatest of all time. Steve Harvey might be on par intellectually with a goat but I fail to see how he is great at anything
There can't be two GOAT... Greatest is singular.
@@Nipponing , really? Thanks, I never went to school so my speakin' ain't so good. 1. I used an apostrophe and an s to indicate the plural in which I was referencing the two men. 2. Both of these men are considered by many people to be the greatest in their field. 3. Come stronger next time.
@@MrMakingwavesmedia , that's so sweet of you! Enjoy yourself on Mt. superior!
Conversation was good because the food was untouched! 👍
Godfrey does the best impression of Steve Harvey 🥰
Thanks for the smiles and laughter.
I would love to have seen a 45 min episode of this with Robin Williams. Talking about how a comedian can be a great actor is so true with him.
Mr. Williams, rest in peace, would have stole show and shared priceless insight.
Robin Williams, Red Fox, Robin Harris, Bernie Mac, George Carlin, Richard Pryor, John Candy, Phil Hartman and John Ritter to name a few would have been great on the show.
Williams was a hack and a joke thief. He was only a good actor given the right material.
@@timmutohfanyeah well that's your opinion. you can call him a hack or anything else, and it'll never matter to his fans. Bye now.
@@dagameplayer what color are the walls in your echo chamber?
Bill Burr would never apologize for a joke!
Bill Burr doesn't have a talk show he is pure stand up just like Steve said
@@swalehsuheil4524 Bill Burr has a podcast, an animated show, and acts. He gets outrageous but then often walks it back, although I don't think I've ever heard him apologize.
@@Historian212 Bill Burr will say something outrageous and then call himself an asshole or idiot. If you complain about the joke, he falls back on how he is an asshole to defang the accusation.
Bill Burr is also a twat so I makes a lot of sense
@@Historian212 He owns them, not a studio.
Man, Steve Harvey is funny....love this.
The editing of this conversation is brilliant. It's obviously stitched together to create a flow but it's so smooth and concise.
Steve Harvey is so…ridiculously…funny! I come back and watch this clip because he and Jerry are just killin each other! 🤣
Watching two legends just shooting the s*** about their shared passion is amazing
It’s not authentic Tho
No lie, this used to be my favorite show. It was great to see all these really funny people laugh at themselves and tell their outrageous stories .😅
Two of the G.O.A.T's right there, I LOVE IT!
0:59 - You KNOW every comedian has the darkest jokes possible during every horrible event…… just nice to hear someone admit it. 😂
I love that Steve made Jerry laugh hard
He’s just being courteous. Nobody actually thinks Steve Harvey is funny
I love that they’re together!!!
Steve's Blazer Combination Tho is Fire!!!
They need to bring this show back! I love it! I binge watched during my 2 week quarantine back in Nov 2020.
Two comedy icons. Love them both.
Harvey and Seinfeld are a great team. Both hilarious.
🤔
Love the cars and comedians,
"what you say your baby's name was?" lmao!!!
Getting comedy lessons from Seinfeld and Harvey. Now that is funny
Im rather indifferent to Steve Harvey and really only know him as a TV host, but what a joy it was to watch him in this! I definitely have to dig into his stand-up now!
He is a brilliant comedian
There's a reason he's on TV in so many facets, also radio show. He did it with stand up, his shows are great. He also hosted amateur night at the Apollo
@@randcanape683 Also has been hosting a radio show out in LA forever
love these two
The last part was 😂😂😂😂😂
The end was the best 😂😂😂
Love how jerry looks at him like he's really learning something, like when Larry takes in one of Leon's pearls. Steve would have made a great neighbour in Jerry's apartment, a great Kramer substitute
@@des_mondo5589 no room for people of colour in Seinfeld ;) ...only carpet cleaners or arch nemesis at Yankees
Steve's facial reactions are genius level, like at 4:32.....amazing, I remember seeing him at Apollo early days-reaction amazing, a true Master
That last "is this a rally?" line was Bill Burr as fuck
It was hilarious🤣🤣😭
although very funny its sad that more people dont get it
I doubt it though, I mean I am from a 3rd world country and English is like my 3rd language and I get it. The only people who I think won’t get it, are the people who are not into comedy and are just listening/watching this trying to find anything to poke on and turn it into political issue or race thing… Life is so beautiful and too short to get hang up on this stuff
I like how you said Bill Burr, instead of don rickles (which it's actually from) lol
True, his Jerry Burr really came through.
*Jerry is right.* Comedy is a science. The fact that Steve uses his intuitive "instincts" doesn't mean there isn't a teachable structure that can be matched with experience to build a career. Most comedians starting out suck (Louie C.K. being a PERFECT example - His early work SUCKS), but over time we learn and adapt to create something better.
Comedy is a science, but only in structure. Having an eye to find humor in tragedy is where talent comes in. And to make it, you need both. You first need the raw talent to know what can be funny, and the science to sharpen the joke.
That only proves you can improve, that doesn't mean you can teach someone to be funny when they're not.
A science can be learned and mastered. He just explained why comedy can't be.
I was speaking from a writer's point of view, not a performer. I think Jerry is right as a writer, and Steve is right as a performer.
@@paulborst4724 Good point
😂😂😂😂 I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS 💯
Steve’s blink and “sorry” at 4:30 is glorious
Proving his point. You can’t teach that stuff
Coolest I've see in a while... I need to come to America before I die 😆...
Trust me you don want to smh
@@hello_04 how do you mean?
@@trevormantshoane8026 America's great, come by whenever. 👍There's plenty of great people, and lots to see here. Life's what you make it, and most people are just minding their business and going to work, American politics is crazy, but that's just because we have lots of different cultures and opinions all in one place; that's actually one of our benifits; that Americans are very opinionated.
And when you are naturally funny you are never bored
This is Gold Jerry. Gold!!
Love the shirt and jacket, Steve! My favorite, of all time. Can always think of the best funnies at the most inappropriate times. Great comics can file them and save for desert.
Jerry - "I just want somebody to go, It's a joke. I'm not apologizing. Why can't somebody do that?" Bill Burr - "Jerry, Hello?"
Still my favorite episode out of the series. Their laughs are SOOO contagious! Their Styles are unmatched! And the Damn Pastrami Sandwiches are killing me! 😋👍🏼
Manny’s is phenomenal!!!!
Best one yet
Steve Harvey is an amazing human being 👍
Manny’s deli and jerry isn’t taking a bite? Damn. That place is king
Today, we need to laugh, and we need the truth. We need both, more than ever before.
I like how Steve finishes his meal mid-sentence and has a coffee, then they have a whole other meal 😁
We loved this show and where sad when it went to pay only. Thanks for sharing all your clips
"What did you say your baby's name was?" OMG I'm gonna die
Of course you can get better at comedy.. they all bomb their ways to getting better. It’s practice and refinement, like virtually every other skill.. instructional videos or classes don’t work for lots of things - not just comedy
I think they're talking about the 'eye' here. The ability to see things in a warped and thereby funny way. Some people just don't look for humor in some corners of life. Comedians do, and maybe that can't be taught. Individual jokes can obviously be worked on as they reference in this clip.
@@Strawbclock0 Yeah, I’ll have to rewatch, because that would make more sense. I’d still argue that many other skills rely on similarly unique inherent qualities. They seemed a bit taken with themselves
@@ili626 Agreed, this applies to most creative and even athletic endeavors. Just off the top of my head. They were pretty narrowly focused on comedy because you know, comedians.
Your purposely misinterpreted what they said.
harvey had me laugh'n out loud along with jerry.... :)
🤣🤣🤣🤣 that shoutout on the street
Steve Harvey is a really interesting guy. Funny as hell, but also really interesting.
Those sandwiches look so damn good.
LMAO they're like the Mitch Hedberg New York deli joke where they ask: "Do you need anything else?" *Yeah, a loaf of bread and some other people*
It's surprising cuz I think that place is in Chicago, but those are clearly New York sandwiches.
I wish Steve Harvey was this guy all the time!
Love this
Seinfeld: "people like to say salsaaaaaa". Team of greatest comedy writers in tv history: "sure Jerry we will try fit that in".

Love the Tao level this has. They are very special and at the same time simply two authentic human beings
"Any comedian I know that smokes weed is broke" Joe Rogan over here smoking one with 200 million in the bank on one deal. Lol
His comedy sucks though. His skill is that he's a good interviewer/listener and can talk to anybody. But to your point, there are plenty great/rich comedians who smoke weed. Dave Chapelle is one of them.
I love this🤣🤣🤣👌
This is the duo u nevr knew u needed
This making me want diner coffee, mmm.
I admire those who get on that stage and say their piece. This world is breeding a lot of brittle spirits.
Okay, I need to go eat there, those meals looks amazing

I loved that he picked that car for Steve. That car, like Steve, is just raw class. Pure, unrefined, unadulterated, Pure grade A-1 class. What a show.
🔥 😆😂🤣😂😆 🔥
I love Steve Harvey!!!!
i think this was the first time i actually heard jerry audibly laugh. he always does this silent wide open mouth laugh lol
Seinfeld is alive holy shit
The funniest part was when Steve implied you can be taught to be a doctor but not a comedian
You have to be born with it is the excuse you can't teach
It is much harder to become a successful comedian than a doctor. But it can’t be taught on the spot, it’s something that takes experience and first hand encounters.
What he's saying is, being funny isn't a trade that can be taught, you're either funny or you're not. You can't teach someone to be funny, but you can teach someone how to be a doctor
I can't believe how ignorant people are thinking that he can't be so freaking audacious and out-of-touch. OMG people, it is like luck had nothing to do with his celebrity.
Comedy IS teachable... but to a degree. "Humor" is a HIGHLY subjective abstract concept. Some people CAN'T be taught comedy, but most people can be taught technical skills like being a doctor, being a mechanic, being a programmer, those are all PHYSICAL things. "Comedy" doesn't really exist, it's an idea. So people CAN be taught it, but ultimately to be a great comedian, it has to be inborn, a talent, a way of looking at the world and thinking.
This is one of my favorite episodes of that series. So damn funny.
My favorite aspect of this show is, no matter how big Jerry and an oldschool guest like Steve Harvey is at this point, at the end of the day they're both comedians from back in the day. That's where they relate, that's where they bond. Brothers in humorous arms.
BEST CONVERSATION EVER!
This episode made me want two things: 1. to be rich and 2. to be back in Chicago (Home)
Love that Continental. Steve a Harvey is a force. Luv him.
This one and the one with Carl Reiner and Mel Brooks are my two favorites.
