To be fair, when I replayed this game recently, a dividing wall in the back of a room I was in startled me when I backed up into it.

actually you missed the level 3 suit back when you were on the bridge when you faced the big brutes and shot the asteroid gun so you could have had it for awhile now. The game just automatically updated the store for it because there is no way to go back to it as the game is separated by hubs and not free roam. You can use kenesis to grab items too like ammo and enemy projectiles. Would have been useful for the leviathan to catch the blobs it was chucking at you to send it back. FYI the stomping is greatly improved in the sequel. You'll love using it.

yeah, thats one thing he didnt want to miss, but he has missed alot of stuff. Node boxes on the walls. oblivious to doors he passed with loot in. And the worse miss (Level 3 Suit) which was on the floor before he met with his captain

Try the Line gun! You won’t regret it, especially with big hoards come at you, it’s easy to cut thru their limbs and make them crawl to you. Then finish off with plasma cutter!

Absolutely loving the series so far man but you need to heal more (there's a button to replenish health as you pick up med packs) and loot more as I've noticed you going past areas that contain power nodes which will help in upgrading throughout the game. Keep it up man, hope this helps and makes the run easier or more fun 😊

Yeah! More Dead Space. No sleep for me tonight 🤣 Loving it so far man. I've actually reinstalled the game since you started your playthrough. Now to sit back and enjoy. PS: You miss nodes like crazy and when you dismember an enemy you can use the limbs to finish them with the kinesis module. PPS: Flamethrower is very situational. So no Bueno. You can basically achieve what you need to do with the flamethrower with the Ripper and Line Gun.

That is a very rewarding boss fight. It’s not too difficult once you figure out the timing and the explosives locations, assuming you have maxed out your reach

The force gun is important in chapter 5. It wrecks the little crawly things and when the oxygen is gone it still works unlike the flamethrower which needs oxygen to operate in that part
These Dead Space Games are doing well on the views, which shows what a great game it is, don't forget Hollow get those suit upgrades so you can increase slots and try all the weapons, yep get the flamethrower for those neck huggers.
@Hollow you can use your telekinesis to grab items also if out of reach. I'm hoping you'll play all 3 releases of dead space. This was one of the best game experiences I had playing that I beat all 3 games twice lol
Hollow please continue playing Mass Effect. I just finished the first game for the first time and it quickly became one of my favorite games. I highly recommend you to make a series on it. I know a lot of us would enjoy it.

I’ve not watched the whole video, so I’m not sure if you’ve figured this out - but you can use your stasis ability to slow enemies down as they approach. That way, you can more carefully sever their arms (better than shooting their legs), and save ammo.
@51:38 If items float in 0 GRAVITY towards spikes....maybe aim and shoot your telekinesis that you just used to slide a door to grab it.

I played all three games and the ripper and pulse rifle were my go too’s
2:20 yes Flamethrower worth it! first, some people already commented that you should sell extra ammo and med kits. So you should put at least one full clip for example a 24 pistol clip on storage, sell the rest, med kits same, keep one small one big, rest sell. This way you get more nodes to upgrade weapons with. I like to Upgrade reload, clip size, recoil etc, damage after, so weapons perform better overall. Now i'll explain how you can use all weapons: Plasma cutter: Generalist ( use against all ) Alt fire - rotate for vertical / horizontal fire. Pulse Rifle: Full auto or burst gun ( use against weak spots in enemies / Stagger with 3 shots and finish with cutter / Black enemies after upgraded ) Alt fire - Aims upward opening the gun and firing in all directions ( perfect to stagger groups of enemies and finishing them off with plasma cutter. ) Ripper: Fires a remote controlled blade ( use like if it was a chainsaw, perfect to use against tough enemies like the black ones ) Alt fire: Shoots the blade instead of holding. Flame thrower: fires in a cone ( perfect for swarm enemies, or the fatties, if they die burning they dont spawn swarms ) Alt fire: Napalm grenade, good to set groups on fire. Line Gun: Fires a big and powerful Horizontal line ( Use against bosses and more powerful enemies ) Alt Fire: Drops a mine that explodes in proximity ( again used against bosses is awesome ) Contact beam: Charged lazer beam ( also great boss killer, but better for weak spots ) Alt fire: fires a 360 beam that hits anything around you for a stagger. Force gun: Kinetic shot gun ( great for swarms, or staggering close enemies ) Alt fire: shoots a mine that explodes on contact With this weapon information, you know you can pick only 4, so from there you pick the ones who fill the necessary roles. For example, you can use 2 loadouts: Plasma cutter, pulse rifle, force gun, line gun or ripper, contact beam, flamethrower, line gun. It also opens room for replayability, since you'll leave 2 guns out of the playthrough, so you should only spend nodes on the ones you prefer. PS: use small health packs, sell the others!

If I remember correctly, if you do well - pretty sure you can get all of the weapons and get them somewhat upgraded decently. Having said that... the main plasma cutter is just a beast. Get that fully upgraded and you're good to go.
